LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• The drone is not a toy and it is designed for users above 14 years of age.
• The product integrates several control technologies. However, improper use may cause injuries to people or
material damage. Read the related manual and documents before use.
• The information in this manual concerns the users’ safety and responsibility. Read the full manual carefully
to ensure that the product is configured appropriately before use. Failure to read and/or comply with the
instructions may cause injuries to the user or other people, material damage and loss of the product.
• We recommend flying the drone only in the authorized areas where no prohibitions apply.
• Do not use the drone when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• X-Joy Srl shall not be liable for the use and the operations performed with the drone nor for any damage
and/or injuries or legal liability directly or indirectly attributable to the use of the product.
• The pilot is the only liable person for any actions and possible accidents and shall have to comply with safe
and legitimate conduct rules.
WARNING
• Stay away from rotating propellers and from the engines.
• Ensure that the flight area is free from any encumbrances and that the drone flies at a distance of at least
two meters from the user and other people.
• Ensure that no other drones are flying with the same frequency.
• Never lose sight of the drone while flying.
• Flight range is about 500mt: never let the drone go further than that distance or the signal might lose
intensity and the user might be unable to control the drone.
• Remove the batteries from the drone and the controller if they are not used.
• Do not overcharge the batteries.
• Charge the battery in a clean and dry place, far from any flammable objects, heat sources and direct
sunlight.
• Do not leave the batteries unguarded while charging them.
• Never use any batteries that have not been authorized by Twodot.
• Do not open the drone and/or the batteries.
• In case of fluid leaks and subsequent eye contact, go to the hospital immediately.
• Never touch the drone engines during flight or immediately after landing.
• Never touch the propellers when they are moving.
• Stop using the drone immediately if it is damaged.
• Always dispose of any parts of the drone and of the controller pursuant to the regulations in force.
• Do not expose the drone battery to heat sources, high temperatures or flames.
• Before flying, make sure that the batteries of the drone and of the controller are fully charged.
• Check that the drone battery and propellers are assembled and fixed appropriately. Incorrect assembly may
affect the flight performance.
SAFETY RULES
• Please, pay attention to the safety rules and read about liability in case of damage to people or things.
• Keep a safe distance from people during flight since the drone is a dangerous device.
• Incorrect assembly, damaged body, faulty electronic components and improper use may cause accidental
damage to the drone and to people.
• For your safety, it is recommended not to use the drone in case of rain, storm, thunders/lighting and strong
wind.
• Avoid humid environments.
• Please use the drone according to your physical abilities and control skills. Fatigue, distraction and, in

• general, improper use increase the likelihood of accidents.
• Keep away from the rotating parts. The rotating parts may cause serious damage and injuries. Keep face
and body away from the rotating parts and the engines.
• Do not expose to heat sources. The drone is made of metal parts, fibres, plastic, electronic parts, etc. Do
not expose the drone to heat sources and direct sunlight to prevent the risk of deformations and damage.
• Do not touch the engine while it is hot to prevent the risk of burns.
PRELIMINARY CHECKS
• The flight area must be large enough. We recommend an area of at least 8 meters in length and 5 meters
in height.
• Ensure that the drone batteries are fully charged.
• Please comply with the procedures to switch your drone on/off. Switch on the controller first and then
the drone. When your flight is finished, switch off the drone first and then the controller. Failure to comply
with the procedure may cause you to lose control of the drone with subsequent risks for people and things.
Please memorize and follow the correct procedure to turn the device on and off.
• Check the connections between battery, engine, etc. Vibrations may cause power disconnection and the
subsequent loss of the drone.
• Improper use may make the drone fall, thus causing damage to the engine, noise, stability loss and even
impossibility to fly.
• The drone must fly within the action range of the control system. Avoid flying close to tall buildings, high-
voltage cables and other places which may interfere with the control signal. If the signal is lost, the drone is
out of control and it may cause damage to people and things.

CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS
INSERTING THE BATTERIES INTO THE CONTROLLER
Open the battery compartment and insert four AA batteries (not included). Make sure you place them in the
right direction according to their polarity, as shown on the controller.
INSTALLING THE BATTERY
Place the battery inside the compartment in the back of the drone and check that it is installed correctly by
pressing the battery down until it is fully inside and fixed.

