Connecting to a PC
PC(w/V7’s Bluetooth Dongle)
The V7 USB dongle and headset are pre-paired and ready for use.
Plug in the USB dongle and power on the headset to enjoy voice and
audio performance range of up to 30 meters (100’) line-of sight. If using
the PC’s integrated Bluetooth, your range may be limited to 10 meters
(33’) and you may need to select ‘V7 HB605M’ for the audio playback
device in the operating system’s settings.

Plug the USB-C charging cable
into a computer’s USB port.
During charging the red LED will light. When fully charged, the LED will turn
o. The headset remains on during charging.
To power o, the headset’s power switch must be slid to the o position.
Plug the USB-C charging cable
into a USB wall charger.

Plug the optional charging stand into a powered USB port on your PC,
docking station or USB wall charger and then dock the headset. It takes
approximately 3 hours to fully charge the headset.
Muting the Boom Mic: Depress and hold the button for 2 seconds.
Muting the internal Mic: (When boom mic is not in use)

Built-in battery care: Please observe the following if the product contains a battery. Your product is powered by a rechargeable battery.
The full performance of a new battery is achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles. The battery can be charged and discharged
hundreds of times but will eventually wear out.
Always try to keep the battery between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F). A product with a hot or cold battery may not work temporarily, even when the battery
is fully charged. Battery performance is particularly limited in temperatures well below freezing.

Troubleshooting & Support

There is no sound when listening to music
• Increase the volume on your headphones or the mobile device.
• Reestablish the Bluetooth wireless connection between the headphones and your mobile device.
• Check if the audio app has paused or stopped playback.
Headphones will not charge
• Confirm that the charging cable is operational or undamaged.
• Ensure that the USB charging cable is fully seated in the headphones and wall charger ports.
• Confirm that the USB port is outputting power. Some USB ports shut off when the PC is off.
If the sound is distorted when listening to music or there is no sound when answering a call via software under the connection via BT dongle to connect PC.
• Please click the call button twice or pull out BT dongle and turn off headset and re-plug in BT dongle and turn on headset again

Headphones will not power on:
• Be sure the headphones are fully charged.
My mobile device is unable to find the Bluetooth headphones
• Confirm the headphones are in pairing mode (blue/red indicator lights flashing).
• Remove “V7 HB605M” from your phone’s Bluetooth device list and try again.
• If the model still does not appear, restart the headset and phone, then try again.
After successfully pairing, the headphones disconnect
• Be sure the battery has adequate power and recharge.
• Headphones must be within 10m of most mobile devices.
• Connections may be affected by obstructions such as walls or other electronic devices. Try moving closer to the device you are connected to.
When answering a call, I cannot hear anything
• Ensure the mobile device is connected to the V7 HB605M headphones and not on phone’s speaker or other audio option.
• Increase the volume on your mobile device.

Den V7 USB-Dongle und das Headset sind bereits synchronisiert und
sofort einsatzbereit. Den USB-Dongle einstecken und das Headset
einschalten. Die Reichweite für kabelloses Senden und Empfangen
von Audiosignalen beträgt 30 m (freie Entfernung vom Dongle). Bei
Nutzung der integrierten Bluetooth-Funktion des PC ist die
Reichweite möglicherweise auf 10 m beschränkt. In diesem Fall in
den Betriebssystem-Einstellungen „V7 HB605M“ als
Audioausgabegerät auswählen.

Das USB-C-Ladekabel in einen
USB-Anschluss am Computer
einstecken.
Beim Laden des Headsets leuchtet die LED. Die LED schaltet ab, sobald das
Headset voll geladen ist. Das Headset bleibt beim Laden eingeschaltet.
Zum Ausschalten den Ein-/Aus-Schalter auf Position OFF schieben.
Das USB-C-Ladekabel in einen
USB-Wandladestecker einstecken.

