IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always

be followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Before use, check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to the one shown on
the rating plate.
3. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.
4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a
authorized service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking moving
component, and before cleaning.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
7. Do not immerse motor unit of blender into water as this would give rise to electric
shock.
8. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or
infirm persons.
9. Ensure fingers are kept well away from moving parts.
10. Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but
must be used only when the blender is not running.
11. The appliance cannot be used for processing hard and dry substance; otherwise
the blade could be blunted.
12. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
13. Do not use outdoors.
14. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning;
15. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out
of reach of children.
16. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if
they understand the hazards involved.
17. Children shall not play with the appliance.
18. Be sure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
19. The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries
to persons.
20. Before removing the lid from the jar, release the button and unplug the appliance,

wait until the blades have come to a complete stop.
21. Always remove the blade assembly before pouring contents from jar.
22. Be sure to switch off the appliance after each use of your food processor. Make
sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
23.The metal blades are extremely sharp, please handle carefully.
24.Always hold the blade stem instead of cutting edge when handling and cleaning
the blade.
25. Be care of potential injury from misuse.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Check that all accessories are complete and not damaged. Clean all detachable parts
thoroughly according to the section of “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”
Important: Blades and chipping/slicing disk are very sharp, handle with care.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
According to your desired task, select proper attachment for use: A: blending
attachment, B: chopping attachment , C: whisking attachment.
A: Instruction for blending attachment
Important: Ensure that the stick blender is unplugged from the power outlet before
assembling or removing attachments.
Note: The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s. Max operation duration
under high speed per time less than 30s. Minimum 3 minutes rest time shall be
maintained between two continuous cycles;
1. To use blending Jar
1. To assemble the detachable stem with the motor unit, turn the stem anti-clockwise
until tightened.
2. You shall peel or core the fruits and then cut them into small dices (approx. 15mm
x15mm x15mm), put the fruit dices or vegetable into the cup. Usually certain
amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running, the
proportion of the food and water is 2:3. The amount of mixture should not exceed
the max capacity of jar.
3. Plug the appliance into power outlet.
4. Lower the hand blender into food and select proper speed button (low speed and
high speed) to press and hold it, the blender starts blending immediately. When
using the low speed button, you can adjust the speed adjusting dial on the top of
motor unit for different speed.
NOTE: the speed adjusting dial is not suitable for the high speed button.
5. Release the speed button to stop operating when the food consistency your
required is obtained.
B: Instruction for chopping attachment
The knife blade is mainly suitable for chopping carrots or meats.
1. Assemble the knife blade onto the shaft in the jar, always fit the knife blade before
adding ingredients.
2. Firstly cut the carrot into small pieces (15mm x 15mm x15mm), then place them
into the jar. Also you may chop cabbages, first cut the cabbage into small pieces so
that it can go through the feeding tube.
Note: The max quantity of food can’t exceed the 200g for each operation.
Note: Max operation duration at high speed per time shall not exceed 20s.

4. The jar and knife blade can be used for chopping meat, but the meat must be
boned and cut into small cubes, and the max quantity shall not exceed 30g.
Note: The max operation time shall not be more than 20s.
5. Attach the jar lid onto the jar.
Note: Be sure jar lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
6. Insert the bottom part of motor unit into the opening on the jar lid, and turn in
clockwise direction to lock.
7. Plug the appliance into power outlet.
8. Select proper speed button to press and hold it, the appliance starts operation.
When using the low speed button, you can adjust the speed adjusting dial on the top
of motor unit for different speed.
Note: the speed adjusting dial is not suitable for the high speed button。
9. Release the speed button to stop operation when the food is chopped to your
desire.
Note: During operation, you can insert the food through the feed tube and use the
food pusher to press it if necessary, never use your finger to preventing hurting.
10. Turn the motor unit in anti-clockwise to detach it from the jar lid.
11. 11. Always remove the blade assembly before pouring out the contents in jar.
C: Instruction for whisking attachment
The whisking attachment is mainly suitable for whisking egg white.
1. To assemble whisk with the motor unit, turn the whisk anti-clockwise until
tightened.
2. Place egg white into the blending jar, generally, two egg whites are enough.
3. Plug the appliance into power outlet.
4. Lower the whisk into food and select proper speed button to press and hold it, the
appliance starts operation. When using the low speed button, you can adjust the
speed adjusting dial on the top of motor unit for different speed.
Note: the speed adjusting dial is not suitable for the high speed button。
Note: Max operation duration at high speed per time shall not exceed 1
minute.
5. Release the speed button to stop operation when the eggs are whisked well.
6. Always unplug the power outlet when not use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance from the socket and wait until the blade stops completely

before cleaning and maintenance.
1. Wash the detachable stem under running water without the use of abrasive
cleaner or detergents. After cleaning the detachable stem, place it upright so that any
water, which may have got in, can drain out. The detachable stem shall not be
cleaned in the dishwasher.
Note: Do not immerse the detachable stem in water as the lubrication on the
bearings may wash away due to long time.
2. Wash the cup, chopping jar, whisk, disks, jar lid and jar cover in warm soapy
water. Only the chopping jar and chopping jar can be cleaned in dishwasher, others
components shall not be cleaned in the dishwasher as some plastic parts may
deteriorate through prolonged use of dishwasher cleaning.
3. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as
electric shock may occur.
4. The non-slip base on the bottom of jar or jar can be detached and cleaning, make
sure it is in place before next use.
5. Dry the components thoroughly.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
6. For quick cleaning between processing tasks, fill the cup or jar with water to half,
assemble the hand-held blender according to description of the operation section and
turn it on to blend or chopping for a few seconds.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste.
It must be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or
to a dealer providing this service.
Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative
consequences for the environment and health, deriving form inappropriate disposal
and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings in
energy and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances
separately, the product is marked with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
