tiene características que harán su trabajo más
rápido y fácil. Seguridad, comodidad y cona-
bilidad fueron previstos como prioridad para el
diseño del mismo, haciendo más fácil su ope-
ración.
ADVERTENCIA: Lea atentamente el ma-
nual antes de intentar usar este producto.
Asegúrese de prestar atención a todas las ad-
vertencias y las precauciones de seguridad a lo
largo de este manual.

AREA DE TRABAJO
• Mantenga su área de trabajo limpia y bien
iluminada. Mesas desordenadas y áreas oscuras
pueden provocar accidentes.
SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
• La bomba deberá ser operada por personal
capacitado.
• Siempre utilice lentes de seguridad o Goggles.
• Siempre utilice guantes cuando opere la
bomba.
• No apunte hacia usted o hacia los demás la
terminal de descarga, ya que hay riesgo de in-
yección a la piel o a los ojos.
• No permita que ninguna parte de su cuerpo
entre en contacto con los uidos que está
operando.
• Antes de utilizar la bomba, verique que no
existan señales de deterioro, escurrimiento o
conexiones sueltas.
• En caso de accidente, busque ayuda medica de
inmediato. No trate de atenderse por sí mismo.
• Utilice solo piezas originales de repuesto.
No recomendada para:
Gasolina, líquidos corrosivos y sustancias pesa-
das como miel, jarabes, o geles. Generalmente
componentes que resisten el ujo.
• Construcción de acero de larga duración.
• Operación de baja fatiga.
• Se adapta a tambos de 50 a 205 litros (15 a
55 galones).
• Descarga 750ml (25.361 oz.) por bombeo.
• Cabeza roscada para usarse con manguera de
jardín.
• También puede ser usada con thinners, anti-
congelantes y la mayoría de tipos de pinturas.
Se recomienda su uso con:
• Keroseno
• Diesel
• Anti-congelantes
• Fluidos hidráulicos
• La mayoría de thinners, pinturas y algunos
químicos no corrosivos.
Materiales de la bomba:
Acero, zinc, aluminio, PTFE y latón.
INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
CONOZCA SU HERRAMIENTA
Antes de tomar este producto, familiarícese
con todas las características de funcionamiento
y normas de seguridad.

ADVERTENCIA: Saque la bomba de su em-
paque y examinelo cuidadosamente. No tire
el empaque hasta que todas las partes hayan
sido examinadas.
FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA BOMBA
1. Remueva la bomba del empaque. Ensam-
ble la boquilla de descarga en el cabezal de la
bomba, utilizando la tuerca roscada y monte la
arandela sobre la boquilla. Apriete la conexión
a mano o suavemente con una llave.
2. Aoje la manivela de la tuerca de jación
que se encuentra montada en el tubo de la
bomba e inserte la bomba dentro del tambo.
3. Una vez que la parte inferior de la bomba
toca la base del tambor, rosque la tuerca de -
jación al tambo.
4. Ahora, apriete muy bien la tuerca de jación
en el tubo de la bomba. Tenga en cuenta que
un apriete excesivo puede dañar la bomba y su
funcionamiento.
5. Tome un recipiente vacío y colóquelo debajo
de la boquilla de descarga. Para poner en fun-
cionamiento la manija de la bomba debe des-
plazarla hacia arriba cerca de 12” y luego hacia
abajo. En un periodo máximo de 4 tiempos, la
bomba se ceba y se iniciará la dispensación de
uidos. La cantidad de descarga de uido por
bombeo puede ser controlada por el nivel de
elevación de la palanca de la bomba. Cuanto
mayor sea el ascenso, mayor será la descar-
ga por bombeo. Nunca tome la manija de la
bomba en su posición superior extrema, pero
opere dentro de una altura de elevación con-
veniente.
6. Para evitar que existan fugas, se recomienda
que la tuerca se aoje o apriete dependiendo
la viscosidad de los uidos a utilizar, con el n
de controlar cualquier ujo de medios desde
esta conexión.
7. Una vez que haya completado el bombeo de
los uidos, se recomienda invertir el tubo de
descarga hacia arriba para una operación sin
goteo.
NOTA: Si la bomba se vuelve a utilizar después
de un período prolongado de tiempo, necesita
re-cebado. Siga el paso 5.

res that will make your work faster and easier.
Safety, comfort and reliability were provided
as a priority for its design, making it easier to
operate.
WARNING: Carefully read the manual be-
fore attempting to use this product. Be sure to
pay attention to all warnings and safety pre-
cautions throughout this manual.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
WARNING: Read and understand all ins-
tructions. Failure to follow the instructions lis-
ted below may result in personal injury.
SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
• Keep your work area clean and well lit. Clut-
tered benches and dark areas invite accidents.
PERSONAL SAFETY
• Pump should be operated by trained person-
nel only.
• Always wear Safety Goggles when using the
pump.
• Always use Gloves when using the pump.
• Do not point the discharge end towards your-
self or anyone as there is potential hazard for
injection into skin / eyes.
• Never allow any part of the body to come in
contact with the operating uid.
• Before operating the pump , check hose for
signs of wear , leaks or loose connections. If
hose is weak , worn or damaged, replace the
hose immediately.
• Incase of an accident, immediately seek
emergency medical attention. Do not try to
treat the injury yourself.
• Use only genuine factory parts for repair.
• Do not use with:
Highly corrosive media. For example: honey,
syrups, or gels - generally components that re-
sist ow or gasoline.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before taking this product, familiarize yourself
with all operating features and safety require-
ments.
1. Discharge Spout.
2. Spout Nut & washer.
3. Bung Nut with 2” threads.
4. Pump Handle.
5. Pump Head.
6. Pump Tube.

WARNING: Removethe pumpfromits packa-
ging and carefully examine it. Do not discard the
packaging until all parts have been examined.
PUMP OPERATION
1. Assemble the Discharge spout onto the
pump head, using the threaded nut & washer
tted onto the spout . Tighten the connection
by hand or lightly using a wrench.
2. Loosen the bung nut tted onto the pump
tube & insert the pump into the drum.
3. Once the bottom of the pump touches the
base of the drum, securely fasten the bung
onto the drum.
4. Now very lightly tighten the bung onto the
pump tube. Note that excessive tightening
may damage the pump and render it in ope-
rational.
5. Take an empty container & place it below
the discharge spout. Start operating the pump
handle by moving it up by about 12” & then
down. Within a maximum of 4 strokes, pump
will be primed & will start dispensing media.
Amount of uid discharge per stroke can be
controlled by the lift of the pump handle. The
more is the lift, greater will be discharge per
stroke. Never take the pump handle to its ex-
treme top position, but operate within a con-
venient lift height.
6. To prevent leaks, it is recommended that
the nut can loosen or tighten depending on
the viscosity of the media used to control any
media stream from this connection.
7. Once you have completed pumping the
media, it is a good practice to invert the dis-
charge spout upwards for a non-drip operation.
NOTE: If the pump is re used after an extended
period of time, it may loose it’s prime & need
re-priming. Follow step 5 above.
