3. Address selection of the module
2. Clearing the push button memory (can also be done using a PC and the Velbuslink software)
The learned push buttons are stored in the relay module memory, it is possible that you want to erase previously stored buttons, or that
you simply want to make sure the memory is clear.
To clear the memory:
Rotate the address switches to a learning mode you want to clear.
Example: “F1” for channel 1 ( F is the mode, 1 is the channel)
Now press button 1 until the corresponding relay activates(*).
The F mode memory for this channel is now cleared.
(*) If you keep the button pressed until the relay deactivates,
then ALL the buttons for ALL the modes for this channel are cleared.

In order to identify each module in your system it is necessary to set an unique address for each module.
This address will also be used by the PC software to scan all the addresses and to identify the modules.
The address is set by using the two ADDR rotary switches.
CAUTION:
Some address settings can NOT be used. They are reserved for learning modes.
Example F1, F2, F3, F4, E1, E2….. can NOT be used as an address (see next pages).
Examples of valid addresses: 01, 02, 03…. 0A, 0B…, 1A, 1B…
A total of 224 valid addresses can be selected for this module.
NOTE: Address “00” must be set if the module is used “stand alone” without Velbus
Connection.
