General Safety Information
Don’ts
1. Don’t touch any hot areas/accessor es on the steamer. It’s normal for
the steamer and accessor es to heat up dur ng use. Always turn off all
controls and allow them to cool down before handl ng or chang ng.
2. Don’t leave the steamer plugged n when unattended.
3. Don’t use the steamer f t has been dropped, damaged,
mmersed n water or left outdoors.
4. Don’t run over the power cord or use steamer f the power cord
or plug s damaged. Please contact our Customer Care L ne on
0330 026 8455 (Mon-Fr 8.30am to 6.30pm, Sat 9.00am to 5.00pm).
5. Don’t handle the plug or use the steamer w th wet hands.
6. Don’t pull or carry the steamer by the power cord. Don’t use the
power cord as a handle, pull the power cord around corners, sharp
edges or close a door over the power cord. Don’t unplug steamer by
pull ng on the power cord.
7. Don’t use the steamer w thout the tank cap n place, and ensure the
tank cap s fully pushed down.
8. Don’t attempt to remove blockages w th sharp objects as th s may
cause damage to the steamer.
9. Don’t a m the steamer at people, an mals, plants and electr cal
components such as nter or of ovens or w res. Never touch the
steam jet or tools from a short d stance (there s a r sk of scald ng).
10. Don’t use the steamer w th ncorrect voltage as th s may result n
damage or njury to the user. The correct voltage s l sted on the
rat ngs label.

1. Always f ll the water tank w th water only. Never add perfume, sta n
remover or products conta n ng alcohol.
2. Always unplug and allow the steamer to cool down before carry ng out
any ma ntenance or ref ll ng.
3. Always replace the fuse n the plug w th a Br t sh 13amp fuse. Always
protect the power cable from heated surfaces or near open flames.
4. Use only CE approved 13amp extens on cords, non-approved extens on
cords may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the extens on cord
as t could be a tr p hazard.
5. Always carry the steamer by the handle.
6. Store the steamer n a cool, dry area. Before stor ng the steamer
please ensure the water tank s thoroughly clean and dry.

persons w th reduced phys cal, sensory or mental capab l t es or lack of
exper ence and knowledge f they have been g ven superv s on or nstruct on
concern ng use of the appl ance n a safe way and understand the
hazards nvolved.
Ch ldren shall not play w th the appl ance. Clean ng and user ma ntenance
shall not be made by ch ldren w thout superv s on.
Please refer to the surface manufacture’s care recommendat ons before use,
and test over a small h dden area, f no damage occurs cont nue clean ng.
Not su table for use on wax pol shed furn ture, acryl c surfaces and synthet c,
velvet or steam/water sens t ve mater als.
Th s steamer should not be used to clean electr cal appl ances such as
m crowaves, telev s ons and electr cal heat ng systems etc.

Operating your steam cleaner

CAUTION: The nozzle gets very hot dur ng use. Always sw tch off the steamer before empty ng the water tank or chang ng the
clean ng accessor es.
Do not open the water tank l d when us ng the steamer. The steamer s pressur sed, do not remove l d when the tank s hot.
Fll tank only when cool.
IMPORTANT: Please refer to surface manufacturer’s care recommendat ons before use and test the steamer on an h dden area
of surface to beg n w th. Test for colour fastness n a small h dden area of upholstery/fabr c to check for colour removal
before use.
When us ng the steamer, bas c safety precaut ons should always be observed.

tr gger to release excess pressure.

IMPORTANT: Always hold steam tr gger down to release rema n ng steam pressure and allow the steamer to fully cool down before
carry ng out any ma ntenance or ref ll ng. Only clean the external surface of the steamer w th a sl ghtly damp cloth.
Taking care of your machine
The water tank should be treated w th l me scale remover approx mately every 6 months toprolong the steam cleaner’s l fe. When
descal ng the steamer follow l me scale remover nstruct ons for 260ml capac ty (us ng max 50°C water) then pour away l qu d
and repeat process f necessary, r nse the water tank and allow to fully dry before stor ng away.
IMPORTANT: The steamer must have cooled down before ref ll ng or stor ng.
TIP: R nse the water tank out after 5 f ll ng operat ons. F ll the water tank w th water and g v ng t a good shake to loosen any l me
scale that has depos ted on the bottom of the water tank. Empty water over a s nk and allow to fully dry before stor ng away.
IMPORTANT: Never use bleach or fabr c softener when wash ng the clean ng pad.

What to do if it goes wrong
CAUTION: to reduce the risk of personal in ury, unplug the steamer and ensure unit has fully cooled
down before performing maintenance/troubleshooting checks.
Is there an accessory missing?
• Check the ‘Th s pack conta ns’ panel on the box to make
sure the part s ncluded w th your mach ne.
The steamer has no power?
• The plug may not be fully pushed nto the electr cal socket.
• Check the fuse n the plug f th s needs replac ng, always
replace w th a Br t sh 13amp fuse.
• The steamer s equ pped w th a thermostat and a thermal
cut-out. If for any reason the steamer overheats t w ll
sw tch off. If th s happens turn off and unplug the steamer,
allow to cool for a least 2 to 4 hours.
Why is the steamer not producing steam?
• There may be no water n clean water tank, check the
clean water tank has water.
• Check the steam tr gger safety latch has been unlocked
on the handle.
• Check the water tank has not been overf lled, there must
be a space n the tank for the water to heat. If overf lled
the steamer w ll del very very l ttle steam or
water droplets.
• The water may not yet be at temperature; the red and
green ready nd cator l ghts w ll both be llum nated.
• Check the water tank does not have a bu ld up of l me
scale. The water tank should be treated w th l me scale
remover approx mately every 6 months.
