•Never stand in front of or behind the machine whilst is it in use, as parts can be
moved up and down.
•Always unplug the power cord after use and before cleaning.
•Read and understand this guide before using the product, and only use the
product for its intended purpose as outlined in this guide.
•Only use parts included with the product for assembly. Do not use unauthorised
replacement parts; contact Kogan.com.
•Indoor use only; not suitable for outdoor use.
•The suggestion usage period is 20minutes per session.
•Discontinue use if the outer casing or PU covering of the unit is damaged or
deteriorated.
•Ensure the vent on the rear of the unit is never obstructed to allow appropriate
airflow.
•Do not insert any objects into the mechanisms of the product.
•Do not sleep inside of machine while massaging is in process.
•Never use this machine when you are unwell or inebriated, when hungry, or within
an hour of having eaten.
•Do not deliberately prevent the back or neck massage heads from moving to
prevent injury or damage to the unit.
•Do not use the product with wet skin.
Usage environment
•Do not use the appliance in a highly humid environment, such as a bathroom.
•Avoid exposure to strong sunlight, high pressure, grease, dirt, and corrosive liquids,
as well as places with flammable and explosive dust, petrol, gas, steam, etc.

To avoid an accident, keep children off the massage chair while in use.
•The unit includes a heating surface; customers who are not sensitive to heat must
take care during use.
Safety Precautions
1. Ensure the input voltage matches the specifications of the product before use.
2. Never pull out the plug or touch the power cord, plug, or socket with a wet hand.
3. Keep the item dry and do not allow water ingress to avoid damage or risk of
electric shock.
4. Ensure to insert or remove the power plug from the socket in the correct way. Do
not excessively bend, pull, twist, or knot the power cord.
5. The product is only suitable for use with the power cable provided. If any damage
occurs, it must be exchanged or repaired by Kogan.com.
6. Clean the power plug pins with a dry cloth if they become dirty; do not a wet cloth
to avoid the risk of an electric shock.
7. If power to the unit is suddenly cut off or any abnormal operation occurs, unplug
the appliance, discontinue use immediately, then contact Kogan.com
8. This product is no medical equipment and is not intended for any curative
purposes or other commercial use. If you feel uncomfortable while utilising the
product, discontinue use immediately.
9. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with or on the product.
10. If there is any damage to the power cord, it must be replaced by Kogan.com to
avoid a hazard.

Routine maintenance
•Do not attempt to modify, repair, or disassemble the product. In the case of a
failure, contact Kogan.com
•When not in use for an extended period, turn off the power switch and unplug the
unit.
•Ensure the plug is firmly secured in the power outlet being used.
•Wipe the product clean with a dry cloth. Never use any chemical solvents, abrasive
materials, or metallic brushes to clean.
•Do not use the product in an open-air or humid place. Do not expose it the product
to strong sun or rain directly.
•Do not press or push hard against the massage parts.
•To move the massage chair; ensure all the wires are off the ground, pull the
backrest back to an angle (when the centre of gravity falls onto the back wheels),
drag and roll the massage chair to the desired location and place it down gently.
•The product cannot be dragged or rolled on uneven ground and must be lifted and
moved.
•It is not advised to use the product for a continuous extended period daily, but to
use it intermittently.
Fault handling
•Noise caused by the movement of the massage heads during operation is normal
and not considered a fault.
•If functions cannot be controlled from the remote, check the electrical leads to
ensure they are firmly connected. If not, reconnect each lead and ensure it is
securely affixed to the appropriate sockets.
•If the unit suddenly stops operation while in use, check if the 20-minute working
time has elapsed, in which case the unit will return to standby mode. Press
“Power” to restart the function. If the product is over-heated, it will initiate its self-
protection system and must be allowed to cool for 30 minutes before restarting.

Function controls

Remote control functions
On/Off: Press once, and the machine will recline to the standby
position and the default functions will commence. Press again to
turn off power to the unit.
Auto/Manual: Switching between automatic and manual operation
modes
Relax mode: Press once to start Relax mode; press again to turn off
the function.
Refresh mode: Press once to start Refresh mode; press again to turn
off the function.
Sleep mode: Press once and the machine enters sleep mode (10
minutes). The machine will recline to the laying position and will
remain there after finishing the 10-minute massage. Press the
On/Off or UP button to return to the seated position.
Intensity: Press to alternate between the three massage levels. The
default mode is weak; press once for medium, press again for strong,
and press a third time to return to the default setting.
Airbag: Press to alternate between the three airbag levels. The
default mode is weak; press once for medium, press again for strong,
and press a third time to return to the default setting.
Neck: Press once to start the neck massage; press again to turn off
the function.
Back: Press once to start the back massage; press again to turn off
the function.
Timer: The default mode is 20 minutes. Setting massage time 10
minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes.
Roller: Press once to start the roller massage at the soles; press
again to turn off the function.
Heat: Press once to start the heat; press again to turn off the
function.
OPERATION

Neck up: Move the neck massage balls upwards.
Neck down: Move the neck massage balls downwards.
Spot: Sets the back massage head movement range. Press once,
and the massage head stops at the current position. Press it again to
massage above and below the current position. Press for a third time
to return to the full movement range.
Back up: Move the back massage balls upwards.
Back down: Move the back massage balls downwards.
Up: Raise the massage chair to the seated position.
Down: Lower the massage chair to the laying position.
Operation instruction
1. Connect the power cable into the socket at the rear of the massage chair and
insert the plug end of the cable into a wall outlet.
2. Turn on the power switch at the rear of the massage chair and the leg rest will
automatically reset to the default position.
3. Press the power button on the remote and the machine will begin operating; press
any button to choose the desired function.
4. During the massage, press the on/off button to stop all functions and return the
leg rest to the default position.
5. Bluetooth: Turn on Bluetooth on your device to search for the model name of the
machine (“KAS2”) and connect to it. Music played back from the device will output
from the chair’s built-in speaker.
6. Turn off the power supply at the rear of the massage chair to cut power to the unit.
