GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Always read the user guide before using the equipment.
- Keep the user guide in a place where everyone can read it.
- Use the equipment indoors and not in humid environments.
- Never remove or insert a plug from or into a wall socket with wet hands.
- If the plug and/or cable and/or cable input of the equipment is damaged it must be repaired by
aprofessional.
- Always take the plug out of the wall socket in the event of a thunderstorm, and also when the
equipment is not being used for a while.
-Never remove the plug from the power socket by pulling on its cable.
- Install the equipment in such a way that sufficient cooling is possible.
- Never use the appliance in the vicinity of heat sources and/or in direct sunlight.
-Make sure that no small objects or liquids can get in to the appliance.
-Only clean the appliance with a slightly moist dust-free cloth. Do not use cleaning products or
solutions!
-The appliance contains no components, other than those mentioned in the user guide that can
be repaired or replaced by the user.
- If the appliance is defective, it must be repaired by a US Blaster qualified repairs company.
- Keep the equipment out of the reach of children.
Keep the packaging safe so that, if the equipment is defective, you can
send it back in its original packaging and so avoid any damage.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this US BLASTER Class-D amplifier for your car audio system. Now you own
an amplifier of uncompromising design and engineering incorporating the latest advanced circuit tech-
nology.
You will soon discover the amplifiers’ optimum sound and reliable performance.
US BLASTER amplifiers are adopted by advanced craftsmanship using the highest quality components
and strict quality control system. In order to provide you with long and pleasureable listening, we
recommend that you have your amplifier installed by an authorized US BLASTER dealer. It will ensu-
re installing your product properly and will also increase the warranty to one year. (please see the
warranty section for more details.)
Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure you get the maximum benefit from this amplifier. When
installed properly, this unit will provide you years of trouble-free performance.

AMPLIFIER FUNCTIONS
1. Speaker connection
• Never connect the speaker cables with the chassis ground. This could destory your amplifier.
• Check that your speakers are connected correctly which means plus to plus and minus to minus.
Werecommend speaker cable from 16 Gauge or up. Other connection ways are shown in the attach-
ment.
2. BATT+
Battery +(plus) terminal. The +(plus) 12 Volt power cable must be connected with a fuse on the bat-
tery +(plus) terminal. We recommend a 12 feet copper cable with 8 Gauge thickness or up.
3. REM
Remote terminal. The remote cable must be connected with the radio remote output
terminal so that the amplifier will switch on and off automatically with the radio.If there are two or
more amplifiers connected to this antenna terminal it might be necessary to add an additional relay.

4. GND
Chassis ground terminal. The chassis ground cable must be connected very tight on a nearby massi-
veand electric conductive place.
5. Gain
Gain control regulates the sensitivity of the amplifier to match the signal output voltage of your sour-
ce unit. The gain control is not a volume adjustment. Use high quality CD music and increase the
volume of your source unit to 75%. Put the gain at the minimum and then slowly increase gain (cloc-
kwise). Stop at the first sign of distortion, then lower the gain a little (counter clockwise) to achieve
clear undistorted music at the maximum level.
6. Remote Bass Level Control ( Optional )
When using the remote bass level control you can adjust volume in the driver seat.
7. RCA audio-input
These RCA inputs connected with your radio preamp RCA outputs. Please use car audio RCA cables
otherwise they could be disturbed. Keep these cables as short as possible. To avoid disturbances from
your car electronics, please do not close the exsting car cables when you install the RCA cables. If
your radio has only one preamp output, please use a suitable Y-RCA adaptor. If your radio has only
one speaker output you must use a HIGH-LOW-LEVEL adaptor.
9. Bridge in
This RCA jack receives signal from the master amplifier when this amplifier is bridged as slave. DO
NOT use input jacks when the amplifier is working as slave.
All the functions will be adjusted by the master amplifier.
10. Bridge out
This RCA output sends out bridge signals to another same USB 3000-series amplifier in bridging con-
figuration.
11. Low Pass Filter
Filter out high frequency that the woofer can`t play. Adjust this knob to match the woofer`s freqen-
cy response.
12. SUBSONIC
Filter out unwanted too low frequency. This function will increase the power handing of your woofers.
It can adjust the frequency filter from 10Hz(OFF) to 50Hz.
13. Bassboost Frequency
Adjust the boosted center frequency. The frequency can be adjusted from 30Hz
to 80Hz, use combine with bassboost level adjusting.
14. Bassboost Level
Adjust the boosted frequency from 0~12dB, USB 3001`s boosted frequency is fixed at 55Hz, USB
3002 and USB 3003`s boosted frequency is adjustable.

