Remove the frames and make sure thatthe distance is correct. Do not fully tighten hardware as further adjustments may be required.Note: Aluminum tracks have oval holes on their sides. Installing glass panels4B4CD4D4A. Assemble the support bar (B2) with coupler (C) in the muff (A) and tighten using the allen key (6) and(7) .4B. Place the support bar on the glass panel, make sure the support bar is level on the wall,then position(A) on the wall and mark the line.4C.Drill hole on the marked lineNote: it is recommended that a small diameter bit be used when first drilling tiles to avoid cracking them. Begin with the smaller bit and gradually move to larger drill bits until the proper sized hole is attained.4D. Install both magnetic tracks (O2) on the shower door (H) and(O1) on the glass panel (P).

Montants nécessaires pour supporter les rails
1A. Assurez-vous que tous les travaux de
plomberie brute ont été faits avant l’installation
de la douche.
1B. Assurez-vous que la base est droite en
ajustant au besoin les vis de nivellement sous
la base.
1C. Une fois en place, la surface intérieure
du rebord de la base doit être alignée avec
le panneau de plâtre.

Assurez-vous d’avoir une distance de 29 1/2 po du coin de la douche jusqu’au
bord intérieur du rail d’aluminium situé du côté gauche.
Assurez-vous d’avoir une distance de 37 1/4 po du coin de la douche jusqu’au
bord intérieur du rail d’aluminium situé du côté droit.
2A. Positionnez le rail gauche (D) et indiquez la position des trous du rail sur le mur.
Le rail doit être parfaitement droit.
2B. Faire de même avec le rail droit (D).
2C. Retirez les rails et assurez-vous que les distances sont justes. Percez les trous
aux endroits indiqués.
Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser une mèche de petit diamètre pour percer
les trous dans des tuiles de céramique afin d’éviter de les briser. Commencez
avec la plus petite mèche et augmentez de diamètre jusqu’à l’obtention
de la grosseur de trou voulue.
2D. Assurez-vous qu’au final les trous sont suffisamment grands pour que
les prises murales (4) s’y glissent parfaitement. Insérez les prises murales à l’aide
d’un maillet de caoutchouc (afin d’éviter de briser les tuiles) jusqu’à ce que les prises
soient alignées avec la surface des tuiles.

2E. Procédez à l’installation des rails (D) en utilisant les vis (3) et en vous
assurant que les trous ovales sont bien face à l’intérieur de la douche.
Ne vissez pas trop serré afin d’éviter de faire craquer les tuiles.
Découpez la boîte aux mêmes dimensions que la bse de douche
et déposez le carton sur la base de douche afin de la protéger.

Note :Il y a des trous ovales sur les côtés des rails d’aluminium. Ces trous vous
permettent d’ajuster la profondeur des panneaux de verre dans les rails d’aluminium.
En effectuant cet ajustement et/ou en donnant un léger angle au panneau de verre,
vous obtiendrez un réglage précis pour l’alignement de votre porte.
3A. Placer les rails d’étanchéité (K1, K2, K3) à la base des panneaux de verre (G, P).
3B. Insérer les panneaux de verre (G, P) dans leur rail respectif. Ne vissez pas trop serré,
d’autres ajustements pouvant être nécessaires.

4A. Assemblez la barre de support (B2) avec le raccord (C) et le manchon (A) et serrez et utilisant
les clés Allen (6) et (7).
4B. Placez la barre de support sur le panneau de verre. Assurez-vous que la barre de support
est bien à plat sur le mur puis, marquez l’emplacement du manchon (A) au crayon.
4C. Percez un trou à l’emplacement indiqué.
Note : Il est recommandé d’utiliser une mèche de petit diamètre pour percer les trous dans des tuiles
de céramique afin d’éviter de les briser. Commencez avec la plus petite mèche et augmentez
de diamètre jusqu’à l’obtention de la grosseur de trou voulue.
4D. Insérez les prises murales à l’aide d’un maillet de caoutchouc.Tapez doucement sur la suface
afin d'éviter d'endommager les tuiles.
4E. Retirez le manchon (A) de la barre de support (B2), puis vissez-le au mur avec une vis (3).
4F. Replacez la barre de support (B2+C) dans le manchon (A) et vissez à l’aide le la clé Allen (7).
4G. Installez le support (C) sur le panneau de verre et vissez-le en utilisant la clé Allen (8).
Assurez-vous de glisser le petit protecteur de caoutchouc pour éviter de briser les panneaux de verre.
4H. Répéter les mêmes opérations pour la 2e barre de support.

