Steps to assemble BI135F Cement Mixer
Step-1 Build leg(2) with wheel(4) of the BI135F Cement mixer, remove 2 sets of bolts
provided from wheel axle. Check the picture given below.
Step–2 Insert wheels(4) on both sides of the legs(2) and fix it with bolts(5) which were
removed from the wheel axle as shown in image below.

Step-3 Take the other leg(3) of cement mixer and insert it in upper frame part(1) of the
mixer as following.
Step–4 Fix the leg(3) using 2 sets of M8X70mm HEX bolts and M8.0mm nuts with
Washer of diameter 8.0mm as shown in picture below.

Step–5Assemble leg(2) with wheels(4) to upper frame part(1) as following picture.

Step-6 Fix the leg(2) with wheels(4) using 4 sets of M8X25 mm HEX bolts and M8.0 mm
nuts with washer diameter 8.0mm to the upper frame part(1) as shown in image
below.
Step-7 After assembling the wheeled leg(2), attach the locking bar(7) to the spring(23)
by 1 set of M8x25mm oval bolts and M8.0mm nuts with washer diameter 8.0mm.

Step–8Place Electric motor panel(33 to 39 & 42) on the wheeled leg(2) side of the frame.

Step–9Fix the electric motor panel(33 to 39 & 42) with 2 sets of M8X100mm HEX bolts
and M8.0mm nuts with washer diameter 8.0mm as shown in image below.
Step–10 Attach the black cover(40) of the electric motor panel with the provided 0.75
inches long square drive pan head 7 screws.

Step-11 After attaching black cover(40), place and align the bottom of drum(31) on gear
side first. Then place it on the spring lock(23) side as shown in image.
