RIP™ Group Training Station:
Assembly Instructions

THE RIP GROUP TRAINING STATION IS A HEAVY PIECE OF
EQUIPMENT. IT IS INTENDED TO SUPPORT SIGNIFICANT
WEIGHT DURING ROUTINE USE AND SHOULD BE SECURELY
ASSEMBLED AND USED ON A FLAT SURFACE OF SUITABLE
CONSTRUCTION. FAILURE TO TAKE PROPER CARE IN SITE
SELECTION, ASSEMBLY OR INSTALLATION CAN LEAD TO
SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Read these instructions carefully before proceeding and follow
the installation directions carefully to minimize the risk of injury or
property damage. This information is not intended to be exhaustive,
but is only intended for illustrative purposes.

(A) Place base plate at desired workout location, and load (4) 45
lbs. weight plates to secure station. (B) Make sure that all tabs
extending from base plate are inside the dome. (C) Place Group
Station Tower atop interior post, threaded bolt into thread hole, and
position tower vertically. (D) Turn Group Station Tower in a clockwise
direction until tightly secured.

STEP 1
Assemble and
weight the Base
Failure to add sufficient weight will result
in the Group Station tipping during use.

(A) Using pliers and a 1/8” allen wrench, attach 10 clips to the Group Station
Tower upper carousel. To attach, use the pliers to hold the nut in place on
the inside of the carousel. (B) Insert the bolt through the clip, through the
corresponding carousel hole and into the nut. (C) Turn the wrench until the
clip is securely fastened onto the carousel. Do not over tighten bolts. Doing
so could result in the clip breaking.

STEP 2
Attach the

(A) Clip one Rip Trainer carabiner to each hole on the towers upper
carousel. (B) Place the eyelet not attached to the resistance cord
inside the hole on the towers lower carousel directly beneath the
carabiner’s position. (C) Push the Rip Trainer into the clip that is
directly above the towers lower carousel hole. Repeat for each
additional Rip Trainer.

STEP 3
Attach your
Rip Trainer
(A) Grab the tower grip with one hand, then grab the Rip Trainer by
the upper grip and with the opposite hand. (B) Using the tower for
leverage, pull it directly away from the tower – not up. (C) Once the
Rip Trainer is free from the clip, lift the Rip Trainer up to remove it
from the towers lower carousel.

(A) Remove weights from inside dome and place tower back
onto dome (B) Place dominant hand on stand’s upper handle.
Place same side foot between wheels. (C) Pull handle down
until stand is balancing on its wheels. Move Group Training
Station to desired location.

cause Group Training Station to tip or cord to break.