CHARGING THE DRONE BATTERY
ASSEMBLY OF THE PROPELLERS
Remove the battery from the drone. Put the battery in the charger and connect the power supply to a power
source through the provided USB cable.
The red LED light shows that the battery is being charged, the green LED shows that the battery is fully charged.
Charging time is about 280 minutes and the average flight time is about 14 minutes, however this may vary
depending on certain external agents like temperature, humidity, wind, etc.
You can use a max 5V USB adapter to charge the controller and the drone battery
Do not charge the batteries immediately after use. Let them cool down first.
Do not put the battery close to any heat sources and high temperatures and do not throw it in the fire.
The first time you use it, you will need to mount the propellers before proceeding with the flight.
Make sure you mount the propellers in the correct position according to the picture below:
• Left front propeller shown with letter A
• Right front propeller shown with letter B
• Left back propeller shown with letter B
• Right back propeller shown with letter A
Position the propeller, insert the silicone washer and use the metal cap to tighten the propeller.
For propellers marked with the letter A, use retainers with a concave surface.
For propellers marked with the letter B, use the flat-surface fasteners.

CALIBRATING THE COMPASS
You need to calibrate the compass before the flight to make it easier and more stable.
Complete the pairing procedure. After the procedure, only the LED lights on the left of the drone will remain lit.
Flip the drone horizontally until the controller beeps. Then, flip the drone vertically (with the camera facing
upwards) until the controller beeps.
PLEASE NOTE: pcalibrate the compass before each flight in a new area.
WARNING
• Do not calibrate the drone close to magnetic fields or metallic structures.
• It is not required to calibrate the compass if you fly the drone several times consecutively in the same area.
• If flight is not very stable in GPS mode, you need to calibrate the compass again following the procedure
above.
GPS MODE
After the proper setting, the drone automatically activates the GPS tracking signal. When reception is sufficient
you will hear an acoustic signal and the LEDs on the drone as well as the blue LED will remain steady.
PLEASE NOTE: When no GPS connection, the drone can only fly within three meters.
WARNING
• A precise and strong GPS signal depends on several factors, like the presence of interferences or not.
• Electricity pylons, antennas and high-tension wires may affect the precision of the GPS and of the compass.
• When the GPS is activated, use the drone outdoors only.
• Minimize any possible interference by avoiding areas characterised by high levels of electromagnetism,
including towers and bases for radio transmissions.

RESET PROCESS
CONTROL
Read the following instructions carefully and do not try to fly the drone before acquiring good skills in controlling
the vehicle.
Place the drone in an open, flat space, free from any encumbrances. Position yourself behind the drone and turn
so that you are headed in the same direction as the drone. The green LED lights indicate the front and the red
LED light indicate the back of the device.
TAKE-OFF
To activate the engines, push both sticks on the controller down and inwards.
The engines will start running.
Move the left stick up and down to lift the drone to the desired height or press the button for automatic take-off
for a second and the drone will automatically lift to above 1.2 metres.
Gently move the left stick upwards to increase the drone’s height. Thanks to the “Auto-Hovering” function, the
drone will autonomously maintain the desired height without you having to act on the accelerator continuously.
LANDING
Move the left stick downwards to land the drone. Keep the left stick down for 2-3 seconds until the engines
stop or press the automatic landing button for a second. The drone will start landing from the position it is in.
Do not move the left stick during the automatic landing phase – otherwise the automatic landing phase will be
interrupted.
PLEASE NOTE: if the drone is in an emergency, you can immediately stop the engines. To do so, start the same
procedure you use to activate the engines.
Before flying or in case of need following bumps or
falls, the gyroscopes on the drone will have to be
reset.
Place the drone on a flat surface and move
the right stick to the lower right corner for few
seconds.
The drone’s LEDs will blink.
The process is completed when the LEDs blink
normally.

GIMBAL
SPEED REGULATION
This drone can fly at three different speeds.
When you press the Speed switch on the controller (button on th
back right), you will hear a double beep and speed will pass to
intermediate. By pressing it again, you will hear three beeps and
speed will be high.
Press the Speed selector one more time to return to low speed.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

You can use the remote control to record videos and take photographs
by simply pressing the button on the left.
By pressing the dedicated button, the controller will beep to signal the
beginning of recording/photo shooting.
Press once to take a picture, press and hold for one second to start
recording a video. Press again to stop recording.
WARNING
• When you start to record a video you must stop recording by pressing the dedicated button before you land
the device and remove the drone battery. Otherwise, the video will not be saved on the memory card.
• Put a micro SD memory card (not included) into the dedicated slot to record a video or take a photo.
Photos will be saved on a memory card and on the device memory (if you are using a smartphone), while videos
will be saved on the memory card.
However, you can download or view the video on your smartphone when it is connected via Wi-Fi.
Put your memory card into your computer to view the saved photos and videos.
With Harrier you can change the inclination of the camera by the
one-axis gimbal.
To move the camera during flight, press and hold the button on
the remote control until you reach the desired position.

