SETTING MACHINE UP FOR USE

Remove machine
from the trolley by
undoing the Velcro
strap and ..
Tilt the machine
away from the
trolley and at the
same time pull the
top of the trolley
away from the
machine.
Fill the solution tank
by bucket with warm
water.
Finally twist the
cable catches to
release the cable.
Check the cable
and plug for dam-
age before using.

Using the Machine

Ensure that the
selector switch
on the side of the
machine is in the
up
position.
To start the ma-
chine, press red
foot latch with your
foot and pull back
the handle towards
you, the machine
will now start.
Pull the white D
handle to activate
the pump and spray
water onto the floor
in front of the
machine
Release some
water onto the
floor and then
move the ma-
chine over the
area to scrub
and pick up the
dirt.

Stopping and cleaning the Machine

When ready to
stop, push the
handle sharply
back to the up-
right position.
This will stop the
machine
Unplug machine
from power supply.
Remove the
recovery tank and
place to one side
Turn the brush anti-
clockwise to expose
the dirt build up on
the drum.
Remove this dirt with
a cloth and now turn
to expose the entire
drum wiping with a
clean cloth to ensure
completely clean

Cleaning the Machine

Take the
Recovery tank to
a sluice sink and
empty out dirty
water
Rinse out the Re-
covery tank and
rinse the under
aside of the tank as
well.
Lift the front box with
the spray nozzle on,
with a clean damp
cloth wipe the dirt
from the under side.
Must be cleaned
after every use!

Remove the brushes
by push the retaining
rods in one side and
then pulling them out
the other side.
With a damp cloth
clean the machine
Replace brushes
and replace the
rods, twisting the
brush helps in lo-
cating the rods.
Make suet that the
rod protrudes
equally each side
Replace the recov-
ery tank.
Rewind the cable.
Replace on trolley by
pushing machine up at
an angle and locating
the hooks on the trolley
under the machine,
lower machine down
onto trolley and fasten
Velcro strap.
