This dehumidifier can only be used by children 8 years or older and person with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge with supervi-
sion or instruction concerning use of the dehumidifier. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be done by children without supervision.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified personnel. Please contact
Customer Service in order to avoid hazard.
Prior to cleaning or other maintenance, the dehumidifier must be disconnected from the
supply mains.
If the dehumidifier is knocked over during use, turn off the dehumidifier and unplug it from
the main power supply immediately. Visually inspect the dehumidifier to ensure there is no
damage. If you suspect the dehumidifier has been damaged, contact Vellgoo Customer
During a thunderstorm, the power must be cut off to avoid damage to the dehumidifier due
to lightning.
Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or
similar coverings. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord
away from the traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this dehumidifier with any solid-state
speed control device.
The dehumidifier shall be installed in accordance with national wiring regulations.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Do not place the dehumidifier near a heat source.
Place the dehumidifier on a level, sturdy section of the floor.
Do not exceed the rating of the power outlet or connected device.
You should never try to take apart or repair the dehumidifier by yourself.
Please check whether the power cord and plug are damaged before use.
Do not modify the power cord length or share the outlet with other appliances.
When leaving or not in use for a long time, be sure to cut off the power and unplug the power plug.
Do not use the dehumidifier near flammable gas or combustibles, such as gasoline, benzene,
thinner, etc.
Never insert your finger or other foreign objects into grills or openings. Take special care to
warn children of these dangers.
Do not use in low temperature, dusty or volatile places such as acid and alkali oil. This will
affect the efficiency of the product and even cause damage to the product.
Do not use it in places where curtains and clothing are easily sucked in. Check whether the air
inlet and outlet are blocked by clothing, plastic bags, paper etc. to avoid causing the product
to malfunction.

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION PANEL
Power Button
There are two wind speeds, which can be switched between high and low speeds. When
the machine is in low-speed mode, press the button to enter high-speed mode. Press
again to return to low-speed mode.
2 /Wind Speed control
Press the light button, the indicator light is off; press again until the indicator light is on. Can
be switched between on and off mode.
3 /Light control
(The noise will be slightly louder in the beginning after power-on, so that the dehumidifier
can pre-process. The noise will be reduced afterward.)

OPERATION
This dehumidifier is designed to operate with a working environment between 50°F (10°C) and
122°F (50°C). Leave a space of about 0.39 in (10 cm) around the dehumidifier.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
REMOVING THE COLLECTED WATER
When the bucket is full, remove the bucket and empty it.
1 /Use the bucket
Before starting the machine, pull out the water plug of the bucket, connect the hose, and
drain the water directly through the hose without taking out the bucket.
2 /Continuous draining
When the bucket is full, the light will turn red, and the dehumidifier will stop automatically.
At this time, please slowly take out the bucket and pour water.
After pouring the water, put the bucket back to its original position, and the dehumidifier
will work again.
When there is no bucket or the bucket is not in place, the red light flashes.
When dehumidification is not required, please press the power button to shut down, take
out the water tank, pour water, and put the bucket back to its original position, waiting for
the next dehumidification.