16. Run Indicator
This LED will light up when amplifier work properly, it will flash or shut down when the amplifier is in
self-testing or malfunctions.
17. Alarm Indicator
When this LED light up, the amplifier may in self-test mode (when power up)or malfuction.
Shut down the amplifier immediately can find the reason before power up
amplifier again.

PRE-INSTALLATION
We recommend you have the installation done by an Authorized US BLASTER
dealer. Required power, ground wire and proper external fuse as below:

We recommend the fuse should be installed away less than 15 inches from the battery. The ground
wire should be connected directly with the chassis of your vehicle which should be metal to metal
ground point connection. The amplifier must be mounted securely at a solid, dry and low vibration
surface in the trunk or passenger area. Fix the amplifier in an open-air area to insure proper heat dis-
sipation. Fix the amplifier in a place where you can easily access to set the input controllers. Install
all amplifier cables as far as possible from car electrical cables such as the car ignition cable.
IMPORTANT
•When bridging two amplifiers please refer the bridging wiring chart.
• When bridging two amplifiers you should use same model amplifiers.
• Please make sure the negative speaker terminal of two amplifiers are
connected by the same gauge cables as the positive terminal being used.
• DO NOT connect any signal cables with the input RCA jacks when
bridged as slave unit.
• The LPF, Input level and remote functions will be disabled on slave
amplifier when bridged.
• All the functions of the slave amplifier will be adjusted by the master

WARRANTY
US BLASTER Inc. warrants all products not to exceed ONE YEAR* from the date of original purchase
which installed by an authorized US BLASTER dealer. Units that are not installed by an authorized US
BLASTER dealer maitain a warrantynot to exceed 90 days from the original purchase date. Product
that displays abuse such as power deficiency, over driving the amplifier or clipping the input is requi-
red to purchase a new PCB for replacement. US BLASTER obligates to repair or replace base on its
own sole option for defective products. This warrantydoes not fit for equipment that has been dama-
ged by accidents, negligence or misapplication or has been altered or modified in anyway. This war-
ranty applies only to the original purchaser who registers the product properly within 10 days after
purchase. Except as provided herein, US BLASTER makes no warranties or representations, express
or implied, including any warranty implied by law, whether for merchantability or fitness for a parti-
cular purpose.

ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
-Lees altijd eerst de gebruiksaanwijzing voordat u een apparaat gaat gebruiken.
-Bewaar de handleiding zodat elke gebruiker hem eerst kan doorlezen.
-Apparaat binnenshuis en niet in vochtige ruimtes gebruiken.
- Verwijder of plaats een stekker nooit met natte handen resp. uit en in de wandkontakt doos.
- Indien zowel stekker en/of netsnoer als snoeringang-in-het-apparaat beschadigd zijn dient dit
door een vakman hersteld te worden.
- Bij onweer altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact halen, zo ook wanneer het apparaat een poos
niet gebruikt wordt.
- Bij het verwijderen van een stekker uit het stopcontact nooit aan het netsnoer trekkken.
- Apparaat zodanig installeren dat er voldoende koeling mogelijk is.
- Toestel niet in de buurt van warmtebronnen en/of in direct zonlicht gebruiken.
- Zorg ervoor dat er geen kleine objecten of vloeistoffen in het toestel kunnen binnendringen.
- Toestel alleen reinigen met een licht vochtige stofvrije doek, geen reinigingsmiddelen of
oplosmiddelen gebruiken!
- Het toestel bevat buiten de in de gebruiksaanwijzing genoemde onderdelen geen onderdelen die
door de gebruiker vervangen of gerepareerd kunnen worden.
- Indien het toestel defect is, moet dit hersteld worden door een door US Blaster voorgeschreven
reparatiebedrijf.
-Het apparaat buiten bereik van kinderen houden.
Bewaar de verpakking zodat, indien het apparaat defect is, u dit in de
originele verpakking kunt opsturen om beschadigingen te voorkomen.

