1. Attach two large casters to back of base. Secure
each caster with four M8 x 20 mm bolts and four
M8 washers. Tighten with 1/2"socket. (See Figure 1)
2. Flip base upright. Attach small casters to front
of base. Secure with four M8 x 20 mm Phillips
countersunk screws, four M8 washers and four M8
hex locknuts. Tighten with 1/2"socket. (See Figure 2)
3. Attach upright
to base. Secure
both sides with
M16 x 100 mm bolt,
M16 washer and M16
hex locknut. Tighten
with 15/16" socket.
(See Figure 3)
4. Attach handle and support braces on each side
of upright. Secure all parts with M16 x 120 mm bolt,
M16 washer and M16 hex nut. Tighten with 15/16"
socket. (See Figure 4)
NOTE: Hand tightening may be needed for steps
4 and 5 to allow bolts to align. Once steps 4 and
5 are complete, fully tighten with 15/16" socket.
5. Attach support braces to inside of both sides of
base. Secure each side with M16 x 100 mm bolt,
M16 washer and M16 hex locknut. Tighten with 15/16"
socket. (See Figure 5)
6. Attach two large casters to legs. Secure each caster
with four M8 x 20 mm bolts and four M8 washers.
Tighten with 1/2"socket. (See Figure 6)

7. Insert legs into base. Secure each leg with two 4"
pins and two cotter pins. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: When legs are down, secure 4" pins and
cotter pins in first and third holes.
NOTE: When legs are folded, secure 4" pins
and cotter pins in first and second holes.
(See Figure 8)
8. Place hydraulic jack on upright and secure bottom
of jack with M16 x 90 mm bolt, M16 washer and
M16 hex locknut. Tighten with 15/16" socket.
(See Figure 9)
9. Place boom on top of upright. Secure with
M18 x 120 mm bolt, M18 washer and M18 hex
locknut. Tighten with 1⁄" socket. (See Figure 10)
10. Raise hydraulic jack until top of hydraulic jack
aligns with boom. Secure with M16 x 90 mm bolt,
M16 washer and M16 hex locknut. Tighten with 15/16"
socket. (See Figure 11)
11. Slide boom extension into boom. Secure at preferred
tonnage on boom with M16 x 90 mm bolt, M16
washer and M16 hex locknut. Tighten with 15/16"
socket. (See Figure 12)
NOTE: For instructions on how to raise/lower,
see Operation section on page 4.

OPERATION
12. Attach preferred chain through slit on bottom of
boom extension and secure with an M14 x 80 mm
bolt, M14 washer and M14 hex nut. Tighten with
7/8" socket. (See Figure 13)
NOTE: The one-ton chain can only be used
at the 1/2 and one-ton boom positions. The
two-ton chain can be used at all boom
positions.

TO RAISE LOAD
• Turn release valve clockwise to a snug-tight
position. (See Figure 14)
NOTE: Do not overtighten.
NOTE: When the hydraulic floor crane is
unloaded, the boom can be raised to a
preferred position by turning the release
valve clockwise and pushing up on the
boom by hand.
TO LOWER LOAD
• Turn release valve counterclockwise very slowly.
Speed is controlled by how much the release
valve is turned. (See Figure 14)
