Particulate Respirator N95
1. Failure to follow all instructions and limitations concerning the use of the respirator
and/or failure to wear the respirator for the whole duration of exposure to
contaminants can seriously reduce the performance characteristics of the
respirator and lead to illness, injury or death.
2. Before occupational use, the wearer must be trained by the employer in the correct
use of the respirator in accordance with applicable safety and health standards.
3. OSHA standards including 29CFR1910.134 (e) (5) and CSA standard
Z 94.4-93 require that the wearer be fit-tested
4. Discard the respirator and replace with a new one if:
Excessive clogging of the respirator causes breathing difficulty
The respirator becomes damaged.
Discard the respirator and replace with a new one after every use.
5. Leave the contaminated area if dizziness, irritation or other distress occurs.
6. Do not use with beards or other facial hair or other conditions that prevent a
good fit between the face and the fitting surface of the respirator.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS :
The filter respirator until use shall be stored in the sealed single pack to retain its
properties. For transport such singles packs shall be suitably packed in outer
cartons to protect from climatic hazards & mechanical shocks.
SHELF LIFE :
60 months from the date of manufacture (if stored between -5°C - +50°C
& Humidity not over 80%)

Adjust head straps by grasping the locking slide and pull adjuster
ring until respirator fits comfortably.
Fit the nose area to the shape of the face by forming the nose
piece with the fingertips. Start from the top of the nose piece
working downward while pressing against the nose.
Always use both hands.
Place both hands over the respirator - do not disturb the position
of the respirator.
Exhale sharply to detect leakage.
If you cannot achieve satisfactory fit, do NOT enter the contaminated area.

Caution and Limitations
1. Protection:
N95 - Particulate Filter (95% filter efficiency level) effective against particulate aerosols
free of oil, time use restrictions may apply
2. Cautions and Limitations:
A - Not for use in atmosphere containing less than 19.5 % oxygen.
- Not for use in atmosphere immediately dangerous to life or health.
- Do not exceed maximum use concentration established by regulatory standards.
- Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
- All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used and maintained in accordance
with MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
- Never substitute, modify, add, or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the
configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
- Refer to User’s Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and
maintenance of these respirators.
- NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks.
