SAFETY & WARNING
Read and understand this entire manual before assembling, installing,
operating, or servicing this product. Failure to follow these warnings and
instructions can cause death, personal injury, or damage valuable property.
Adhere to all Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) requirements when using
this product. Use ropes and tie downs to securely hold all cargo in place.
Do not overload the Roof Rack. Never exceed the maximum weight capacity
of 260 lbs.
Before and after each use, check to make sure that all hardware is tightly
secured. Regularly inspect for damage. If fraying or distortion is found,
immediately discontinue use.
Make sure the vehicle’s engine is OFF, with the parking brake set, before
loading or unloading the Roof Rack.
Do not use to hold or restrain human or animal weight in any manner.
Use common sense when working. Stay alert and concentrate when setting
up and using the Roof Rack. Never work while under the influence of alcohol,
drugs or medications.
While assembling and using the Roof Rack, keep the work area clean and
well-lighted. Keep spectators and children out of the work area.

ACCESSORY LIST
OPERATION
1. Open the mounting support covers using the cap lock key.
2. Assemble the front and rear roof racks as shown. Insert the cross bar into the

mounting support and secure it with shoulder bolts.
3. Clean the roof before install the roof rack.
4. Using a flat head screwdriver wrapped with a shop towel, remove the four roof
trim rail covers. Keep the covers and store in glove box.
5. Locate“FL/FR/RL/RR” on the bottom of the mounting support and gasket.
Engage the proper gasket to the bottom of mounting support.
6. Make sure gaskets are flushed to support of roof rack.If necessary, pull the
rubber tab through the hole.
7. Place the front roof rack supports inside the roof rail openings.

8. Secure the front mounting supports with socket head bolts and flat washers.
Torque the socket head bolts to 8lb ·ft.
9. Place the rear roof rack supports inside the roof rail openings.

10. Secure the rear mounting supports with two socket head bolts and two flat
washers. Torque the socket head bolts to 8 lb ·ft.
11. Torque the shoulder bolts underneath the mounting supports to 6 lb ·ft.
12. After installing each roof rack, check that the gasket on the mounting support
is not protruding. If it is, push the gasket into position using a trim tool.
13. Carefully align the ball and socket joint, making sure they are centered, and
apply slight downward force to engage the ball and socket until the cover
snaps into place.
14. Use the cap lock key, and rotate the lock 90°to the locked position.
Note：
Install firstly the plastic housing of the adaptor out cover, and then install the lock
cylinder.

15. After installing the roof rack, rock each rack to make sure it is secure.