WARNING: Turn the dehumidifier off and remove the plug from the wall outlet before cleaning.
Clean the dehumidifier with water and mild detergent.
Do not use bleach or abrasives.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Do not splash water directly onto the main unit. Doing so may cause an electrical shock,
cause the insulation to deteriorate, or cause the unit to rust.
The air intake and outlet grilles get soiled easily. Use a vacuum attachment or brush to clean.
1 /Clean the Grille and Case
Please plug in the hose before starting up.
Make sure the connection is tight and there is no leaking.
Lead the water hose to the floor drain or a suitable drainage facility, the drainage facility
should be lower than the drain outlet of the dehumidifier.
Be sure to run the water hose sloping downward to let the water flow out smoothly.
When the continuous drain feature is not being used, remove the drain hose from the
outlet.
When not on continuous drain method, insert the water plug to prevent water leakage.
Do not use continuous draining when the outdoor temperature is equal to or less than
32°F (0°C), otherwise the water will freeze, causing the water hose to block up and the
dehumidifier may be damaged.
NOTE
Store the dehumidifier when it will not be used for a long time.
3 /Storing the dehumidifier
After turning off the dehumidifier, wait one day until all water in the internal of the
dehumidifier flows into the bucket, and then empty the bucket.
Clean the bucket with water and mild detergent every two weeks.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Make sure the dehumidifier’s plug is
inserted completely into the outlet.
Check to see if the power cord is
damaged. If it is, stop using the dehumidi-
fier and contact Customer Support.
Plug the dehumidifier into a different
outlet.
Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box.
The bucket is full.
The bucket is not in the proper position.
The dehumidifier is malfunctioning.
Contact Customer Support.
1 /Dehumidifier does not start
Contact Customer Service if the dehumidifier operates abnormally or does not operate, and
the solutions above are not useful.
2 /Dehumidifier does not dry the air as it should
Make sure allow enough time to function.
Make sure there are no curtains, blinds or
furniture blocking the back of the dehumidi-
fier. Leave a space of 10cm around the
product.
Check that all doors, windows and other
openings are securely closed.
Room temperature is too low, below 50°F
(10°C).
There is a kerosene heater or something
giving off water vapor in the room.
3 /A loud noise when operating
The dehumidifier is tilted instead of upright
as it should be.
The floor surface is not level.
The dehumidifier may be damaged, or a
foreign object may be inside. Stop using
the dehumidifier and contact Customer
Support. Do not try to repair the unit.
4 /Strange smell coming from the dehumidifier
If the dehumidifier emits a burning smell,
please turn it off and unplug, and contact
Customer Support.
Make sure not to use your purifier in an area
with high humidity or while diffusing
essential oils.
The bucket is full. Pour out the water in the
bucket and put the bucket back into the
original position.
The bucket is not in place. Put the bucket
in right place.
5 /Red light keeps flashing
The unit was placed on an uneven floor.
Hose to connector or hose connection may
be loose.
Intend to use the bucket to collect water,
but the water plug is removed.
6 /Water on the floor
Clean the main dehumidifier, bucket.
Wrap the cord and bundle it with the band.
Cover the dehumidifier with a plastic bag.
Store the dehumidifier upright in a dry, well ventilated place.

Vellgoo warrants all products to be of the highest quality in material, craftsmanship, and
service, effective from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty period.
Vellgoo will replace any product found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based on
eligibility.
Refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds are only available to the
original purchaser of the product. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not
extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use for
which the product is not intended. There are no warranties other than the warranties
expressly set forth with each product. This warranty is non-transferrable. Vellgoo is not
responsible in any way for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment
failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use noncompliant with the user manual or any
additional safety or use warnings included in the product packaging and manual.

Este deshumidificador solo puede ser utilizado por niños de 8 años de edad o mayores y por
personas con impedimentos físicos, sensoriales o mentales o falta de experiencia y conocimiento
para supervisar o guiar el uso de deshumidificadores. Los niños no deben limpiarse y mantenerse
sin supervisión.
Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado por una persona calificada.
Póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente para evitar peligros.

OPERACIÓN
Este deshumidificador está diseñado para funcionar en un entorno de trabajo entre 50°F
(10°C) y 122°F (50°C). Deje un espacio de unos 0.39 in (10 cm) alrededor del deshumidificador.
AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO
ELIMINANDO EL AGUA RECOLECTADA
Cuando el cubo está lleno, saca el cubo y vacíelo.

Antes de encender la máquina, saca el tapón de agua del cubo, conecte la manguera y
drene el agua directamente a través de la manguera sin sacar el cubo.

automáticamente. En este momento, saca lentamente el cubo y vierta agua.
Después de verter el agua, vuelve a colocar el cubo en su posición original y el deshumidi-
ficador volverá a funcionar.
Cuando no hay cubo o el cubo no está en su lugar correcta, la luz roja parpadea.
Cuando no se requiere deshumidificación, presiona el botón de encendido para apagar,
saca el cubo, vierta agua y vuelve a colocar el cubo en su posición original, esperando la
siguiente deshumidificación.

CUIDADO & MANTENIMIENTO

3 /Almacenamiento del deshumidificador
Después de apagar el deshumidificador, espera un día hasta que toda el agua dentro
del deshumidificador fluya hacia el cubo, luego vacíe el cubo.
Limpia el deshumidificador principal, el cubo y el filtro de aire.
Limpia el cubo cada dos (2) semanas con agua y un detergente suave.
