Activate the VACUUM:
ØPushing the button on the
console OR
ØPushing the button on the
hose handle
ØIncrease / Decrease suction
by holding the button
on the hose handle.
The indicator light will change
colors depending on the level of
suction.
Green = Low Suction
Orange = Medium Suction
Red = High Suction
Hot Water Injection / Extraction
The Extraction function will
inject water into the steam.
This function is valuable when
using the extraction nozzles and
floor brushes. The EAGLE
PLUS™becomes an extractor
when combining this function
with the vacuum.
Activate by pushing and
holding the button on
the hose handle, until the
light turns on.
Increase / Decrease water
injection by pushing and holding
the button on the console.

PROBLEM SOLUTION
Does not turn on when the power
button is pushed
Check the Master Power Switch on the side of the EAGLE PLUS™.
The EAGLE PLUS™should be the ONLY appliance plugged into the
electrical outlet:
ØCheck the fuse box for tripped circuit breaker
ØExtension cord must meet the following requirements:
Ø12-gauge 15AMP rated or higher
Ø25 ft. max length
Alarm is activated
during warm-up
Refill the steam reservoir tank.
ØPush the ON/OFF button on the console to restart the pump
ØIf reservoir tank is full, remove black hose on the side of the reservoir
tank. Water should be dripping from the hose. Replace hose and push
ON/OFF button on the console to restart the pump
Alarm sounds
during use
The EAGLE PLUS™is out of water:
ØRefill both the steam and extraction reservoir tanks
ØPush the ON/OFF button to reset
No vacuum suction
The collection tank is dirty or full.
ØCheck hose for foreign objects
ØCheck and replace filter
No steam when squeezing trigger:
Check the hose connection
ØIs the “lock” activated on the hose handle?
ØAdjust Steam Pressure Knob on front of EAGLE PLUS™
No water is released during extraction
Check the spray nozzle for mineral build up
ØDescale as needed to remove (see manual for instructions)

The EAGLE PLUS™uses a separate reservoir tank to inject water into the steam
when released from the extraction nozzle. Use the extraction function in
combination with the vacuum for deeper cleaning of soft and hard surfaces.
ØUse the extraction nozzle for cleaning furniture, curtains, mattress, windows,
walls, and floors.
ØAfter cleaning, use the vacuum to remove excess water for faster drying.

Low Water Indicator
The EAGLE PLUS™will let you know when it is low on water. It will stop
producing steam you will hear a beep, and the Low Water Symbol will flash
indicating one or both of the reservoir tanks are empty.
ØRefill both the steam and extraction tanks with tap water
ØEmpty and drain vacuum collection tank

Increase (+) or decrease (-) steam pressure by turning
the black steam control knob on the front of the SH.

Indicators
Hard water will cause lime mineral deposits to build
up in the boiler. This can damage the boiler if the
lime scale is not removed by descaling. We
recommend descaling the EAGLE PLUS™every 6
months or earlier if the warning indicator light starts
flashing and the display shows the word: CLEAN

2. Descaling
Completely empty the contents of the Washing
module extraction tank.
Mix 0.4 liters of vinegar and 0.6 liters of tap
water in a dosing bottle.
Open the washing-extraction cap(P) and pour
the vinegar mixture.
Insert the steam-suction tube into the ap-
pliance.
WARNING: Descaler residue can be harmful to health and damage surfaces. Wipe
up drops immediately.

Now connect the appliance to the mains and
press the button (C) on the display.
The appliance will turn on and the display will
show "COL".
Press the steam trigger on the handle and pour
the contents onto a basin.
Repeat the descaling procedure two to three
times if you notice any residual limescale.

