Digital Test Pressure Gauge
Data Logger MGA644

INTRODUCTION
The MGA 644 combines the high accuracy of digital electronics with the convenience
and ease of use of an analog test gauge. With accuracy of ± 0.075 % FS, the MGA
644 can be used as a calibration reference, or in applications where high accuracy
pressure measurement is required.
Many user congurable functions have been designed into the MGA 644 including
ZERO and MIN/MAX. Once the gauge is congured, settings can be locked and
password protected to prevent unauthorized changes to the conguration.
DISPLAY AND CONTROLS
Using this key you can toggle
through the different pressure

scales (Kg/cm , BAR, PSI, KPa,
In H g, In W c, mm H g, mm W c,
Pascal).The availability of scales
depends on the maximum range.
Turns the gauge 'ON'
or switches it 'OFF'.

OPERATION OF SWITCH TEST FUNCTION
Connect the switch using connector supplied. Use white wires, one wire to COM and
other as required NO or NC apply pressure when switch state changes results are
automatically displayed.
SWITCH TEST
For switch set-up and fault nding the display
shows the output pressure and switch state
OPEN or CLOSED. Verify pressure switch
performance using automatic procedure. The
gauge displays switch points and hysteresis.
LEAK TEST
Leak test will check for pressure leaks prior to
calibration or during routine maintenance.
Pressure stabilization time is 60 seconds
(FIXED).Test time is 60 seconds (FIXED). Apply
pressure and wait. MGA 644 will report the START
and STOP pressure and change in pressure
during 60 seconds.

Severe injuries can occur through improper use of pressure instruments. Do not exceed recommend
pressure limits of tubing and ttings. Never disconnect pressure instrument without rst relieving the
system pressure. Never insert any object into the pressure connection. The sensor diaphragm is
very thin and will be damaged or destroyed by solid or sharp objects.
