2) Simple Maintenance and Cleaning:
All filters should be checked at regular intervals prior to operation.
CAUTION: POWER DOWN THE T-500 BEFORE REMOVING ANY FILTERS.
(WATER CARBON FILTERS, AIR FILTERS AND OR UV FILTER LIGHTS)
A) Water Carbon and Spun Filter:
Remove and replace the water and spun filter after 3-6 months amount of water is
produced. The new filters can be found stored in the water collection basin.

C) Air Filters:
There are 2 types of air filters on the T-500. There are 4 air filter frames in the bottom
section. The air filter frames on the bottom section have paper filters.
The paper air filters on the T-500 should be checked regularly for dirt and dust
accumulation depending on air quality and the surrounding environment. To remove
the paper filter frames, lift up on the handle located near the bottom and slide the filter
frame up and pull out to remove.
.
The paper filters can be washed out by using a low-pressure water hose. After washing,
shake out the filter to remove excess water before re-installing.
Re-install the lower paper filters by placing the filter frame into the opening and slide
the filter frame up. Once the filter frame has cleared the bottom of the opening, let the
frame slide back down so it is held in by the bottom edge of the opening.
There are 4 filter doors in the upper section. The air filter doors in the upper section
have plastic fiber filters. To remove the doors on the upper section, turn the door latch
and open the door. Then lift the door up off the hinges. The fiber filters can also be
washed out by using a low-pressure water hose.

Re-install the upper fiber filter frames by sliding the door hinges down on to the hinge
pins and turn the latch to secure the door.
3) Water discharge hookup:
Attach one end of a hose to the discharge hookup on the T-500 and the other end to a
collection bladder or to a collection container preferred by the user.
4) Power Shutdown:
Find On & Off switch located in the lower level on the right side of the power control box
behind the filter door. Move the switch down to the “Power Off”location. If using an
attachable power cord, remove the power cord from the power plug-in.
5) Troubleshooting Guide:
A. Once the power is turned on and the T-500 is running, make sure the circulation pump
is not running prior to the water storage tank filling up.
B. Circulating fans should be running when the power switch is on.
C. Exhaust fan should turn on once the compressor starts running.