Voer zelf geen reparaties uit aan het apparaat; in élk geval vervalt de totale garantie.
Ook mag het apparaat niet eigenmachtig worden gemodificeerd, ook in dit geval vervalt de tota-
le garantie. Tevens vervalt de garantie bij ongevallen en beschadigingen in élke vorm t.g.v.
onoordeelkundig gebruik en/of het niet in acht nemen van de waarschuwingen in het algemeen
en gestelde in deze gebruiksaanwijzing. US Blaster Europe aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijk-
heid in geval van persoonlijke ongelukken als gevolg van het niet naleven van veiligheidsinstruc-
ties en waarschuwingen.Dit geldt ook voor gevolgschade in wélke vorm dan ook.

INLEIDING
Bedankt voor uw keuze van deze US BLASTER Class D versterker met volledig frequentiegebied voor
het audiosysteem in uw auto. Nu bent u eigenaar van een versterker in een volmaakte uitvoering en
met de nieuwste technologie. U zal zich al snel kunnen overtuigen van het optimale geluid en de
betrouwbare prestaties van deze versterker. De US BLASTER versterkers ondergaan een strenge kwa-
liteitscontrole en worden geproduceerd in een perfecte ambachtelijke bewerking, met gebruikmaking
van componenten van de hoogste kwaliteit. Om zo goed en lang mogelijk van het aangename en vol-
maakte geluid te genieten adviseren wij u de installatie bij een geautoriseerd US BLASTER dealer te
laten uitvoeren. Daardoor wordt technisch een juiste installatie verzekerd en tegelijkertijd kan voor u
de garantie met één jaar verlengd worden. (Details zijn in het hoofdstuk betreffende garantie te vin-
den.) Ga voor luisterplezier eerst zorgvuldig deze gebruiksaanwijzing doorlezen om het maximale uit
uw versterker te verkrijgen. Bij een juiste en vakkundige installatie kan dit product voor lange tijd u
betrouwbaar van dienst zijn.

VERSTERKER FUNCTIES
1. Aansluiting van luidsprekers
•Ga nooit de luidsprekerkabels met de chassisaarding verbinden. Hierdoor zou de versterker vernie-
tigd kunnen worden.
• Controleer of de luidsprekers correct zijn aangesloten, d.w.z. plus aan plus en min aan min.
Voor aansluiting van de luidsprekers adviseren wij kabels van kaliber 16 of meer te gebruiken.
Overige aanwijzingen van de aansluitingen zijn in de bijlage aangegeven.
2. BATT+
Accupool + (plus). De + (plus) 12 volt spanningkabel dient aan de + (plus) accupool met een zeke-
ring aangesloten te zijn. Wij adviseren een 12 voet koperen kabel met een dikte kaliber 8 of meer.
3. REM
Afstandsaansluiting. Kabel voor afstandsaansluiting moet aan de afstandsuitgang van de radio zodanig
aangesloten zijn dat de versterker automatisch met de radio in- en uitgeschakeld kan worden. Indien
aan deze antenneaansluiting twee of meer versterkers worden aangesloten, zal het misschien noodza-
kelijk zijn een extrarelais toe te voegen. Neem in een dergelijk geval contact op met uw dealer.

