BEFORE FIRST USE
Before first use, remove any stickers or similar from the appliance except for the
rating label.
Dispose of any plastic bags as they pose a risk of suffocation to young children.
Please read this manual before operating the appliance and keep it in a safe place
for future reference. If this appliance is transferred to a new owner, the manual
should also be provided to the new owner.
IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES AND PRECAUTIONS
If you are currently experiencing any of the following conditions, please seek
professional advice before use:
– Pregnancy or menstruation;
– Skin allergies or irritations;
– Back and neck aches or other vertebral anomalies;
– Hypertension or heart disease;
– Any other conditions that may be of concern.
Do not plug/unplug the power cord or touch the power switch with wet hands in
order to avoid electric shock or equipment malfunctions.
Make sure the power plug is completely inserted into the proper electrical outlet
to avoid electric shock and fire.
If the power goes off during use, please turn the power switch to the OFF position,
and pull the power plug out from the socket to prevent any damage when the
power is restored.
Always unplug the power cord after use or before cleaning.

Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug. Please return the
unit to the Service Center for examination and repairs.
Do not use any attachments that are not recommended by Asia Pacific Brands Ltd.
Do not try to disassemble or repair this appliance. The maintenance and repair
should only be made by an authorised technician.
If you feel abnormal or severe pain during the massage, please stop the massage
immediately.
It is not suggested to use this appliance for more than 30 minutes at one time.
Do not concentrate the massage on one area of the body for more than 15
minutes either.
WARNING!
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or
assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities under
supervision or instruction.
Children should not play with the appliance or perform any cleaning or
user maintenance without supervision.
Do not lean on the dual massage mechanism in the cushion when
adjusting your body position to avoid tears on the product‘s cushion
surface.
Do not jam or force any part of your body against the moving mechanism.
Do not use on wooden surfaces as the zipper may damage the wood.
Only gentle force should be exerted against the unit in order to eliminate
any risk of injury.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Placing the massager
The massager is equipped with a back strap that allows users to fasten it onto
most chairs. Place the massager on a chair, wrap the two ends of the strap around
the back of the chair and secure with Velcro.
2. Power
Insert the power plug into the electric outlet. If the rollers are not at the bottom
position, the indicator light of the [Power] button will flash and the rollers will return
to the bottom position.
Press the [Power] button. The product enters the standby mode, and the [Power]
indicator light turns on. You can then select the massage programme you want.
There is a 15-minute auto shut off for each usage. When the 15-minute time is over

or if you press the [Power] button during operation, the unit will stop functioning,
all the lights on the panel will turn off and the massager rollers will return to the
original position.
MODES
Clockwise/anti-clockwise neck massage
Press this button and the rollers will start a clockwise kneading on the neck. Press
the button again and the rollers will knead in an anticlockwise direction.
Alternate direction neck massage
Press this button and the rollers will start kneading on the neck. The direction will
alternately switch between clockwise and anticlockwise.
Upward / Downward
Press and hold the [Upward]/[Downward] button to move the neck massage rollers
upward or downward to adjust the massage position. Release the button when the
desired position is achieved.
Back kneading & tapping mode selection
Press this button to start the auto programme of back kneading & tapping, which
will switch between the following modes in sequence:
1. kneading + tapping (intermittent tapping+continuous tapping)
— the indicator light will flash slowly.
2. kneading + tapping (continuous tapping)
— the indicator light will flash fast.
3. kneading + tapping (intermittent tapping)
— the indicator light will shine steadily.
Level selection for tapping strength
During the kneading & tapping auto programme, press this button to switch the
tapping strength between three levels (low/medium/high). The indicator light will
flash slowly for low level, flash fast for medium level and shine steadily for high level.
Spot
During the kneading & tapping auto programme, press this button to stop the
massage rollers from moving upward or downward, thus concentrating the
kneading & tapping on the current.
Massage zone selection: Full/Upper/Lower
Three massage zones can be selected: [Full]/[Upper]/[Lower]. The massage rollers
will move up and down and massage in the selected zone.
Heat
When the massage mechanism is functioning, press this button to start the
heat function. L.E.D. lights on the massage rollers will illuminate. Press the button
again to stop the heat function. The L.E.D. lights on the massage rollers will turn off.

Vibration
Press this button to turn on the seat vibration and switch between three intensity
levels (low/medium/high). The indicator light of the selected level will illuminate.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Keep the massager in the box or in a safe, dry and cool place.
Keep the massager away from sharp edges or pointy objects that might
cut or puncture the product’s fabric surface.
To avoid damage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit.
Do not hang up the unit by the controller cord or the power cord.
Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
Avoid immersing the unit in any liquid during cleaning.
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Keep the appliance away from water or any liquid.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture
polish or paint thinner to clean the product.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Massage Chair won’t turn on.
• Use the product when electricity is restored.
• Reconnect the power cord.
• Turn on the power switch.
No light or heat after pressing
the heat switch.
• For your safety, heat cannot be turned on
if massage is not selected.
• Start massage function before using the
heat function.
During operation, the controller
is working but the massage
cushion is not operating.
• The massage may have overheated due
to prolonged use. It will automatically
resume once it has cooked suciently.
We recommend turning o the power and
allowing the Massage Chair to cool down
for 30-50 minutes.
Back massage function cannot
operate.
• Turn on the power switch.
• Reconnect the power cord.
Massage Chair suddenly stops
working.
• Use the product when electricity is restored.
• Reconnect the power cord.

WARRANTY
Warranty is not transferable.
Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs.
Damage due to misuse, improper treatment and unauthorised modification
and repair are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty does not cover accessories and attachments which do not belong
to the massage unit.
Warranty does not apply for rental, business, commercial, institutional or
other non residential uses.
All services covered by this warranty must be approved by Asia Pacific
Brands Ltd and repaired by authorised technicians only.
If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, Asia Pacific
Brands Ltd reserves the right to make a substitution in lieu of repair or
replacement.
