HAZARD
• Infants have died in toddler beds from entrapment and strangulation.
• Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could
result in serious injury or death.
• NEVER use bed with children under 15 months.
• NEVER place bed near windows where cords from blinds or drapes
may strangle a child.
• If guard rails are used as the mattress containment means, guard
rails provided must be used to avoid the formation of a gap between
the mattress and the bed that could cause an entrapment.
• DO NOT place bed near windows where cords from blinds or drapes
may strangle a child.
• DO NOT place items with a string, cord, or ribbon, around a child’s
neck, such as a hood strings or pacier cords.
• DO NOT suspend strings over a toddler bed for any reason.
The intended user’s minimum age must
be at least 15 months old and maximum
weight must not exceed 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
CAUTION: Use ONLY mattress/pad provided
by manufacturer (which must be at least 53 in.
long by 25 in. wide and not more than 4 in. thick).

Care and Cleaning:
• Solid woods exchange moisture with the air adjusting to major
changes in room temperature and humidity. Therefore, it is
best to place your furniture away from heating or air-
conditioning vents.
• Sunlight is not friendly to solid wood furniture and prolonged
direct exposure to harsh sunlight can discolor the nish. Be
careful not to place your furniture in direct sunlight for extended
periods of time. As with all your ne furniture, blot up spills
immediately.
• Do not scratch or chip the nish. Do not use abrasive chemicals
for cleaning. Clean with mild soap on a soft rag. Rinse and dry
thoroughly. If you ever renish this furniture, be sure to use only
a non-toxic nish specied for children’s products. If you choose
to renish this furniture, the warranty will be voided.

Disassemble the crib

Step 1 Unscrew 20mm bolts (4). Remove mattress base from crib.
Step 2 Select one curved end. Remove connector pins and cam locks at acrylic side
panels. Unscrew 55mm bolts (2) and 60mm bolt (2) from the bottom. Remove
curved end.
Step 3 Unscrew 55mm bolts (6) at the bottom of acrylic side panels. Remove both
acrylic side panels.

BBed rail assembly
Step 1 Insert support pins (2) into Lower Curved End using a screwdriver.
Step 2 Select one Junior Bed Rail, rest on plastic edge of base. Ensure cam lock
hole is located at the foot end of base.
Step 3 Align holes between Plastic Base and Junior Bed Rail.
Step 4 Start with center, use 60mm bolts (3) to attach Junior Bed Rail, finger
tighten.
Step 5 Insert left and right bolts, finger tighten.
Step 6 Repeat Steps 3 to 5 to install the other side of Junior Bed Rail.
Step 7 Insert connecting pins (2) into ends of Junior Bed End using a screwdriver.
Step 8 Insert locking cams (2) to Junior Bed Side Rails.
Step 9 Horizontally slide Junior Bed End along Plastic Base edge until
Connecting Pins insert into both Junior Bed Side Rails.
Step 10 Start with center, insert 60mm bolts (3) on Junior Bed End and finger
tighten.
Step 11 Make sure connecting pins are passing through the Locking Cams.
Insert the Locking Cam nuts. Use screwdriver to turn Locking Cam nuts
clockwise until tight. (See Fig.B1).
Step 12 Tighten all 9 bolts with Allen Key. Please Note: Do not over-tighten.

4 x 20mm bolt
Step 1 Select Mattress Base, have two adults to lower base into position, It will
rest on inside edge of Plastic Base.
Step 2 Select 20mm bolts (4).
Step 3 Align Mattress Base with both holes and attach one bolt at each end.
Finger tighten.
Step 4 Install two remaining bolts then tighten all 4 bolts with Allen Key.
