Sicherheitshinweise
·Beachten Sie, dass die Rolladensteuerung Vestamatic DZ-Plus
„R“ zum Betrieb eine Betriebsspannung von 230 VW, 50 Hz be-
nötigt. Beauftragen Sie mit der Installation bitte einen Elektrofach-
betrieb.
·Die Steuerung ist nur für den sachgemäßen Gebrauch (wie in der
Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben) bestimmt.
Änderungen oder Modifikationen dürfen nicht vorgenommen
werden.
·Wenn anzunehmen ist, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb der Steuerung
oder des Rolladens nicht mehr möglich ist, so ist die Rolladen-
steuerung Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“ außer Betrieb zu setzen und
gegen unbeabsichtigten Betrieb zu sichern. Dasselbe gilt, wenn
Arbeiten an der Rollade durchgeführt werden, an welcher die
Steuerung betrieben wird.

Einleitung
Der Kauf der Rolladensteuerung Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“ war eine
gute Entscheidung.Sie haben damit ein hochwertiges Produkt erwor-
ben, das über eine Vielzahl sinnvoller Funktionen verfügt und nach
höchsten Qualitätsanforderungen hergestellt wird. Um eine optimale
Nutzung und Zuverlässigkeit zu garantieren, lesen Sie diese Bedie-
nungsanleitung vor der Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam durch.
Der Lieferumfang der Rolladensteuerung Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“
besteht aus:
1. Abdeckhaube
2. Grundgehäuse
3. Tragrahmen Grundgehäuse
Sofort nach dem Auspacken sollte die Rolladensteuerung Vestamatic
DZ-Plus „R“ auf mechanische Schäden untersucht werden. Falls ein
Transportschaden vorliegt, ist sofort der Lieferant zu informieren.
Die Steuerung darf bei Beschädigung nicht in Betrieb genommen
werden!

Tastbetrieb
Durch kurzes Betätigen der Auf- bzw. Ab-Taste läuft der Antrieb in die
gewünschte Richtung.
Um den Antrieb vor Erreichen der Endstellung zu stoppen wird kurz
die Gegentaste gedrückt.
Hand-/Automatikschalter
In Stellung (H) (Hand) kann nur an der Rolladensteuerung
Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“ ein Auf- oder Abfahrbefehl gegeben werden.
In Stellung (A) (Automatik) werden sowohl die Befehle der Rolladen-
steuerung Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“ als auch alle Befehle des Zen-
traltasters ausgeführt.
Solange jedoch ein Fahrbefehl des Zentraltasters ansteht, kann kein
Einzelbefehl über die Rolladensteuerung Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“
ausgeführt werden.
Die Dauer des Fahrbefehls der Rolladensteuerung Vestamatic
DZ-Plus „R“ ist werksseitig auf 120 Sekunden eingestellt.

Funktionsbeschreibung
Jede Steuerung kann sowohl über die internen Tasten „Ausfahren“ (q)
und „Einfahren“ (Q), als auch – wenn mehrere Rolladensteuerungen
Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“ im Einsatz sind – über einen externen
Zentraltaster betätigt werden.
Als Taster können beliebige Fabrikate und Ausführungen verwendet
werden, jedoch dürfen diese Taster keine Raststellung haben.
An Stelle eines Zentraltasters kann auch eine Vestamatic,,, Schaltuhr,
z.B. Rolltec Plus potentialfrei 3 Sekunden eingesetzt werden.
An einen Zentraltaster bzw. einer Vestamatic Schaltuhr können
beliebig viele Rolladensteuerungen Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“ ange-
schlossen werden.

