TUMAKOU IPL hair removal system uses an innovative
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to break the cycle of hair
regrowth. The light energy is transferred through the skin’s
surface and is absorbed by the melanin present at the root,
after several treatments, hair is prevented from growing
back. Having TUMAKOU ipl hair removal device,you can
have a silky smooth skin that lasts so long.

This user manual guide you how to use TUMAKOU IPL hair removal
device.

1. Product notice 2. Product Description
IPL hair removal device includes F09 and F07 two modes,
as well as F09 as typical examples. Their structure design,intended
use,performance and operation are identical,the difference lies in the LCD
display content and product appearance. The Mode Different Table
please refers to Page 12.

Do not use if the skin, in the area you want to treat is burned.
Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant
(conceiving) or breast-feeding. Hormonal changes occur during
pregnancy or breast-feeding and could increase the risk of skin
injury or skin sensitivity.
Do not use if you have epilepsy or light-induced seizures or migraines.
Do not use on tattoos, or black spots ( such as dark freckles,
birthmarks, moles or warts). Tattoos or dark spots may absorb too
much light energy which could cause skin swelling.
Do not use if you have any active skin condition in the treatment area,
including acne, sores, psoriasis, eczema, burns, herpes simplex,
wounds or a rash. These conditions can make the skin more sensitive
to the light treatment and could make the treatment uncomfortable or
cause skin swelling, blisters or infection.
Do not use the device if you have a history of kelodial scar formation,a
known sensitivity to light (photosensitivity) or are taking medication that
makes the skin more sensitive to light, including non-steroidal
anti-infammatory agents, (e.g.,aspirins, ibuprofens, cetaminophen),
tetracyclines, phenothiazines, thiazide, diuretics, sulfonyluraes,
sulfonamides, DTIC, fluorouracil, vinblastine, griseofulvin,
Alpha-Hydroxi Acids(AHAS), Beta-Hydroxi Acids(BHAS),Retin-A,
Accutane and/or topical retinoids.
Do not use if you have a disease related to photosensitivity, such as
porphyria, polymorphic light eruption, solar urticaria, lupus, etc.
3. Contraindications
During the operation,do not shield the air intake and ventilation holes
to impact heat dispassion;
Wear goggles during the operation. Do not look at the light twinkling
directly or light to eyes;
Before operation, please clean the skin treatment area and shave the
hair. It is not allowed to apply any cosmetics to avoid the destroy of
instrument and affect result;
Adjust the energy level from low to high level. On condition of safety,
the higher the energy level is, the better result it will be. We
recommend that try it from the lowest level(level 1) for the first time.
After treatment, it is normal to have skin redness, suggest to use ice
pad after treatment;
Use skin moisture and sun block product after phototherapy treatment;
After treatment suggest to apply pure plant moisture and repair
cosmetics;
After treatment then power of please use wet cotton swab or cloth to
clean treatment window. This can avoid hair and sebum of carbon
sticking glass and affecting energy of shooting light;
Please only use dry soft cloth or no alcohol wet cloth to clean
outside system ;
Please don't let system and accessories touch liquid or put it in humid
environment;

5. How to use
Please store device in ventilated and dry environment and keep far
away from children;
Please don't put metal object into heat emission hole. Otherwise there
will be risk of electric shock;
In case the system is soaked please send it back to the factory for
examination to determine whether it is repairable. In case the system
is electrified when it is soaked, please power off before touching the
system for your safety;
Please don't try to disassemble and repair it at your own discretion;
If device can not be operated normally, please send the system and
accessories back manufacturer. Our qualified maintenance personnel
will overhaul it.
Shave hair and clean your skin.
Note: Please do not use gel before use this device
Connect the power cord into the TUMAKOU system.
After connecting the power cord to the wall electrical
outlet, the LCD display will show "OFF".(Fig.1)

Press the power button above 2 seconds to get device power on/off.
After turn on, then the fan starts and the data: remaining pulse,energy
level, fan icon will be shown on the LCD display .
Press the power button one by one to choose the suitable energy
level from the lowest level to the highest level(1 to 5) .
Note:Please try it from the lowest level for the first time.
Switch Manual/ Auto flash mode: For Manual flash mode: Press the
flash button once to emit a flash on the treatment area. For Auto flash
mode: Press the flash button for a few seconds to switch to Auto flash
mode,then you don’t need to press the flash button anymore,it will
emit flash automatically.
Note:Press the flash button for a few seconds to switch back to
Manual mode.
Wear the goggles,let the treatment window touch on treated area
tightly and vertically to start removing the hair.
Note:please put the device at a 90° angle on the skin and make
sure the flash window is full contact with your skin.
After use,apply some gel on the skin.
Power off and use wet cloth or cotton swab to clean treatment window.
Put the device and accessories into packing box and store it in safe
place.

Immediately Post-Treatment
In the first few weeks following initial treatments, you will still see some
hair growing. These are likely to be hairs that were missed during
treatment i.e. they were lying dormant and not in their growth phase
(Anagen) during treatment;when IPL is most effective.
6 weeks into the 12 weeks plan
You should see a reduction in hair growth. However, many hairs may
still not have been treated in their growth phase. It is important to
continue the weekly treatments.
After the 12 weeks plan
Immediately after you have completed the 12 weeks plan you should
see a significant reduction in hairs within the treated area. Any
remaining hairs should be finer and lighter in colour. Continued
monthly treatments, or treatments as required, should keep your skin
hair-free.
If you are using the system for the first time or on a new body area,
choose a small area close to the area you intend to treat, for the
purpose of performing a skin sensitivity test. Use the LOWEST level.
Follow the treatment instructions below but make sure to emit only 2-3
For every treatment, repeat 3 times on each part.
In the maintenance period,
Once every 2 weeks for area with hair regrowth.
1-2 weeks: 3 times a week;
5-8 weeks: twice a week;
3-4 weeks: twice a week;
After 8 weeks: once a week;
You can removal hairs on the whole body such as face,lips,chin,
sideburns,armpit,legs,tummy,back,chest,bikini line and private parts.
When will I see the result
The effect is different according to different skin color and hair
color. It is not suitable for white hair and black skin including
tattoo place.
