defects in materials and workmanship during

authorizedservicerepresentativewillrepair
orreplaceatVTech’soption,withoutcharge,
aMateriallyDefectiveProduct.Ifwerepair
theProduct,wemayuseneworrefurbished
replacementparts.Ifwechoosetoreplacethe
Product,wemayreplaceitwithaneworrefurbished
