INTENDED USE
This wheel chock fits most of the standard motorcycles currently on the market. It is designed to be mounted to a
truck bed, trailer or concrete floor.

common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the
operator.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WORK AREA
•Keep the work area clean, free of clutter and well lit.Cluttered and dark work areas can cause
accidents.

•Keep children and bystanders away while using this motorcycle wheel chock. Distractions can result in
a loss of control, so bystanders should be kept a safe distance from the work area.
•Be aware of all power lines, electrical circuits, water pipes and other mechanical hazards in your
work area, particularly those hazards below the work surface hidden from the operator’s view that may
be unintentionally contacted and may cause personal harm or property damage.
PERSONAL SAFETY
•Maintain a safe working environment. Make sure there is adequate surrounding workspace. Do not
use this product in a damp or wet location.
•Use the correct product for your motorcycle. Make sure the motorcycle’s wheel fits into the Wheel
Chock prior to first use.
USE AND CARE
•Use only the accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model.Accessories
that may be suitable for one tool may create a risk of injury when used on another tool.
•Never leave a motorcyclerunning while unattended.
ASSEMBLY
The Wheel Chock comes fully assembled; however it must be mounted onto a solid surface to secure it. It is
designed to be mounted on the bed of a truck, a motorcycle lift, or a concrete floor.
WARNING:Do not sit on the motorcycle while it isbeing loaded into the Wheel Chock.
WARNING:Verify that the installation surface has no hidden wires, brake lines, etc. before drilling.
Concrete Floor Mounting
•Choose a location that is flat, level and capable of bearing the combined weight of the Wheel Chock
and the motorcycle. Make sure that the location is out of the way and there is sufficient room to remove
the motorcycle after it has been mounted. The mounting surface should be suitable for heavy
equipment.
•Use the mounting holes in the Base (7) of the Wheel Chock as a template. Arrange the Base (7) in the
chosen location and, using a pencil, mark where the holes are to be drilled. You will need concrete
anchors (not included) to secure the Base (7) to the concrete floor. Using the correct size concrete drill
bit (not included), drill the mounting holes to secure the Base (7). Attach the concrete anchors to the
floor. Secure the Base (7) to the floor utilizing the concrete anchors.

Truck Bed or Motorcycle Lift Mounting
•Place the Base (7) over the desired location in the truck bed or motorcycle lift. Use the Base (7) for a
pattern and mark where you the holes need to be drilled in order to mount the Wheel Chock. Use a drill
(not included) and a steel cutting bit (not included) to drill the holes in the truck bed or motorcycle lift.
•Attach the Base (7) to the truck bed utilizing the Mounting Bolts (6), Nylon Sleeves (8), Large Washers
(9) and Spring Washers (3). Secure with Hex Nuts (10). See Diagram and Parts List.
OPERATION
WARNING:Do not drive motorcycle into the Wheel Chock.
•Select the correct mounting hole for the motorcycle being loaded into the Wheel Chock, and use the
Pivot Bolts (5) to secure the Pivoting Bracket in place.
•To load a motorcycle, lower the Pivoting Bracket (13) to the horizontal position and simply push or
slowly drive the motorcycle into the Wheel Chock.
•The Pivoting Bracket will close on the motorcycle tire, securing the bike in an upright position.
•For long-term storage, or if the Wheel Chock is mounted to a mobile platform, the motorcycle should
be secured with belts or straps (not included).
MAINTENANCE
•Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Wheel Chock. Check for loose screws, poor
alignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its
safe operation. Do not use damaged equipment.
•Occasionally, wipe the Wheel Chock down with soft cloth and mild detergent.
