The SteamAir wand MUST be wiped
and purged after each use to prevent
milk build-up
Remove the pitcher and
wipe the wand and tip with a
clean, damp towel.
Press SteamAir Button
Steam will automatically
shut OFF at the pre-set
temperature
Steam Tip must be at least
1” below surface of milk
Press the Steam Button
ON then OFF
to purge
Automatic Milk Steaming:
Turn the adjusting collar
to vary the amount of air
in the milk
