1. Introduction

disposal of the device after its lifecycle could harm the

serviceable parts inside the device. Refer to an authorized
dealer for service and/or spare parts.

Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually
using it.
All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons.
Damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered
by the warranty.
Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in
an unauthorised way will void the warranty.

1. Choose a location for the camera, keeping following guidelines in
mind:
odo not install the camera in locations where extremely high or
low temperatures or excessive vibrations may occur.
oavoid mounting the camera near high electro-magnetic fields.
odo not aim the camera at the sun or other extremely bright
objects or reflections (e.g. metal doors).
2. Unscrew the mounting plate by turning it counter-clockwise.
Punch the cable slot in the mounting plate.
Use the mounting plate to determine the position of the mounting
holes. Drill the holes.
Fix the mounting plate on the ceiling or wall with the included
plug and screws.
3. Connect the included power cable to the camera, power supply
and video input. Guide the power cable through the cable slot and
fix the camera onto the mounting plate.
4. You can now manually adjust the camera according to the image
on your monitor.

1. Inleiding
Aan alle ingezetenen van de Europese Unie
Belangrijke milieu-informatie betreffende dit product
Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft aan dat,
als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt weggeworpen, dit
toestel schade kan toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit
toestel (en eventuele batterijen) niet bij het gewone
huishoudelijke afval; het moet bij een gespecialiseerd
bedrijf terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel
naar uw verdeler of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen.

2. Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Houd dit toestel uit de buurt van kinderen en onbevoegden.
Elektrocutiegevaar bij het openen van het toestel.
Demonteer of open dit toestel NOOIT. Er zijn geen
onderdelen in het toestel die door de gebruiker gerepareerd
kunnen worden. Contacteer uw verdeler voor eventuele
reserveonderdelen.
3. Algemene richtlijnen
Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie
achteraan deze handleiding.
Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen voor u het gaat
gebruiken.
Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen aan
het toestel. Schade door wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft
aangebracht aan het toestel valt niet onder de garantie.

Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. De garantie
vervalt automatisch bij ongeoorloofd gebruik.
De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde
richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw dealer zal de
verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier
rechtstreeks verband mee houden.
Bescherm dit toestel tegen extreme temperaturen.
Bescherm tegen schokken. Vermijd brute kracht tijdens de
bediening van het toestel.
Installeer en gebruik deze camera niet voor illegale praktijken en
respecteer ieders privacy. Neem voor meer informatie contact op
met de plaatselijke autoriteiten.

5. Hardware-installatie
Raadpleeg de afbeeldingen op pagina 2 van deze handleiding.
1. Kies een geschikte montageplaats voor de camera en houd
rekening met volgende punten:
oMonteer de camera nooit op een plaats onderhevig aan
extreme temperaturen en trillingen.
oMonteer de camera nooit in de buurt van elektromagnetische velden.
oRicht de camera niet naar de zon of naar een
lichtweerkaatsend voorwerp (bv. een metalen deur).
2. Draai de montageplaat in tegenwijzerzin los.
Stans de kabelopening in de montageplaat.
Gebruik de montageplaat om de positie van de montagegaten te
bepalen. Boor de gaten.
Bevestig de montageplaat aan het plafond of de muur met de
meegeleverde plug en schroeven.
3. Sluit de meegeleverde voedingsadapter aan op de camera, de
voeding en de video-ingang. Haal de voedingskabel door de
kabelopening en bevestig de camera aan de montageplaat.
4. U kunt de camera nu manueel instellenvolgens de afbeelding op uw scherm.

3. Directives générales
Se référer à la garantie de service et de qualité Velleman® en
fin de ce mode d'emploi.
Se familiariser avec le fonctionnement de l'appareil avant de
l'utiliser.
Toute modification est interdite pour des raisons de sécurité. Les
dommages occasionnés par des modifications par le client ne
tombent pas sous la garantie.
N’utiliser l'appareil qu’à sa fonction prévue. Un usage impropre
annule d'office la garantie.
La garantie ne se s’applique pas aux dommages survenus en
négligeant certaines directives de ce mode d'emploi et votre
revendeur déclinera toute responsabilité pour les problèmes et les
défauts qui en résultent.
Protéger cet appareil contre la chaleur extrême.
Protéger l’appareil des chocs et de l'abus. Traiter l'appareil avec
circonspection pendant l’opération.
Installer et utiliser la caméra en respectant la législation et la vie
privée des tiers. Pour plus d'informations, contacter les autorités

5. Installer la caméra
Se référer aux illustrations en page 2 de ce mode d'emploi.
1. Choisir un endroit de montage approprié en tenant compte :
ode ne jamais installer la caméra dans un endroit sujet à des
températures extrêmes et à des vibrations ;
ode ne jamais installer la caméra à proximité de champs
électromagnétiques ;
ode ne pas pointer la caméra sur un objet réfléchissant la
lumière (p.ex. porte métallique).
2. Desserrer la plaque de montage en la tournant dans le sens
inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.
Perforer la fente dans la plaque de montage.
Utiliser la plaque de montage pour déterminer la position des
trous de montage. Percer les trous.

Fixer la plaque de montage au plafond ou au mur avec la fiche et
les vis inclus.
3. Connecter le câble d’alimentation (incl.) à la caméra, à
l'alimentation et à l'entrée vidéo. Guider le câble d’alimentation
par la fente et fixer la caméra à la plaque de montage.
4. Maintenant, il est possible d'ajuster manuellement la caméra
selon l'image affichée à l'écran.