RETURN TO HOME
This feature allows you to allow the drone to approach the pilot by
pressing the dedicated button.
When you launch the Return to Home function, the drone cannot
avoid the obstacles along its route.
To abandon this mode, press the corresponding button again.
Once the drone reaches its destination, it will land automatically.
WARNING
• Pay attention to any possible obstacles or interferences along
the way.
• The Return to Home function shall be activated automatically if
the GPS signal is not strong enough and the battery level is low.
FOLLOW ME
ORBIT MODE
You can activate the Follow Me function when the drone is in flight
by pressing the left stick in the centre. A beep will tell you that the
mode is active.
Thanks to the GPS signal, the drone can follow the user.
WARNING
This function can only be activated if the smartphone is connected with
a Wi-Fi network, if satellite access is active and the GPS signal is strong enough for both devices.

Press
When the Orbit function is activated, the drone will fly automatically in a circle around its position.
Push the right stick towards the centre to activate the function. A beep will tell you that the mode is active.
The drone will automatically fly at the set height and radius. Pay attention to any possible obstacles or
interferences along the way. Use the right stick to control the circle direction, the flight speed and the circle
radius as detailed in the following picture.

TRIM SETTING
TRIM SETTING
Flying is less stable when the GPS signal is absent. Improve the drone stability by acting on the trims according
to the picture below.
LOW BATTERY WARNING
When the controller and/or drone battery level is low, the controller will beep continuously to indicate that the
pilot must land the drone to replace/charge the batteries. If the drone flies in GPS mode and the battery is low,
the Return to Home function will be activated. Check that no obstacles or interferences are present along the
way.
Setting Forward/Backward Trim: if the drone tends to go
forward at take-off, press the Trim Setting button and push the
right analogue backwards. In the opposite case, push it forward.
Setting Left/Right Rotation Trim: if the drone rotates counter-
clockwise at take-off, press the Trim Setting button and push
the left analogue towards the right. In the opposite case, push it
towards the left.
Setting Left/Right yawing Trim: if the drone tends towards the
left at take-off, press the Trim Setting button and push the right
analogue towards the right. In the opposite case, push it towards
the left.

OPERATING AREA LIMIT WARNING
If the drone leaves the operating area of its remote control, you will hear a beep signalling danger. Return the
drone to the controller’s action space or it might not respond to the controller’s commands and fly away.
SMARTPHONE HOUSING
Open the controller’s antennas and extract the support, open the lower clamp and house the smartphone as
shown in the picture.

REPLACE AND DISASSEMBLE THE PROPELLERS
The propellers might be damaged in case of a strong impact. You can replace the damaged propellers by
unscrewing the screw (as shown in the picture). Carefully press the new propeller down as far as it goes;
otherwise, in fact, it might detach during a flight and this will lead to you losing control over the drone.
Make sure you replace the propellers in the correct position according to the picture below:
• Left front propeller shown with letter A
• Right front propeller shown with letter B
• Left back propeller shown with letter B
• Right back propeller shown with letter A
CONTROL THROUGH APP
Download the App “TWODOTS HARRIER” for iOS and Android from your store of reference.
Switch on the drone and connect it to the Wi-Fi network by selecting “TWODOTS HARRIER”.
Once you are connected, open the app to start take-off.
WARNING
To prevent incoming phone calls while using the drone – which might cause you to lose control over it –
activate the “airplane mode” on your smartphone before take-off and then activate the Wi-Fi (this procedure is
fundamental to connect the drone and the smartphone).
STORAGE
Store the drone in a dry place, away from any heat sources and direct sunlight. Even if you are not using the
drone, charge the batteries once a month to extend their lifetime.
WARRANTY
Please, keep the payment receipt as a proof of purchase so that you are entitled to warranty pursuant to the
law. The warranty is be structured as follows:
• 2 years’ warranty for the drone, except for the battery;
• 6 months’ warranty for the battery.
Warning – The warranty does not cover the following conditions:
• Malfunctioning caused by incorrect use
• Malfunctioning caused by unauthorized changes, by the disassembly of components or by reparations
completed by the user
• Damage or malfunctioning originating from incorrect storage
• No or non-compliant proof of purchase
• Damage caused by long flights in the rain or by plunging the device into the water

LITHIUM BATTERIES: WARNING
• Do not leave the battery unattended to while charging it, in order to prevent overcharging.
• Only use the cable included in the packaging to charge the battery.
• Do not open the battery.
• Do not leave the battery close to any heat sources and flammable objects.
• In case of overheating, colour changes or strange odours during use, remove the battery immediately.
• Keep the battery away from liquids.
• In case of fluid leaks and subsequent eye contact, immediately rinse with water and go to a hospital.
• Always store the batteries in a fresh and dry place.
• Do not leave the battery uncharged for over 3 weeks to prevent irreversible damage.
