1. Pour 1.1L (1100 mL) of cold brew coffee into the
Mini Keg (A).
MAX FILL
IMPORTANT:
While the Mini Keg (A) has a capacity of 2 liters,
never exceed 1.2 liters of fluid in the Mini Keg (A),
otherwise the nitro will not be able to blend with
the cold brew properly and the Mini Keg (A) will
not pressurize properly.
NOTE:
For best results, use the Vinci Express Cold Brew
Maker and Vinci Cold Brew Coffee. To learn more
visit www.vinciwarehousewares.com and look for
the Vinci Express Cold Brew Maker that makes
cold brew in as little as 5 minutes and the Vinci
Express Cold Brew Coffee that is specically
formulated and perfectly portioned to make the
best cold brew coffee with the Vinci Express Cold
Brew system.
2. After the Mini Keg (A) has been properly lled,
insert the assembled spear system and turn it
clockwise to tighten.
IMPORTANT:
Do NOT put any parts in
the dishwasher.
How to Use:
3. Place an 2g non-threaded Nitrogen (N2)
cartridge or a 8g non-threaded Nitrous Oxide
(N2O) into the Cartridge Holder (C) with the
nipple end of the cartridge at the open end of the
Cartridge Holder (C). Screw the loaded Cartridge
Holder (C) onto the gas connection on the Spear
(B). Turn clockwise until the gas cartridge is
pierced. You should hear a “whistle” sound as the
gas lls the Mini Keg (A).
NOTE:
We recommend using 8g non-threaded Nitrogen
(N2O) cartridge for a rich and creamy beverage.
7. Place the Stout Handle (E) over the Stout
Faucet (F) and screw the Stout Handle Cap (D)
onto the faucet threads, as shown above, securing
the Stout Handle (E) to the Stout Faucet (F). This
will complete the spear system for the Nitro
Cold Brew.
5. When you correctly position the Stout Faucet (F),
push both the Spear (B) and the Stout Faucet (F)
together and rotate the ring on the Spear with
Pressure Relief Valve (B) clockwise to tighten. Use
the Faucet Wrench (H) to help continue to tighten.
8. After the Nitro Cold Brew spear system has
been assembled, remove the spear system
assembly by turning it counterclockwise. After
the spear system has been removed, proceed
to “How to use the Nitro Cold Brew” section on
page 6.
6. If the locking nut is found on the threaded
end of the Spout Faucet (F), it must be removed.
Remove the locking nut from the unit by turning it
counterclockwise.
