IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE
CAUTION
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT
IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY LIQUIDS
1. DO NOT TOUCH HOT SURFACES. Use handles or knobs.
2. Do not leave the appliance unattended while in operation.
3. Close supervision is necessary when used around children.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by anyone with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, nor by
children.
5. Never place flammable objects or clothing on top of the
heater.
6. Never use the heater in a room with explosive gas such as
butane, or while using any kinds of flammable glues, sprays or
solvents.
7. Safely unplug the appliance when not in use or before
cleaning. Do not pull the plug out by the cord.
8. The heater must not be directly located below an outlet
socket.
9. When in use, allow a 20 inch safe area around the top and
side of the heater, and a 50 inch safe area around the front.
10. Do not use in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower,
swimming pool, or any wet environment.

V. PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY
Vie Air warrants its products to the original purchaser, that are purchased in the
USA, for a period of 30 days. Vie air guarantees that this item shall be free from
defects in workmanship and materials in their original state and condition, or once
reconditioned by Vie Air. Vie Air does not warrant any products that are purchased
from an unauthorized dealer.
This warranty is not applicable to any of the following: any items damaged during
shipment, any items damaged while in possession of any party other than Vie Air, or
any items damaged in use.
In order to have a product services, it must be sent back to Vie Air at the shipper’s
expense. No COD shipments will be accepted and the cost of shipping is not
reimbursed by Vie Air.
Please not that any unit that is sent back to Vie Air must first be authorized for return.
In order to receive a mandatory Return Authorization Number, you may contact Vie
Air by phone at 1-323-306-3886 or by email at warranty@vieair.com .
In order to ensure accurate processing of any defective units, please ensure that you
include the following information with any return:
Your full name, the return address where your items shouldbe sent once refurbished,
the best contact number and email address, a detailed account of the defect for
which servicing of the unit is being requested, a copy of the original bill of sale,
invoice or sales receipt, a list of any other components which were used with the unit
being sent back and a description of how they were used, and a check or money
order for $24.99 USD made out to Vie Air, which will be applied to the shipping and
handling costs of returning the refurbished unit to the shipper.
All items, once approved to be returned, will need to be shipped to :

IV. DISPOSING OF YOUR CERAMIC HEATER
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as
unsorted municipal waste. Use separate
collection facilities.
Contact your local government for information
regarding the collection systems available in
your area.
If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps,
hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and
get into the food chain which will damage your health
and well-being. When replacing old appliances with new
ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your old
appliance for disposals free of charge.

11. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord, plug or
after the appliance has been damaged in any manner. If any
part of the appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order
to avoid hazard.
12. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
manufacturer may cause injuries.
13. Do not use outdoor.
14. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of any furniture and do
not let it touch any hot surfaces.

I. OPERATING YOUR CERAMIC HEATER
**Before operating your heater, ensure that there is a safe
area between the heater and any other objects (furnitures,
curtains.etc.) Leave at least 50cm (20in) of empty space
around the top and sides, and 120cm (50in) around the
front.
To switch on your heater :
1. Turn the right hand-side knob clockwise to the desired
heat setting ( fan, I or II).
This knob allows you to adjust the power of the heat.
“Fan” : Cool air
“I” : Low heat at 750W
“II” : High heat at 1500W
2. Turn the left hand-side knob clockwise to adjust the
thermostat.
To switch off your heater :
1. Turn the right hand-side knob counter-clockwise to “0”.

III. CLEANING YOUR CERMAMIC HEATER
The VA-708B has a built-in safety device which will
automatically switch the heater off in case of overheating.
To reset the appliance:
1. Turn the heater off .
2. Carefully unplug the heater and wait 5-10 minutes for
the unit to cool down.
3. After the unit has cooled down, plug it back in and
follow the operating instructions.
• Ensure that the unit is turned off and unplugged
before cleaning.
• Ensure that the heater has completely cooled down
before cleaning.
• Clean the body of the heater with a damp cloth. DO
NOT ALLOW WATER INTO THE APPLIANCE
• Clean the air inlets and outlets regularly with a vacu-
um cleaner to avoid overheating.
• DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY LIQUID.
• Do not use soap or chemicals which may damage the
housing of the heater.
• Allow sufficient drying time before operating again.
• We recommended re-packing your unit in its original
packaging , and storing in a cool dry place when not
in use.
