Introduction
The BLS Boxlink connector set is an accessory part for products of the VERA10, VERA20
and VERA36 series.
It is characterized by a subtle look, a remarkable size to weight ratio and ease of use.

1. Safety | Intended use
The BLS boxlink connector set was developed for use in professional sound systems. The
outrigger may only be used by trained and qualified personnel.
Before each installation, check the integrity of the BLS boxlink connector set and ensure that
all components are in perfect condition.
The scope of delivery includes specified quick-lock pins. Only use this quick-lock pins.
WARNING
The BLS boxlink connector set must only be used with products of the VERA10, VERA20
and VERA36 series.
These assembly instructions describe how to use the BLS boxlink connector set. Any other
use shall be deemed improper and may result in damage or even injury.
Modifications or alterations to individual parts of the BLS boxlink connector set are not per-
mitted! Danger to life!
WARNING
At each system setup, check that all quick-lock pins are always completely inserted! All quick-
lock pins must always be used!
WARNING
The BLS is an accessory designed both for indoor and outdoor use.
CAUTION
The BLS boxlink connector set may only be used by trained and qualified personnel. Personnel
must check the BLS for its full suitability before each use.
WARNING
When visible damage to any part of the BLS boxlink connector set is detected, it must be
decommissioned immediately.
WARNING
Please adhere to the following safety instructions to avoid risks when using accessories.
Note the operating modes described in this assembly instructions. Other uses are not per-
missible.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by TWAMBO.

The payload of each boxlink (A und B) is designed of 0,5 to [1102 lbs]. Do not exceed this
payload!

4. Commissioning
4.1 Use of Boxlink connectors A and B
All boxlink connectors are provided with the notice: OUTSIDE (see figure 4.1.1).
Fit each Boxlink in such a way that the labeling of the loudspeaker points away (see figure 4.1.2).

Two locking pins are fastened to each of connectors A and B.
Fasten the boxlink connectors to the product series VERA10, VERA20 and VERA36 with
both locking pins.

Fasten the VERA S18 or VERAS33 loudspeakers front and rear to the associated flying frame
by means of a BLS boxlink connector set.
Connect all loudspeakers to each other (front and rear) using the boxlink connector sets. Use
all locking pins of the BLS boxlink connector sets.
Also heed chapter 4.1 “Use of boxlink connectors A and B” on page 9.

4.3 System setup with curved loudspeakers

For a curved loudspeaker application, never fasten the respectively associated loudspeakers
VERA10, VERA20 and VERA36 among the VERA S18, VERAS32 and VERAS33 loudspea-
kers.
Fasten the VERA S18 or VERAS33 loudspeakers front and rear by means of a
BLS boxlink connector set to the associated flying frame. Connect all loudspeakers to
each other (front and rear) using the boxlink connector sets. Use all locking pins of the
BLS boxlink connector sets!
Fit the two rear boxlink connectors A and B as shown in figure 4.3.2 (page 12). This method of
connection is the same as between loudspeakers and flying frame.
For a curved loudspeaker application, fit the two front Boxlink connectors A and B as shown
in figure 4.3.3 on page 13. This method of fastening differs from figure 4.3.2.
They are given an angle of 2° between the loudspeakers.

1. Fit the first locking pin to the lowest hole of the loudspeaker rigging track.
2. Fasten the second locking pin to the second hole from the top (loudspeaker rigging track)
as well as in the slot of the boxlink connector.

5. Transport and Storage
Ensure that the surface of the boxlink connector set is not damaged during transport and
storage. Moisture may penetrate where steel surfaces are exposed by scratches and result
in corrosion.
This is why the product should be transported and stored in a safe, careful, dry and largely
dust-free manner.
The original packaging is not suitable as permanent storage and transport packaging.
