Control panel function introduction
1. “DOWN” button: Control the piston to move down.
2. “UP” button: Control the piston to move up.
3. Alarm light: When the light is red, the motor has popped the circuit. At that time, “UP” & “DOWN” buttons,
and the foot
4. ON light: When the light is green, the motor is powered on.
5. “STOP” button: Stop the piston moving at any time.
6. ON/OFF switch: Connect or disconnect power.
7. Circuit breaker: Trips to protect the motor when the motor overloads.
8. The speed control knob: Adjust the speed of the piston, the pedal will not work. Please refer to the circuit
breaker section.
9. Sensor Plug: Plug into the stuffer to engage sensor to automatically stop piston at bottom and top of
cylinder.

Trouble shooting
PROBLEM
SOLUTIONS
Motor has no power
Check power to outlet. Make sure unit is securely plugged into
outlet.
First, check and reset circuit breaker. Problem may be with
switch or power cord.
Motor runs slowly or is noisy
Possible cold gear grease problem. Move stuffer to warmer
area. Let the stuffer run for 5 minutes and then begin stung.
Foot pedal doesn’t work
Check if the foot pedal is plugged onto the stuffer motor
securely and properly.
The ALARM light illuminates
Possible motor overload problem. Check if there is a
blockage in the stung tube, or that the stung tube is properly
assembled. Check the motor plug is plugged into the socket
on the stuffer securely. If all are in good condition after
checking, press “STOP” button to reset the control panel. Now
the “ON” indicator light will brighten. The “ALARM” light will
be on. Or turn off the power switch and then turn it on again.
Stuffer is hard to crank
Sausage mixture has become too stiff. Add water to mix. Add
lubricant (mineral oil or vegetable oil) to the Piston Gasket and
the interior of the Cylinder.
Meat is passing by the piston
Gasket is not installed or it needs to be lubricated.
Casings are bursting when filling
• Casings are old and brittle.
• Casings were not soaked long enough.
• Casings were soaked too long.
• Casings should not have been soaked.
• Casings were filled too tightly.
• Stuffing Tube has a burr and is puncturing the casing.
• Stuffing tube is too large for casings.

Installation guide
1. Place the Stuffer onto a stable table or workspace.
2. Attach the Handle to one of the Drive Shafts and turn to raise the Piston out of the Cylinder and into the
Piston’s highest position.
3. Place the Cylinder into the Lower Cylinder Brackets and pivot the Cylinder back into the frame of the
machine. Push the Cylinder back into the Upper Cylinder Brackets to lock into place.
4. Remove the Retaining Ring from the Cylinder by turning it counter-clockwise.
5. Insert the S Tube of your choice through the Retaining Ring.
6. Turn the Retaining Ring and S Tube assembly clockwise onto the Cylinder, until the assembly is hand tight.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

1.2 Motor Installation Guide
1. Remove the Socket Cover with screwdriver.
2. Insert the plug of the sensor into the socket on the side of the sausage stuffer gear box. Slide the Stuffer
Motor onto the Slow Drive Shaft lining up the Mounting Thumbscrews to the Thumb screw Mounting Holes.
Caution: The plug of the sensor must be plugged into the socket entirely. If plug is not securely inserted the
Piston will not be able to stop at the cylinder bottom or the highest position automatically.
This may cause the motor to overload or possibly damage the stuffer or motor. This type of damage IS NOT
covered under warranty.
3. Screw the Mounting Thumbscrews into the holes on the side of the stuffer. Be sure to snugly tighten these
three Mounting Thumbscrews to secure the Stuffer Motor onto the stuffer.

1.3 Installation and use of foot pedal
1. Plug the foot pedal into the Stuffer Motor (As shown below).
2. Plug motor into grounded outlet and press the power button to turn the motor on. The light
will illuminate.
3. Pressing the foot pedal can only control the Piston moving down. When the Piston moves
down to the bottom of the cylinder, the Piston will stop automatically and begin to raise.
Release the pressure on the foot pedal.
Note: If the down button has been manually pressed the foot pedal will not work. Press the stop
button. Now the foot pedal will control the down motion of the piston.

Présentation des fonctions du panneau de commande
1. Bouton « DESCENTE » : Commandez le piston pour qu'il descende.
2. Bouton « UP » : contrôlez le déplacement du piston vers le haut.
3. Voyant d'alarme : lorsque le voyant est rouge, le moteur a fait sauter le circuit. À ce moment-là, les boutons
"UP" et "DOWN", et le pied
4. Voyant ON : lorsque le voyant est vert, le moteur est sous tension.
5. Bouton « STOP » : Arrête le mouvement du piston à tout moment.
6. Interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT : Connecter ou déconnecter l'alimentation.
7. Disjoncteur : Se déclenche pour protéger le moteur en cas de surcharge du moteur
8. Le bouton de contrôle de la vitesse : réglez la vitesse du piston, la pédale ne fonctionnera pas. Veuillez
vous référer à la section disjoncteur.
9. Bouchon de capteur : branchez le poussoir pour engager le capteur afin d'arrêter automatiquement le
piston en bas et en haut du cylindre.