Die Ladestation (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) in einen
USB-Anschluss mit Ladefunktion am PC, in eine Dockingstation oder
in einen Wandladestecker einstecken und das Headset auflegen.
Das vollständige Laden des Headsets dauert etwa 3 Stunden.
Bügelmikrofon stummschalten: Die Taste 2 Sekunden gedrückt halten.
Internes Mikrofon stummschalten (wenn kein Bügelmikrofon genutzt wird):

Umgang mit dem Akku: Bitte Folgendes beachten, falls Produkt einen Akku enthält. Produkt ist mit einem wiederaufladbaren Akku ausgestattet.
Die volle Leistung eines neuen Akkus steht erst nach zwei oder drei vollständigen Lade-/Entladezyklen zur Verfügung. Der Akku kann hunderte Male ge- und
entladen werden, verliert jedoch irgendwann seine Kapazität.
Setzen Sie den Akku möglichst nur Temperaturen zwischen 15 und 25 °C aus. Es kann vorkommen, dass ein Produkt mit heißem oder kaltem Akku trotz
voller Ladung kurzzeitig nicht funktioniert. Besonders bei Temperaturen weit unter dem Gefrierpunkt nimmt die Akkuleistung deutlich ab.

Fehlerbehebung & Support

Der Kopfhörer lässt sich nicht einschalten:
• Prüfen, ob der Kopfhörer vollständig geladen ist.
Mein Mobilgerät erkennt den Bluetooth-Kopfhörer nicht
• Prüfen, ob sich der Kopfhörer im Pairing-Modus befindet (Blinken der blauen/roten Anzeigeleuchten).
• Den Eintrag „V7 HB605M“ aus der Bluetooth-Geräteliste des Smartphones löschen und die Verbindung erneut herstellen.
• Wird das Headset nach wie vor nicht angezeigt, Headset und Smartphone neu starten und den Verbindungsaufbau erneut versuchen.
Nach erfolgreichem Pairing wird die Verbindung zum Kopfhörer unterbrochen
• Prüfen, ob der Akku ausreichend geladen ist. Gegebenenfalls Akku laden.
• Der Kopfhörer darf bei den meisten Mobilgeräten maximal 10 m entfernt sein.
• Die Verbindung kann durch Hindernisse wie Wände oder durch andere elektronische Geräte gestört werden. Den Abstand zum verbundenen Gerät verringern.
Nach Annahme eines Anrufs wird kein Ton wiedergegeben
• Prüfen, ob das Mobilgerät mit dem Kopfhörer des V7 HB605M Headsets verbunden ist und keine anderen Lautsprecher oder Audiogeräte aktiviert sind.
• Die Lautstärke am Mobilgerät erhöhen.
Beim Abspielen von Musik wird kein Ton wiedergegeben
• Die Lautstärke am Mobilgerät oder am Kopfhörer erhöhen.
• Stellen Sie die Bluetooth-Verbindung zwischen den Kopfhörern und Ihrem Mobilgerät wieder her.
• Überprüfen Sie, ob die Wiedergabe in der Audio-App pausiert oder beendet wurde.
Die Kopfhörer werden nicht geladen.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Ladekabel funktioniert und unbeschädigt ist.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das USB-Ladekabel vollständig an die Kopfhörer und das Ladegerät angeschlossen ist.
• Prüfen Sie, ob über den USB-Anschluss Strom übertragen wird. Einige USB-Anschlüsse werden beim Herunterfahren des PCs abgeschaltet.
Wenn die Musikwiedergabe verzerrt ist oder beim Telefonieren per Software kein Ton wiedergegeben wird, wenn der Bluetooth-Dongle zur Verbindung mit dem PC
verwendet wird.
• Drücken Sie die Anruftaste zweimal oder trennen Sie den Bluetooth-Dongle, schalten Sie das Headset aus, schließen Sie den Bluetooth-Dongle wieder an und schalten Sie das
Headset wieder ein.
