1 PREFACE
1.1 Identification
◼The Victory FMM is Heavy duty Flail mower/mulcher with a hydraulic side shift; best suitable
for mid-sized tractors 25-50 HP.
◼It is a robust, compact PTO-driven Flail mower/mulcher with replaceable flails and counter
blades, collecting tines (rakes), and a hinged rear gate.
◼It cuts at heights 1” to 3”on properties like orchards, vineyards, etc. It mulches branches and
saplings up to 2 inches.
◼The working width is 62-78”depending on the machine version.
1.2 CE Type Plate
The type plate shows the following data:
◼Name of the Manufacturer.
◼Address of the Manufacturer.
◼Machine Model and Type.
◼Manufacturing date.
◼Serial Number.
◼Power.
◼CE Mark.

2 VICTORY TRACTOR IMPLEMENTS WARRANTY
Warranty
Victory Tractor Implements warrants to the original purchaser that this Victory product will be
free from defects in material and workmanship beginning on the date of purchase by the end-user
according to the following schedule when used as intended and under regular service and
conditions for personal use.
Overall Unit: Two years of Parts and Labor.
Flails: Considered wear items.
This Warranty is limited to the replacement of any defective part and the installation by VTI of any
such replacement part and does not cover common wear items. Victory reserves the right to
inspect any equipment or parts claimed to have been defective in material or workmanship.
This Warranty does not apply to any part or product that, in Victory’s judgment shall have been
misused or damaged by an accident or lack of regular maintenance or care or which has been
repaired or altered in a way that adversely affects its performance or reliability, or which has been
used for a purpose for which the product is not designed. Misuse also specifically includes failure
to properly maintain oil levels, grease points, and driveline shafts.
Claims under this Warranty should be made directly to Victory Tractor Implements, and all
warranty adjustments must be made through an authorized Victory dealer. Victory reserves the
right to make changes in materials or design of the product at any time without notice.
This Warranty shall not be interpreted to render Victory liable for damages of any kind, direct,
consequential, or contingent to property. Furthermore, Victory shall not be responsible for
damages resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control. This Warranty does not extend to
loss of crops, any expense or loss for labor, supplies, rental machinery, or for any other reason.
No other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed, or implied, is made with respect to this
sale, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose that
exceed the obligations set forth in this written warranty are hereby disclaimed and excluded
from this sale.
This Warranty is not valid unless registered with Victory within 30 days from the date of purchase
by the end-user.

2.1 Warranty Provisions
Victory Tractor Implements guarantees the proper functioning of the provided equipment.
However, Victory is not responsible for unsafe situations, accidents, or damage, which are the
result of:
◼ ignoring warnings and regulations as stated on the machine or in this Operator's manual;
◼ the use of the device for other applications or under other circumstances than stated in this
documentation;
◼ mutations to the machine; this also includes the application of different replacement parts as
specified;
◼ insufficient or careless maintenance.
2.2 Liability
Victory Tractor Implements can't be held liable for consequential damage (business interruption,
product damage, etc.).

CONGRATULATIONS! You have just purchased the Victory FMM Heavy-duty Flail mower/mulcher,
the strongest, safest, and the most compact PTO-driven in its category.
We have compiled this Operator’s manual to help you understand and appreciate your
mower/mulcher. Taking some time to read this manual and understand the Safety, Operating, and
Maintenance instructions will give you better performance and extend the life of your Heavy
equipment. You must read this manual before assembling and operating the device.
3.1 About This Manual
This Operator’s manual belongs to the owner of the Victory FMM mower/mulcher.