Dépannage
PROBLÈME
SOLUTIONS
Le moteur n'a pas de puissance
Vérifiez l'alimentation de la prise. Assurez-vous que l'appareil
est bien branché dans la prise.
Tout d'abord, vérifiez et réinitialisez le disjoncteur. Le
problème peut provenir de l'interrupteur ou du cordon
d'alimentation.
Le moteur tourne lentement ou est bruyant
Problème possible de graisse d'engrenage à froid. Déplacez les
choses vers des zones plus chaudes. Laissez le stuffer
fonctionner pendant 5 minutes, puis commencez à le piquer.
La pédale ne fonctionne pas
Vérifiez si la pédale est correctement branchée sur le moteur
du poussoir.
Le voyant ALARME s'allume
Possible problème de surcharge du moteur. Vérifiez s'il y a un
blocage dans le tube piqué, ou que le tube piqué est
correctement assemblé. Vérifiez que la fiche du moteur est
correctement branchée dans la prise de l'étoffeur. Si tous sont
en bon état après vérification, appuyez sur le bouton "STOP"
pour réinitialiser le panneau de contrôle. Maintenant, le
voyant "ON" s'allume. Le voyant "ALARME" s'allumera. Ou
éteignez l'interrupteur d'alimentation, puis rallumez-le.
Stuffer est difficile à manivelle
Le mélange de saucisses est devenu trop ferme. Ajouter de
l'eau pour mélanger. Ajoutez du lubrifiant (huile minérale ou
huile végétale) au joint de piston et à l'intérieur du cylindre.
La viande passe par le piston
Le joint n'est pas installé ou doit être lubrifié.
Les boyaux éclatent au remplissage
•Les boyaux sont vieux et cassants.
•Les boyaux n'ont pas été trempés assez longtemps.
•Les boyaux ont été trempés trop longtemps.
•Les boyaux ne doivent pas avoir été trempés.
•Les boyaux ont été trop remplis.
•Le tube de rembourrage a une bavure et perfore le tubage.
•Le tube de remplissage est trop grand pour les boyaux.

Guide d'installation
1. Placez le Stuffer sur une table ou un espace de travail stable.
2. Fixez la poignée à l'un des arbres d'entraînement et tournez pour soulever le piston hors du cylindre et dans
la position la plus élevée du piston.
3. Placez le cylindre dans les supports de cylindre inférieurs et faites pivoter le cylindre dans le châssis de la
machine. Repoussez le cylindre dans les supports supérieurs du cylindre pour le verrouiller en place.
4. Retirez la bague de retenue du cylindre en la tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.
5. Insérez le tube en S de votre choix dans la bague de retenue.
6. Tournez l'ensemble bague de retenue et tube en S dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre sur le cylindre,
jusqu'à ce que l'ensemble soit serré à la main. NE PAS TROP SERRER.

1.2 Guide d'installation du moteur
1. Retirez le couvercle de la prise avec un tournevis.
2. Insérez la fiche du capteur dans la prise située sur le côté du boîtier d'engrenage du presse-saucisses. Faites
glisser le moteur de bourrage sur l'arbre d'entraînement lent en alignant les vis à oreilles de montage sur
les trous de montage des vis à oreilles.
Attention: La fiche du capteur doit être entièrement insérée dans la prise. Si le bouchon n'est pas
correctement inséré, le piston ne pourra pas s'arrêter automatiquement au fond du cylindre ou à la position la
plus élevée. Cela peut entraîner une surcharge du moteur ou éventuellement endommager le poussoir ou le
moteur. Ce type de dommage N'EST PAS couvert par la garantie.
3. Vissez les vis à oreilles de montage dans les trous sur le côté du poussoir. Assurez-vous de bien serrer ces trois
vis à oreilles de montage pour fixer le moteur du poussoir sur le poussoir.

1.3 Installation et utilisation de la pédale
1. Branchez la pédale dans le moteur Stuffer (comme indiqué ci-dessous).
2. Branchez le moteur dans une prise mise à la terre et appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pour allumer le
moteur. La lumière s'allumera.
3. Appuyer sur la pédale ne peut contrôler que le déplacement du piston vers le bas. Lorsque le piston
descend vers le bas du cylindre, le piston s'arrête automatiquement et commence à monter. Relâchez la
pression sur la pédale.
Remarque: Si le bouton vers le bas a été enfoncé manuellement, la pédale ne fonctionnera pas. Appuyez sur le
bouton d'arrêt. Maintenant, la pédale contrôlera le mouvement vers le bas du piston.
