Congratulations on your purchase of the US Steam Sea Hawk system.
The Sea Hawk not only combines a steam, extraction, and vacuum
cleaner into one system, but it included our patented RAIN SYSTEM™.
The RAIN SYSTEM™ is a sophisticated air filtration system using a
highly efficient nebulization filter and trap large dust particles in water.
Air is then passed through a 2nd HEPA filter system trapping even the
smallest of particles. THE AIR RELEASED FROM THE SEA HAWK
IS THEREFORE PURIFIED FROM ALL DIRT PARTICLES.

De-Scaling
DESCALING THE BOILER AND ELECTRONIC SENSOR
ØONCE PER YEAR
To extend the life of your Sea Hawk, we recommend descaling the boiler and the
electronic sensor. After prolong periods of activity, lime scale deposits make the
boilers of most steam appliances unusable. Your Sea Hawk comes with an exclusive
technology allows you to clean and inspect the electronic sensors that monitor the
boiler water levels.
IMPORTANT: The first time the Sea Hawk is used following the
descaling, remember to discharge steam into a cloth to catch the
descaling product. Once the discharged steam is clear, the Sea
Hawk is ready for use
How to De-Scale:
&Unplug the Sea Hawk
ØThe boiler should be cooled to room temperature before
starting
&Remove the vacuum collection tank and empty completely.
'Turn the steamer upside down, identifying the RED boiler
cap.
ØSlowly unscrew the Red boiler cap by turning the
counter-clockwise and remove.
,Pour de-scaling solution consisting of 2 cups of vinegar and 2 cups of water into
the boiler and replace the cap by turning clockwise until tight.
)Return the tank to original position, replace the tank, close the lid and tighten.
cTurn on the Sea Hawk ON for approximately 1 minute then turn off.
dLeave de-scaling solution in the boiler for 30 minutes
eEmpty the de-scaling solution from the boiler by turning over the Sea Hawk and
removing cap.
ØClean the sensor on the boiler cap with a scouring pad removing any
encrusted deposits.
fFill steam reservoir tank with water and turn ON the Sea Hawk allowing the
boiler to fill completely. It should take about 1 minute to fill the boiler.
gAfter 1 minute, turn over Sea Hawk and drain boiler completely. The Sea Hawk
is ready for use.
