NOTE: Please notify Vis-A-Vis at the time of order that the 94W15 will be used connected to a
94A-07 system so that it can be internally congured correctly!
System Setup
The setup information below provides instructions for connecting the Vitalinq 94W-15 console to the
Vitalinq 94A-07 Cath Lab Communication System console.
1. Plug one end of the RJ9 to RJ9 cable into the jack labeled SILVER on the 94A-07 console and
the other end into the jack labeled SILVER on the 94W-15 console.
2. If you corded headset is equippeed with an “in-line” mute switch between the headset and the
headset coil cord, it should be removed to allow use of a foot swtich. The foot switch will have
been supplied with your 94W if Vis-A-Vis was notied you intended to use it with the 94A.
3. Plug the foot switch into the foot switch jack on 94A-07 console on the SAME side that the
headset is plugged into. For instance, if using the LEFT HEADSET JACK on the front of the 94A-

Optional Congurations and Notes
The “SILVER” jack on the Vitalinq 94W can be used in the following ways:
1. To add an additional wireless headset to the system making it possible for 9 wireless headsets to
have two-way commmunicaiton with each other.
2. To connect to the “SILVER” jack on a Vitalinq 94A-07 console. In this conguration, the 94W
would also have two-way communication with any headsets plugged into the “HEADSET” jacks
on the front of the 94A console.
3. To connect a corded headset. This headset would have two-way communication with all existing
headsets connected to the 94W. This conguration requires custom manufacturer settings.
4. To connect two 94W consoles together. This would allow two-way communication between up
to 16 wireless headsets. This conguration requires custom manufacturer settings to make one
console a “SLAVE” console.
Each base station has a power supply. The Vitlainq 94W console and up to 8 base station power
supplies plug into a provided 9 outlet 110 Volt AC power strip. If using a 9 headset conguration, the
console can be plugged into a wall outlet.
Data cables are provided to connect each base station to the Vitalinq 94W console.
Please contact Vis-A-Vis for additional information regarding any non-standard conguration or to
