Ultra Violet Light Hazard
UV-C light should always be directed AWAY from the eyes and skin, as serious skin burn and eye
inammation from prolonged exposure can occur. UV-C radiation can be harmful to the eyes and skin.
Warning
• Do not position such that it is difcult to disconnect the Micro-USB power cable from the back of the
product.
• This product should not be handled or used by children.
• This product is not intended for use on humans or animals.
• Do not expose this product to excessive moisture to prevent re or shock hazard. Not intended for
use in uids. Avoid use if device, cables, or attached equipment becomes wet.
• The lamp in this product contains a trace amount of mercury, a chemical known to the state of
California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This substance may also cause injury if
inhaled or ingested.
Caution
• No serviceable parts. For service of this product please contact UV Angel.
• Changes or modications to this product will void warranty.
• Take care to prevent lamp breakage.
• The product should not be exposed to any uids. Exposure to uids will void warranty.
• Not intended for use on food.
• With prolonged or overexposure, UV-C light may degrade or discolor fabrics, plastic and rubber.
• Lamps should be disposed of per local regulations. For more information on clean-up and disposal,
see www.lamprecycle.org.
• Changes or modications to this product not expressly approved by UV Angel could void the user’s
authority to operate the product.

1. With no interaction UV Angel Adapt will treat the surface every hour. The indicator is BLUE during treatment and
GREEN between treatments.
2. When UV Angel Adapt detects an interaction with the monitored surface the indicator changes from GREEN to
RED.
3. Once interaction ceases, UV Angel Adapt will start a treatment cycle turning the UV-C lamp on and change the
indicator from RED to BLUE.
4. When the treatment is completed the indicator light will change to and remain GREEN until the next interaction.
NOTES:
UV-C light hazard during treatment. Avoid looking directly at light.
• User interaction is detected by motion, vibration and orientation sensors.
• Interaction detection turns off treatment.
Lamp Life
UV Angel Adapt keeps track of the treatment lamp 30,000 hour affective life.
• The indicator will ash purple for 30 seconds upon the start of treatment when 5% life remains.
• The indicator will ash purple continuously when the lamp is expired and must be serviced at a UV Angel
authorized service center.
• Lamp life varies based on usage and treatment time.
• Treatment times vary based on the application.

TERMS OF USE
Purposefully removing or damaging any labeling on the device will void all product
warranties.
All UV Angel Adapt devices are expected to be installed by or under the guidance of UV
Angel or a UV Angel Certied Technician. Failure to do so will void all product warranties
and release UV Angel of all liability.
MAINTENANCE
Repairs
Repairs and/or upgrades are not to be performed on this product. These services are to
be performed only by an authorized service center. Please see Customer Support at www.
uvangel.com/support or 888.277.2596.
Maintenance
UV Angel Adapt provides reliable and efcient operation with a minimum of care. Specic
maintenance is not required. Cleaning of the device should be performed with a microber
cloth, if required, unplug the device and slightly dampen the cloth.

SUPPORT & WARRANTY
UV Angel warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase from UV Angel or an
authorized UV Angel distributor. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
During the limited warranty period, UV Angel Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace
defective parts of this product, at no charge to the customer, subject to the following
limitations: This limited warranty does not include any postage, freight, handling, and
insurance or delivery fees. This warranty does not cover damage, defect or failure
caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modication,
abuse, misuse or misapplication of this product. This warranty does not cover damage
to the product resulting from return shipping or handling. The use of shipping insurance
is recommended to help protect your product. Return Authorization is required for all