4. Aarding
Aansluiting voor aarding van het chassis. De aardkabel voor het chassis dient zeer degelijk aan een
nabijgelegen massageleider aangesloten te worden.
5. GAIN
De functie gain control regelt de sensitiviteit van de versterker zodanig dat deze met de spanning van
het uitgangssignaal van uw bronunit overeenkomstig is. De gain control is niet om het volume in te
stellen. Neem een hoogwaardig opgenomen muziek CD en stel het geluidsvolume aan de bron op 75
%. Zet de signaalversterking (gain) op minimum en ga dan de gain langzaam, in de richting van klok-
wijzers, opvoeren. Stop bij het éérste teken van vervorming en draai de gain in andere richting (tegen
de richting van de klokwijzers) iets terug om zuivere en ongestoorde weergave op maximaal niveau
te bereiken.
6. Afstandsbediening van basniveau (optioneel)
Met deze functie kunnen bastonen vanuit de bestuurdersstoel bediend worden.
7. Audio-ingang RCA
Deze RCA ingangen verbinden radio-uitgangen door, vanuit uw voorversterker. Gebruik audio RCA
kabels voor auto‘s, anders kan het tot storingen komen. Houd de kabels zo kort mogelijk. Plaats de
RCA kabels niet bij de al bestaande kabels in het voertuig, zodat het niet tot storingen van de al geïn-
stalleerde elektronica komt. Indien uw radio slechts één uitgang voor de versterker heeft, gebruik dan
een geschikte Y-RCA adapter. Indien uw radio slechts één uitgang heeft voor slechts één luidspreker,
dan moet u de adapter "HIGH-LOW-LEVEL" gebruiken.
9. Overbrugging – ingang
Door deze RCA connector wordt het signaal uit de hoofdversterker ontvangen, indien de versterker
als hulpversterker is aangesloten. Als de versterker in de positie van hulpversterker is, gebruik dan
in geen geval ingangsconnectoren.
Alle functies zijn vanuit de hoofdversterker in te stellen.
10. Overbrugging – uitgang
Door deze RCA uitgang worden signalen naar een andere versterker van de serie USB 3000 verzon-
den – in een overbruggende configuratie.
11. Laagdoorlaatfilter
Dit filter filtreert de hoge frequenties die de woofer niet kan weergeven. Met behulp van deze knop
kunt u de overeenkomende frequentieweergave van de woofer instellen.
12. SUBSONIC
Hiermee wordt een ongewenste, te lage frequentie gefiltreerd. Deze functie verhoogt de prestatie van
uw woofers. Het frequentiefilter kan van 10 Hz (OFF) tot 50 Hz ingesteld worden.
13. BassBoost frequentie
Hiermee wordt het midden van de versterkte frequentie ingesteld. De frequentie kan van 30 Hz tot
80 Hz ingesteld worden; gebruik de combinatie met het instellen van het BassBoost niveau.
14. BassBoost niveau
Deze stelt de versterkte frequentie van 0~12 dB in; de versterkte frequentie voor USB 3001 is op 55
Hz vastgesteld, voor de USB 3002 en USB 3003 is deze instelbaar.

16. LED voor het in werking zijn
Deze LED licht op, als de versterker correct werkt. Indien de versterker naar de automatische zelf-
test omschakelt of een storing heeft, dan schakelt het lampje uit.
17. LED voor alarm
Indien dit controlelampje aan is, kan de versterker zich in een automatische zelftestfase bevinden
(indien deze aan is) of de versterker heeft een storing.

VOORINSTALLATIE
Wij adviseren de installatie door een geautoriseerde dealer van de firma US BLASTER te laten uitvoe-
ren. De gewenste prestatie, aarding en de juiste externe zekeringen zijn hieronder aangegeven:

Wij adviseren de zekering op minimaal 40 cm vanaf de accu te installeren. De aarding moet direct
aan het metalen aardaansluitpunt van het voertuigchassis aangesloten worden, dat ook van metaal
moet zijn. De versterker moet veilig op een vaste, droge oppervlakte met lage vibraties aangesloten
worden, in de bagageruimte of in de ruimte voor passagiers. De versterker moet op een zodanige
plaats bevestigd worden dat een goede ventilatie is verzekerd. Plaats de versterker zodanig dat een
eenvoudige toegang tot het instellen van de ingangsregelaars mogelijk is. Installeer alle kabels van
de versterker zo ver mogelijk verwijderd van de elektrische leidingen in uw auto, bijvoorbeeld van de
ontstekingskabel.
BELANGRIJK
•Bij overbrugging van twee versterkers ga dan volgens het bedradingschema voor de overbrugging te werk.
•Gebruik bij overbrugging van twee versterkers gelijke modellen van versterkers.
•Controleer of de negatieveaansluitingen van de luidsprekers met kabels van een gelijk kaliber als de posi-
tieveaansluitingen verbonden zijn.
•Verbind geen signaalkabels met de RCA ingangen, indien de versterker als hulpversterker aangesloten is.
•Indien de versterker als hulpversterker wordt aangesloten, zijn het LPF, het ingangsniveau en de op
afstand bedienbare functies uitgeschakeld.
Alle functies van de hulpversterker zijn vanuit de hoofdversterker instelbaar.

