Quick Set-Up Guide

Make sure the router is connected to the internet.
Connect the C100 hub to the router using an Ethernet cable,
then connect to power.

Let’s Get Started
Before you begin:

From Remote:
Select “Get Started.”

Confirm that the router is connected and powered up.
The system scans for connected hubs; select the hub by
matching the MAC ID.
Once selected, information from the app is sent to the hub.

Setting Up A HomeSet®System in 6 Easy Steps
From App:
Connect to the network and
select “Setup a New System.”

WIRELESS HUB: Unplug the Ethernet cable and select OK.
WIRED HUB: Just select OK.

Write down the Programming Key since
it’s required to access the portal.

Setting up from the remote is the same process,
except you have to select the Wi-Fi network that the
system is on.

From a PC, Mac, Tablet or Smartphone Log In to
the HomeSet Programming Portal.

About the Status LED, Power LED and Wi-Fi LED
After the C100 Hub has been correctly installed on the Wi-Fi network, the Status
LED will be solid red (until a program is downloaded to it), the Power LED will be
blue, and the Wi-Fi LED will be one of the following colors:
Solid Blue Connected to Wi-Fi, excellent signal strength.
Solid Green Connected to Wi-Fi, good signal strength.
Solid Yellow Connected to Wi-Fi, fair signal strength.
Solid Red Connected to Wi-Fi, poor signal strength.
Blinking Red Error connecting to Wi-Fi.
If your C100 Hub is using Wired Ethernet, and has been successfully set up, the
Status LED will be red (until a program is downloaded to it), the Power LED will
be blue, and the Wi-Fi LED will be off.
