Without the correctly filled warranty card or without proof of purchase receipt, including
the product type (invoice, purchase receipt) no warranty claim will be processed.
1. KH Trading machines and tools are covered by 6/24 months warranty, starting on the date of
purchase, as described in the Civil Code (proof of purchase or invoice receipt must be
enclosed with the warranty card when making a claim).
2. This warranty does not cover defects caused by unprofessional handling, machine overloads, not
complying with instructions contained in this manual, using accessories that are not approved,
unauthorized repair, regular wear and tear and damages occurred during transport. Further, this
warranty does not cover parts and accessories such as the motor, carbon brushes, seals and
hot-air operated parts and parts that need to be changed regularly.
3. If the repair is to be found as not covered by the warranty policy, all costs including the repair and ship-
ping to and from the repair centre will be paid by the customer, according to valid price list. See www.
4. When making a claim, you must present the warranty card, showing the date of the purchase, the
serial number of the machine, vendor stamp and signature of sales clerk, as well as the proof of
purchase receipt.
5. Warranty claim shall be made at the vendor shop where you bought your machine or you may mail
it to a service centre. The vendor is obligated to fill out the warranty card (date of sale, serial
number, vendor stamp and signature). All these information must be filled in at the time of sale.
6. The warranty period will be extended for the period of time for which the machine has been in the
service centre possession. If the repair or defect is not covered by the warranty policy, all costs including
the repair and shipping will be paid by the owner of the machine / tool. We recommend sending the
machine in its original packaging. Please, also enclose brief description of the defect with the packaging.
7. Before sending the machine for repair, clean it thoroughly. If the received machine is dirty, it may
be rejected by the service shop or you may be charged a cleaning fee.

Practical jack with platform for motorbike lifting is equipped with a mechanical adjustment system that offers
3 set positions, as well as the possibility to change of the wheel base.

•Never work in tight spaces or in purely lit rooms. Make sure the floor is solid and stable and that you can
move around easily.
•Maintain your tools clean and in safe working conditions.
•Handles must be kept free of grease and dirt.
•Make sure no children, unauthorized persons or animals have access to your workshop.
•Never put your hands or legs inside the working area.
•Never leave your machine / equipment unattended during operation.
•Use only for purposes for which it has been designed.
•Use personal protective gear such as safety goggles, ear protection, respirator, safe working shoes etc.
•Do not overreach, use both hands.
•Never work under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
•Do not use the machine if you feel dizzy or week.
•Any modifications or improvements to the machine are strictly prohibited. Do not use if you discover
damage, bent part, crack or other condition that may prevent the machine from working properly.
•Never perform any maintenance during operation.
•If you see any unusual sign or hear any strange sound, switch off machine immediately.
•Do not forget to remove all wrenches and screwdrivers from the machine after use.
•Before use, make sure all screws are tightened securely.
•Perform maintenance regularly. Before use make sure the machine is in good working conditions and wit-
hout any damage.
•Use only original spare parts during repairs.
•Using non-original spare parts or other parts not approved by the manufacturer may cause damage to the
machine or personal injury to the operating personnel.
•Use this machine only for work that could be handled by it. Do not overload tools, accessories or the
machine. For large work volume use more powerful machine.
•Do not overload.
•Do not expose to extremely high temperature or direct sunlight.
•This machine is not designed for use in humid environments or under water.
Assembly
•Do not use the machine unless completely assembled.
Lifting equipment
•Do not lift object heavier than the maximum jack load.
•Keep you hands within safe distance from moving parts.
•Lower lifted objects slowly. Prevent unintentional object lowering and sudden stops during lowering.
•Jack may be used on solid and levelled surfaces only.
•Jack may be disassembled for transportation (transport in the down position).
•Before lifting, secure the jack from unintentional movement or sliding.