SPECIFICATIONS
GARANTIE
De US BLASTER Inc. geeft garantie op al haar producten voor de periode van één jaar vanaf de datum
van aankoop en de installatie van het product door een geautoriseerde dealer. De apparaten, die niet
door een geautoriseerde dealer van US BLASTER zijn geïnstalleerd, hebben een garantie van maxi-
maal 90 dagen vanaf de aankoopdatum. Bij een product, dat een beschadiging wegens onvoldoende
voeding, wegens overbelasting of beschadiging van de ingangen vertoont, is het nodig een nieuwe
PCB te kopen. US BLASTER verplicht zich op basis van eigen controle niet correct werkende onderde-
len of producten te vervangen. Deze garantie is niet van toepassing op apparaten die tijdens een
ongeval, door onjuist gebruik of door nalatigheid werden beschadigd of die op een willekeurige wijze
werden gewijzigd. Dezegarantie geldt slechts voor de oorspronkelijke klant die het product officieel,
in de periode van 10 dagen vanaf de inkoopdatum, heeft laten registreren. Met uitzondering van het
hier genoemde, geeft US BLASTER geen garanties – zowel uitgesproken of verborgen – op de ver-
koopbaarheid van het product of de bruikbaarheid voor specifieke doeleinden. Gezien de constante
ontwikkelingen en verbeteringen van het product, prijswijzigingen en wijzigingen van technische

CONSIGNES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ
- Toujours lire le manuel de l’utilisateur avant d’utiliser l’équipement.
- Conserver le manuel de l’utilisateur dans un endroit accessible à tous.
- Utiliser l’équipement à l’intérieur et pas dans des pièces humides.
- Ne jamais brancher ou débrancher une prise avec les mains mouillées.
- Si la prise et/ou le fil et/ou l’entrée du câble de l’équipement est endommagé, il doit être réparé
par un professionnel.
- Toujours débrancher la prise murale en cas d’orage ainsi que lorsque l’équipement n’est pas utili
sé pendant une période prolongée.
-Ne jamais retirez la prise en tirant sur le fil.
- Installer l’équipement de façon à permettre un refroidissement suffisant.
- Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil à proximité de sources de chaleur et/ou en plein soleil.
-Toujours s’assurer qu’aucun petit objet ou liquide n’entre dans l’appareil.
-Nettoyer l’appareil avec un chiffon anti-poussière légèrement humide uniquement. Ne pas utiliser
de produits d’entretien !
- A l'exception de ceux mentionnés dans le manuel de l’utilisateur, l'appareil ne contient pas d’au
tres composants qui puissent être réparés ou remplacés par l’utilisateur.
- Si l’appareil est défectueux, il doit être réparé par une société de réparation agréée US Blaster.
- Tenir l’équipement hors de portée des enfants.
Conserver l’emballage vous permettra de renvoyer un équipement
défectueux dans son emballage d’origine et d’éviter ainsi tout dommage.

INTRODUCTION
Nous vous remercions d’avoir choisi cet amplificateur US BLASTER Class D pour le système audio de
votre véhicule. À présent, vous possédez un amplificateur de conception intransigeante et de techni-
que incorporant la dernière technologie de circuit avancée. Vous découvrirez bientôt le son optimal et
la puissance fiable de cet amplificateur. Les amplificateurs US BLASTER ont opté pour un traitement
artisanal avancé en utilisant les composants de plus haute qualité et sont soumis à un strict contrô-
le de qualité. Pour profiter au maximum et le plus longtemps possible de l’écoute agréable et parfai-
te, nous vous conseillons de le faire installer par un revendeur US BLASTER spécialisé. Ainsi, l’instal-
lation sera techniquement correcte et, en même temps, vous pourrez bénéficier d’une prolongation
de la garantie d’un an (vous trouverez les détails dans le chapitre relatif à la garantie). Afin d’obte-
nir le maximum de cet amplificateur, veuillez lire complètement ce manuel. Si l’amplificateur est
installé correctement, il vous servira de façon fiable pendant des années.