3. Rinsing
Pour 1 liter of tap water into the tank washing
extraction. Connect the appliance to the mains
and press button (C) on the display.
The unit will turn on and the display will show
"COL".
Press the steam trigger on the handle.
and pour the contents on a basin.
Repeat the procedure to rinse any residual li-
mestone and vinegar.
The appliance is now ready for use again.
1) Completely empty the water from the
Extraction / Hot Water Tank.
2) Remove cap and pour in descaling
mixture of 1/4 gallon vinegar + ¼
gallon water.
3) Attach hose. Decaling will NOT work
unless the hose is attached.
4) To start, simultaneously push the “ON”
button and Extraction button ”C”.
5) When the display reads “COL” press
the Extraction button on the hose.
6) Press the steam trigger on the hose and
spray the descaling solution into the
basin.
1) Turn off the EAGLE PLUS™.
2) Empty the reservoir tank and fill with
tap water.
3) Repeat steps for descaling using tap
water to rinse the Extraction Tank.
4) Press and hold the steam trigger to rinse
any residual descaling solution.

Boiler descaling

1) Identify drain cap on bottom of EAGLE PLUS™.
2) Turn the cap counter-clockwise.
3) Place container under the drain cap to catch the water.
4) Remove cap and drain boiler completely.
5) Replace drain cap and hand tighten.
6) Completely empty the steam reservoir tank.
7)
Mix ¼ gallon vinegar + ¼ gallon water and pour into steam
reservoir tank.
8) Attach hose. Descaling will NOT work unless
hose is attached.
9) The EAGLE PLUS™’s master switch must be
“OFF” before starting the descale procedure.
10) The EAGLE PLUS™
must be cooled to room temperature
before starting.
11) Press and hold the A B C buttons on the control panel and
turn ON the master switch to start the descaling process.
12) The display will show CLn during cleaning.
13) After 20 minutes, the machine will emit a beep and show
E13 on the display.

1. Preparation
- Warning: Before starting, disconnect from the main power by pulling out oft he
plug.
Identify the boiler draining cap (C) positioned
under the appliance (wrench CH20).
Put a basin in place and open the draining cap
by turning it anti-clockwise.
Drain the boiler completely and screw the drai-
ning cap back on.
Tighten without forcing.
b) Carry out the same procedure to empty the
relling tank (unscrewing plastic cap O).

2. Descaling
WARNING: Descaler residue can be harmful to health and damage surfaces. Wipe
up drops immediately. Read the information on the descaler packaging and follow the
safety instructions.

Remove the cap (O) of the water tank and pour
in 0.4 litre of descaling solution and about 1
litre of tap water.
When the machine is switched OFF, press and
hold down the A-B-C buttons on the control
panel and switch the appliance on by turning
the main switch ON.
If the boiler temperature is above 50°C, the
CLN wash will not start, and an E12 error
message will appear on the display.

If the low water alarm activates, add more water and push the
ON button.

1) Remove cap and drain boiler completely.
2) Replace drain cap and hand tighten.
3) Refill the steam reservoir tank with clean water.
4) Press the ON button to start the rinse cycle.
5) The display will show FLu during the rinse cycle.
6) The rinse cycle take 9 minutes.
7) The display with read E13 when finished.
8) Drain the boiler.
9) We recommend repeating the rinse cycle 2-3 times
until all the water draining from the boiler is clean.
10) To finish, turn master switch to OFF then ON
position.

Care of accessories
It is essential to clean accessory parts after use to maintain the performance and functionality of the
appliance. Te connections on the extension pipes and the safety handle can be sprayed with a
suitable lubricant or silicone spray as required. This will make it easier to change accessory parts.
Checking the O-rings
To avoid damage to the appliance or accessories, the O-rings on the safety handle and the extension
pipes must be checked regularly for damage. The O-rings will last longer if they are coated regularly
with a lubricant/ silicone spray or a non-acidic grease.
Checking the O-rings
Check the O-rings on the safety handle for damage:
Pos.(1): 1 O-ring on the suction pipe
Pos.(2): 2 O-rings on the steam spout
Check the O-rings on the connector for damage:
