Hinweise zur Lackierung !!!
Rohteilevorbereitung:
Kanten (z.B. Werkzeugtrennkanten) beschleifen. Wenn Poren sichtbar sind, kitten (z.B. STANDOX: Standosoft-Feinplastic).
Schleifen:
Schleifen der Teile mit P 1000 Wasserschleifpapier.
Reinigung:
Reinigen mit Verdünnung (z.B. STANDOX: Standoflex Verdünnung 11100). oder z.B. STANDOX: Standoflex Plastic-Reiniger Antistatic
Grundieren:
1. Wenn Poren oder Kratzer sichtbar sind, Porenwischfüller benutzen
(z.B. STANDOX: Standoflex Porenfüller). 2. Danach Grundieren (z.B. STANDOX: Standoflex 1K-PUR Füllprimer)
Decklackierung unter Verwendung von :
z.B. STANDOX Basislack
Klarlackierung unter Verwendung von :
z.B. Standocryl 2K Clear
Trocknung:
Bei max. 40° C für mind. 1 Std. oder Lagerung bei Raumtemperatur über Nacht (Staubtrocken). Lagerung für mind. 24 Std. bei Raumtemperatur (vollkommen aus- gehärtet)
Polieren:
Sichtbare Staubeinschlüsse mit Schleifblüten (z.B. Fa. 3M 13444) herausschleifen. Das Teil mit Schleifpaste (z.B. STANDOX: Standohyd Schleif u. Polierpaste) Polieren von Hand oder mit einer Poliermaschine Von Hand mit Glanzpolitur (z.B. STANDOX Lackpolish Siliconfrei) Polieren von Hand oder mit Poliermaschine.
ACHTUNG HERSTELLERHINWEISE BEACHTEN !!!
Painting Instruction for PU raw parts !!!
Substrate pretreatment:
Sand part edges (e.g. tool parting line) putty, if pores are visible (e.g. STANDOX: Standosoft-Feinplastic).
Sanding:
Sand part with P 1000 water-sandpaper.
Cleaning:
Clean with thinner (e.g. STANDOX: Standoflex thinner 11100). or with plastic cleaner (e.g. STANDOX: Standoflex plastic-cleaner antistatic)
Primering
1. If micro pores or scratches are visible use pore -filler (e.g. STANDOX: Standoflex Pore-Filler). 2. Primering (e.g. STANDOX: Standoflex 1K-PUR Primer-Filler)
Base coating :
e.g STANDOX Base coat
Clear coating:
e.g. Standocryl 2K Clear
Drying:
At max 40° C for at least 1 hour or let it dry overnight at room temperature (dust dry) Storage at for at least 24 hours at room temperature (thoroughly hardened )
Polshing:
Sand visible dust enclosures with sand paper (e.g. Fa. 3M 13444) Rub part with polish paste (e.g STANDOX: Standohyd abrasive and polish paste) Polish with shinypolish by hand and high polish with a clean polishing cloth (e.g STANDOX Paintpolish w/o silicone )

Conseils pour la peinture d`ébauches en polyuréthanne !!!
Préparation des ébauches:
Arêtes ( par ex. poncer les arêtes de coupe) de l`outil. Mastiquer si des pores sont apparents (par ex. STANDOX: Standosoft- Feinplastic).
Ponçage:
Poncer la pièce avec du papier-émeri P 1000
Nettoyage:
Nettoyer avec un dissolvant (per ex. STANDOX: dissolvant Standoflex 11100)
ou par ex. STANDOX: Standoflex nettoyant pour plastiques antistatique
Couche de fond:
1. Si des pores ou des rayures sont visibles, utiliser de la matière de charge àessuyage (par ex. STANDOX bouche-pores Standoflex) 2. Appliquer ensuite la couche de fond (par ex. première couche de rem plissage Standoflex 1K-PUR)
Peinture finale en utilisant:
par ex.: STANDOX peinture de base
Vernis Transparent en utilisant:
par ex. Standocryl 2K Clear
Séchage:
A max. 40° C min. pendant une heure ou une pose à température ambiante pen- dant la nuit (hors poussière). Entreposition de 24 heures minimum à température ambiante (entièrement durci).
Polissage:
Polir des impuretés visibles avec du papier-émeri (par ex. Fa. 3M 13444). Enduire la pièce de pâte abrasive (par ex. STANDOX: Standohyd abrasive and polishpaste –pâte àpapier et polir) et polir manuellement ou à la machine. Polir à la main avec un vernis brillant(par ex. STANDOX Paintpolish sans silicone) Polir manuellement ou à la machine.
ATTENTION! RESPECTER LES CONSEILS DU FABRICANT !!!

Voorbereiding van het onbewerkte onderdeel:
Kanten (bv. gereedschapsnijkanten) slijpen. Wanneer poriën zichtbaar zijn opvullen (bv. STANDOX: Standosoft - Feinplastic)
Schuren:
Schuren van de onderdelen met P 1000 waterschuurpapier
Reiniging:
Reinigen met verdunning (z.B. STANDOX: Standoflex Verdünnung 11100). oder bv. STANDOX: Standoflex Plastic-Reiniger Antistatic
Grondlaag:
1. Wanneer poriën of krassen zichtbar zijn, poriënvuller gebruiken (bv. STANDOX: Standoflex Porenfüller).
2. Daarna grondlaag aanbrengen (bv. STANDOX: Standoflex 1K-PUR Füllprimer)
Deklaag met gebruik van:
bv. STANDOX Basislack
Klaarlak met gebruik van:
bv. Standocryl 2K Clear en ev. STANDOX 2K Elastic-Additiv (bv. frontspoiler)
Droging:
Op max. 40° C gedurende min. 1 uur of opslag bij kamertemperatuur gedurende een nacht (stofdroog). Opslag gedurende min. 24 uren op kamertemperatuur (volkomen uitgehard)
Polijsten:
Zichtbare stofafzettingen met schuurvellen (bv. firma 3M 13444) uitschuren. Het onderdeel met schuurpasta (bv. STANDOX: Standohyd schuur- en polijstpasta) polijsten met de hand of met een polijstmachine Met de hand met glansmiddel (bv. STANDOX Standohyd Lackpolish Siliconfrei) polijsten of met polijstmachine.
OPGELET AANWIJZINGEN VAN DE
FABRIKANT IN ACHT NEMEN!!!