FONCTIONS DE L‘AMPLIFICATEUR
1. Connexion des haut-parleurs
•Ne connectez jamais les haut-parleurs sans mettre à la terre le châssis. Vous pourriez détruire l’am-
plificateur.
•Vérifiez le branchement correct des haut-parleurs, c’est-à-dire, plus sur plus et moins sur moins.
Nous recommandons d’utiliser pour le branchement un câble de calibre 16 et plus. D’autres façons de
raccordement figurent dans l’annexe.
2. BATT+
La borne pour le raccordement de la batterie +(plus). Le câble d’alimentation de 12 Volt +(plus) doit
être raccordé à cette borne par l’intermédiaire d’un fusible. Nous recommandons d’utiliser un câble
de 12 pieds en cuivre de calibre 8 et plus.
3. REM
Borne éloignée. Le câble pour la commande à distance doit être raccordé à la sortie éloignée de la
borne radio de façon à ce que l’amplificateur se mette en marche et s‘arrête automatiquement en
même temps que la radio. Si plusieurs amplificateurs sont raccordés à cette borne d’antenne, il est
possible qu’il soit nécessaire d’ajouter un relais supplémentaire. Dans ce cas de figure, contactez
votre revendeur.

4. Mise à la terre
Borne de mise à la terre du châssis. Le câble de mise à la terre doit être très solidement fixé à un
conducteur massif proche.
5. Gain
La fonction Gain control régule la sensibilité de l’amplificateur de façon à égaler la tension du signal
de sortie de la source. Il ne s’agit pas de la commande du volume. Prenez un CD haute qualité et
augmentez le volume de votre source à 75 %. Baissez le gain au minimum, puis augmentez-le len-
tement dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Lorsque les premiers signes de distorsion apparais-
sent, arrêtez, puis baissez lentement le gain dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre. Ainsi
vous obtiendrez un son clair sans distorsion au niveau maximal.
6. Commande à distance de la puissance des graves (Optionnel)
Cette fonction permet de commander les graves depuis le siège du conducteur.
7. Entrée Audio RCA
Ces entrées RCA relient les entrées radio de votre préamplificateur. Veuillez utiliser les câbles audio
RCA destinés aux automobiles, autrement, des perturbations peuvent se produire. Les câbles doivent
être les plus courts possibles. Pour éviter les perturbations causés par l‘électronique déjà installée, ne
placez pas les câbles RCA avec les câbles déjà existants dans le véhicule. Si votre radio possède une
seule sortie pour l’amplificateur, utilisez un adaptateur Y-RCA adéquat. Si votre radio possède une sor-
tie pour un seul haut-parleur, utilisez un adaptateur " HIGH-LOW-LEVEL ".
9. Branchement en pont - entrée
Ce connecteur RCA reçoit le signal de l’amplificateur principal lorsque celui-ci est raccordé en tant
qu’auxiliaire. Si l’amplificateur fonctionne en tant qu’amplificateur auxiliaire, n’utilisez en aucun cas
les connecteurs d’entrée.
Toutes les fonctions sont réglables de l’amplificateur principal.
10. Branchement en pont - sortie
Cette sortie RCA émet des signaux vers un autre amplificateur de la série USB 3000 – en configura-
tion branchement en pont.
11. Filtre passe-bas
Il filtre les hautes fréquences impossibles à jouer par le woofer
. Ce bouton vous permet de régler la
réponse en fréquence correspondante du woofer.
12. SUBSONIC
Il filtre les fréquences trop basses indésirables. Cette fonction augmente la puissance des woofers.
L’étendue de réglage du filtre est de 10Hz (OFF) à 50Hz.
13. Fréquence Bassboost (USB 3002, USB 3003)
Règle le centre de la fréquence amplifiée. La fréquence est réglable à partir de 30Hz à 80Hz. À utili-
ser simultanément avec le réglage du niveau des graves amplifiés.
14. Niveau Bassboost
Règle la fréquence amplifiée de 0~12dB, la fréquence amplifiée pour USB 3001 est réglée de façon
fixe à 55Hz, elle est réglable pour USB 3002 et USB 3003.