5A. Installez les charnières (A) sur le panneau (G) en placant les rondelles de chaque côté (2 pièces)
du panneau de verre. N’oubliez pas d’insérer les cylindres de plastique dans les trous du verre
avant de visser.
Note : Assurez-vous que le côté de la charnière où vous devez insérer la vis soit à l’intérieur de la douche.
5B. Fixez la porte de douche (H) aux charnières en utilisant la clé Allen (8).
Note : Assurez-vous que les trous pour les poignées de porte sont bien positionnés tel qu’illustré.

6A. Installez les rails d’étanchéité verticaux en caoutchouc (E1, E2, E3) sur le panneau (H).
Notez que le rebord le plus long du rail doit être du côté intérieur et chevaucher la porte.
6B. Installez le rail d’étanchéité horizontal en caoutchouc (M) sur le bas de la porte de douche (H) et
coupez-le de la bonne longueur. Le rebord le plus long du rail doit être du côté intérieur de la douche.
6C. Installez les bandes magnétiques : l’une (O2) sur la porte de douche (H) et l’autre
(O1) sur le panneau de verre (P).

7A. Vérifiez l’alignement et assurez-vous que la porte (H) s’ouvre et se ferme correctement.
Ajustez si nécessaire les panneaux (G et P) en augmentant ou en réduisant l’interstice.
7B. En vous référant à l’illustration, percez 3 trous de 3,2 mm de diamètre aux emplacements
indiqués.
7C. Assemblez les panneaux (G et P) avec les rails en utilisant les vis (1).
Ajoutez les capuchons décoratifs (5) tel qu’illustré.

8A. Démontez les pièces des deux poignées (I et J).
8B. Installez la poignée (J) tel qu’illustré en vous assurant qu’elle est bien à l’intérieur de la douche.
Tenir la poignée (J) et assurez-vous que la vis de la poignée est vissée du côté intérieur du trou
d’installation, puis tournez la poignée (I).
Note : Les rondelles et les joints de protection en PVC doivent être assemblés de chaque côté
de la porte pour protéger le verre.
8C. Installez la poignée (I) manuellement et assurez-vous d’utiliser les joints de protection en PVC.

9A. Placez le support arrière (R) et un joint de caoutchouc au centre de l’encoche tel qu’illustré
et indiquez l’emplacement du trou à percer sur la base de douche.
9B. Retirez le support et le joint de caoutchouc. Percez un trou dans la base de douche avec
une mèche de 3,2 mm (1/8").
9C. Versez une goutte de silicone dans le trou percé. Replacez le support arrière et le joint
de caoutchouc et serrez avec une vis (2). Puis, placez le support avant et le joint de caoutchouc
et serrez avec une clé Allen (8).
9D. Répétez les mêmes opérations pour installer le second support de l’autre côté.

10A. Placez le rail d’aluminium (N) et les raccords de plastique (S1 et R1) sur les panneaux (G et P).
Puis percez un trou de 3,2 mm au centre du trou elliptique des parties
de plastique.
10B. Placez une vis (1) dans le trou des pièces de plastique (S1 et R1) et vissez à l’aide d’un tournevis.
Puis, ajoutez un capuchon décoratif.
Note : Les pièces de plastique (S2 et R2) sont prévues pour l’ouverture de la porte de la gauche
vers la droite.
NOTE : Avant d’installer les supports à panneaux de verre (L), assurez-vous que la porte de douche
s’ouvre et se ferme facilement. Des ajustements mineurs peuvent être nécessaires.

Assurez-vous que la porte ferme juste et s’ouvre facilement. Ajustez la profondeur du panneau
de verre de côté avec les supports muraux. Alignez l’enceinte de la douche avec le mur et la base.
Il doit y avoir un contact serré entre les panneaux de verre de côté et l’armature ainsi qu’avec
les barres de support.
Appliquez un joint de silicone transparent ou coloré autour du périmètre intérieur de tous
les éléments fixes de la douche (horizontalement entre le bas de tous les panneaux de verre fixes
et la base, autant que verticalement entre les murs, l’armature et les panneaux de verre de côté).
Note :
Une application incorrecte du joint de silicone pourrait entraîner des fuites d’eau.

ou au remplacement du produit ou d’un de ses éléments.
La garantie sera annulée si le produit est installé malgré un défaut apparent
qui aurait pu être remarqué au moment de l’inspection préliminaire.
Entretien et prévention
RONA recommande l’utilisation d’un linge humide et d’un savon doux pour l’entretien
des surfaces. L’utilisation de tampons abrasifs, de grattoirs, de brosses ou de
tout autre objet pouvant endommager les surfaces du produit est défendue et annulera
la présente garantie.
