NECESSARY TOOLS
-A drill with Ø5 drill bit
-A riveting machine
-One 10 H-head nozzle
1DISCONNECT THE VFTM FREQUENCY CONVERTER
-Open the frequency converter
-Disconnect the power cable
-Disconnect the cable connected to the motor
-Disconnect the hose from the pressure tap.

GENERAL INFORMATION
When the originally ttedVFTM PR frequency converter is no
longer functional, it must be replaced by the KIT supplied. This
document describes the operations to be carried out.
Before carrying out any work, disconnect the general
power supply to the box.

2REMOVE THE VFTM + SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
-Remove the rivets that secure the hinges

3REMOVE THE LOCK
-Remove the rivets that secure the lock

4FIX THE LOCK IN ITS NEW POSITION
-Place the template on the 2 existing holes by positioning the
«square 10x10» mark on the left.
-Drill the 2 holes in Ø4

-Secure the lock in this new position using the rivets or screws
provided.
New position
Refer to manual NT00000627-HUCF-ECO-PR supplied with the kit to set the desired pressure set point.
5FIXING THE NEW SET
-Attach the hinges to the suction side with the rivets preferably or
the screws provided.
6REWIRE
-Connect the pressure pipe to socket (-) of theVCHV-A.
-You can also replace the existing pipe with the new supplied.
Connect it also on the side of the box.

-Rewire themotor cablein theVFIK in accordancewith the following
instructions :

-Rewire the power cable in the VFIK