Hinweise für den Elektrofachbetrieb
Einbau und Inbetriebnahme:
1. Die Abdeckhaube der Rolladensteuerung Vestamatic DZ-Plus „R“
lässt sich durch leichtes Ziehen abnehmen.
2. Lösen Sie die Schrauben und trennen Sie den Tragrahmen vom
Gehäuse.
3. Montieren Sie den Tragrahmen.
Es sind diverse Bohrungen sowohl für unterschiedliche Schalter-
dosen als auch für den Wandaufbau vorhanden.
Für den Wandaufbau ist eine spezielle Aufputzdose lieferbar.
4. Nehmen Sie die Verdrahtung gemäß Anschlussplan vor.
Achtung: Beim Anschluss sind die geltenden VDE-Bestim-
mungen, insbesondere DIN VDE 0100/0700 sowie die
geltenden Vorschriften der örtlichen EVU und UVV
zu beachten.
5. Drücken Sie das Grundgehäuse vorsichtig in den Tragrahmen
(Kabelquetschungen vermeiden) und ziehen Sie die Schrauben
wieder fest an.
Hinweis: Eine parallele Ansteuerung mehrerer Antriebe lässt sich nur
mittels Trennrelais oder Gruppensteuergeräten realisieren.

Montageanleitung
Der zum Lieferumfang gehörende Tragrahmen muss in jedem Fall
montiert werden!

in folgenden Ausführungen lieferbar:

voltage of 230VW, 50 Hz. Please be sure to contact a professional
electrician for the installation.
·The control was designed for correct use as described in the oper-
ating instructions. Any changes or modifications thereof are not
permissible and result in loss of all warranty claims.
·If safe operation of control or roller shutter cannot be guaranteed,
the Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R” must be turned off immediately and
protected against unintentional operation. The same applies for
work on windows or roller shutters that are operated by this control.

Introduction
Congratulations for buying the roller shutter control Vestamatic
DZ-Plus “R”. You have purchased a high quality product that features
many practical functions and is manufactured according to the
highest quality standards. Please take the time to read these operat-
ing instructions carefully prior to initial operation in order to guarantee
optimum efficiency and reliability.
The delivery extent of the roller shutter control Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R”
encompasses the following items:
1. Cover cap
2. Basic housing
3. Supporting frame basic housing
Check the roller shutter control Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R” for signs of
mechanical damage immediately after unpacking. If there is any
damage due to the shipping, notify the supplier immediately.
Do not start up the control in case there is any damage!

Button Operation
By shortly tapping the up or down button, the drive will move into the
desired direction.
Shortly tap the opposite button in order to stop the drive before it
reaches its totally traveled position.
Manual/Automatic Switch
In position (H) (manual), the roller shutter control Vestamatic DZ-Plus
“R” can only executed one up or down command.
In position (A) (automatic) commands from the roller shutter control
Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R” and commands from the central button can
be executed simultaneously.
As long as an up or down command from the central button is pend-
ing, no single command can be executed from roller shuter control
Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R”.
The duration of the up or down command of the roller shutter control
Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R” was preset to 120 seconds by the manu-
facturer.

Functional Description
Even when using several Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R” roller shutter con-
trols, you can operate each control either with the internal buttons
“extend” (q) and “retract” (Q) or with an external central button.
You can select any button make and design.Only buttons with notched
positions are not permissible.
A Vestamatic,,, switching timer, e.g. Rolltec Plus potential-free 3 sec-
onds, can be used instead of a central button.
You can connect any number of roller shutter controls Vestamatic
DZ-Plus “R” to a central button or a Vestamatic switching timer.

The delivered supporting frame must always be mounted!
The following suitable covering frames of the brand Jung “TopLine”,
alpine white are available:

For control via two drives, we recommend our isolating relays:

Notes for Professional Electricians
Installation and putting into operation:
1. Carefully pull to remove the cover cap of the roller shutter control
Vestamatic DZ-Plus “R”.
2. Loosen the screws and separate the supporting frame from hous-
ing.
3. Mount the supporting frame.
There are several holes available for different switch boxes as well
as for the wall mounting.
A special flush-type box is available for the wall mounting.
4. Perform the wiring according to the wiring diagram.
Attention: Currently valid VDE standards must be observed,
when connecting the device, in particular DIN VDE
0100/0700 as well as the currently valid regulations
of your local power company and accident preven-
tion regulations.
5. Push the basic housing carefully into the supporting frame (make
sure not to pinch any cables) and tightly fasten the screws.
Note: Parallel triggering of several drives can only be implemented
with isolating relays or cluster controllers.
