1. Why is there a flashing red light on the headset?
This indicates low battery charge. Please charge the headset.
2. Why is the red light off during charging?
If the red light doesn’t turn on then the headset is not receiving power. Please make sure the

According to the Bluetooth standard, the maximum controllable distance of a Class 2 type headset is
10m, but this may change due to environment and pairing devices.
4. Why does the mobile phone fail to find a connection with the headset?
Please make sure that the headset and the mobile phone are within 1 metre of each other for the
initial pairing process.
5. Why is no sound coming out of the headset?
Please check the volume of the headset isn’t set too low, press "+" key for adjustment. Also check

from the mobile phone and may differ between devices).
6. The calling effect of the headset is not good
Please check the local signal intensity of the mobile phone.
Please check whether the headset is within the controllable range or not.
7. Why can’t I remote control my device from the headset when playing music?
This function requires the device paired with the headset supports the AVRCP protocol. Please check
the device’s manual for supported protocols.