•Keep your tools clean. Dirt from tools may enter the inner machine mechanism and cause damages to the
tools or machine.
•Do not use aggressive cleaning solution or paint thinners to clean the machine.
•If not in use, coat the metal parts of the machine with oil and store it in a dry place.
•Keep the platform clean and make sure no dirt or grease are present on the upper part of the platform.
Lubricate moving machine parts regularly.
•Regularly inspect the piston and the slide for corrosion. Clean and lubricate bare surfaces with oiled
cloth.
•Before each use, inspect all parts thoroughly. f you discover damaged or missing parts, do not use the
jack. Instead, contact the vendor immediately and have it repaired.
•Check the hydraulic oil level. If the level is too low, open the plastic cap on the pump and refill the oil.
DO NOT USE break fluid or any other fluid. Use only high quality hydraulic oil designed for hydraulic
machines.
When the operational life of your device is over, dispose off it in accordance with valid rules and regulations.
Your product is made of metal and plastic parts that may be recycled when separated.
1. Disassemble all parts.
2. Separate all parts according to the material they are made of (e.g. metals, rubber, plastics, etc.).
Take the separated parts to the recycling facility near you for further processing.
Information about the locations of recycling centres may be found at your local City office or throughout an
Internet search.
If the machine breaks down, send it back to the vendor for quick repair.
Please, enclose brief description of the defect. That makes repair easier. If the machine is still covered by
warranty, enclose the warranty card and proof of purchase receipt. After the warranty period expires, we
repair your machine for a special price.
To prevent possible damages during shipping, packed the machine carefully or use the original packaging
material. We are not liable for shipping damages due to incorrect packaging of your machine. If making
a claim at the shipping company the level and method of packaging plays a major role during claim evaluation
process.
Note: Pictures and contents in this manual may slightly differ from the actual product or accessories.
It is due to continuous improvement of our products. Such small differences have no effect on the product
functionality.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTICES
•Maximum load 360 kg. NEVER attempt to lift a heavier object than the maximum specified weight.
•Use this jack only for lifting. DO NOT USE for any other purposes.
•Make sure no children or unauthorized persons may enter your working space.
•Use only on stable, dry and non-slippery floor, that is able to support the weight of the jack and the lifting
object. Keep your device clean and in good conditions. Do not put any objects on the jack you do not
necessarily need. Work only in well-lit rooms.
•The motorcycle must be properly fastened and secured on the platform. Use fastening belts.
•If the platform is lifted, use the safety bar to prevent accidental fall of the platform.
•Before lowering the platform, remove all objects that may be under the jack platform. Make sure all
persons are standing in safe distance during work.
•Keep your legs and hands in safe distance from moving parts of the machine.
•DO NOT use the jack and the platform for transporting objects. The jack has been designed only as
a stationary tool, for lifting objects. The load must always stay stable.
•Do not use if you discover damage, impact cracks, or if you are not sure that the machine is safe to use.
•Do not expose to extreme weather conditions or rain.
•Make sure all repairs are done by qualified technicians and only original and manufacturer approved spare
parts are used.
•WARNING: warnings, caution notices and instructions contained in this manual cannot cover all possible
conditions and situations that my occur during use of your machine. The user shall be aware that common
sense and caution are features that may not be built-in into any machine and therefore it is up to the user
to incorporated those factors into everyday work.
•Mount the access ramp (31) to the end of the platform (32).
•Fasten the vise assembly (35, 47) to the front part of the platform (32). Use clamps (33), washers (34) and
nuts (38) to secure it in place.
•Fix the stopper desk (39) in place using clamps (33), washers (34) and nuts (38).
ASSEMBLY

1. Switch off the machine and make sure that no one may incidentally switch the it on.
2. Place the required tool inside the chuck and tighten it securely. Close the chuck cover.
3. On the work piece mark the position for the opening or grove. Securely tighten the work piece on the work
table.
4. Using the setting wheel, lift the object to required height.
5. Turn on the switch.
6. When creating the grove move the table back and forward and across. You may adjust the cross feed and
the forward or backward motion of the platform by stopping shaft under the table.
•Leave the pump stopped for one hour to allow the oil to settle down before bleeding.
•NOTE: if you don't give the oil enough time to settle down, air may be still present in the oil. The pump will
not be bled sufficiently for the first time and you will have to repeat the bleeding process.
•You will bleed the hydraulic system thoroughly if you press the releasing pedal (10) and press the lifting
pedal (7) ten to fifteen times.
•Test-lift the platform without any load. Lift the platform all the way up and lower it down. The lowering speed
may be controlled by pressing the releasing pedal (10).
OPERATION
BEFORE FIRST USE
WARNING! Before first use, read all safety instructions carefully. Make sure you understand all instructions.
WARNING! Do not overload the jack.
•Install the jack on solid and levelled floor, capable of supporting its weight (e.g. concrete floor).
•Manoeuvre the motorcycle on the platform through the access ramp.
NOTE: different sizes of vises may be mounted on the platform to hold different sizes of motorcycles.
•Lock the front motorcycle wheel in the vise jaws to secure it in place.
•Also fasten the motorcycle to the platform by fastening belts.
•Step repeatedly on the lifting pedal (7) and lift the platform.
•When the platform reaches the required height, push the safety bar (48) through one of the holes in the
platform to prevent incidental fall or movement.
•When you finish you work, make sure the space below the platform is clear, so you can safely lower the
platform down. Remove the safety bar and SLOWLY press the releasing pedal (10). Lower the platform
SLOWLY.
NOTE: the lowering speed is controlled by release valve. The more is the valve open, the faster the platform
goes down. Make sure you lower the platform carefully and slowly.
•When the platform reaches the floor, remove the fastening belts, open the vise jaws and steer the
motorcycle out of the platform.
