General information
Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual accompanies this facial cleanser and
contains important information on setup and handling.
Before using the facial cleanser, read the user manual
carefully. This particularly applies to the safety notes. Failure to do
so may result in personal injury or damage to the facial cleanser.
Store the user manual for further use. Make sure to include this
user manual when passing the facial cleanser on to third parties.

The following symbols and signal words are used in this user
manual, on the facial cleanser, or on the packaging.

Proper use
The facial cleanser is exclusively designed for the cleaning, mas-
saging, and exfoliating of facial skin, elbows, and feet. It is only in-
tended for private use and not suitable for commercial purposes.
Only use the facial cleanser as described in this user manual.
Any other use is considered improper and may result in damage
to property.
The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held liable for dama-
ges incurred through improper or incorrect use.

Risk of suffocation!
Do not allow children to play with the
packaging wrapper. They may get caught
in it when playing and suffocate.

− Do not open the housing; instead, have
a qualified professional perform repairs.
Contact a qualified workshop for this.Liabi-
lity and warranty claims are waived in the
event of repairs performed by the user, im-

− Only parts that comply with the original
device data may be used for repairs. This
device contains electrical and mechanical
parts which are essential for providing
protection against sources of danger.
− Never insert any objects into the housing.
− Keep the facial cleanser from falling.

There is a high health hazard if children or
animals swallow the batteries. If you suspect
a battery has been swallowed, immediately
seek medical advice.
− Store the batteries so they are not acces-
sible to children.

Improper handling of batteries increases the
risk of explosion.
− Store the batteries in a cool, dry place.
Never expose the batteries to excessive
heat (e.g., direct sunlight) and never
dispose of them in a fire.
− Only use batteries of the same type.
− Ensure the correct polarity when inser-
ting the batteries. This is shown in the
battery compartment. Incorrect installa-
tion may damage the facial cleanser.

− Always use batteries of premium quality.
Batteries of poor quality may leak and cau-
se damage. Before inserting the batteries,
make sure the contacts inside the battery
compartment and on the battery itself are
clean and intact. Clean them if necessary.
− Always replace all batteries in a battery
compartment at the same time.
− Remove the batteries from the facial
cleanser if they are dead. Also remove
the batteries if you do not intend on
using the facial cleanser for a prolonged
period of time. Otherwise, the batteries
may leak and cause damage.
− Batteries should only be installed or
replaced by an adult.
− Remove the batteries before disposing
of the facial cleanser.

1. Check to make sure that all components and accessories
have been received (see page 6).

2. Take the facial cleanser 1out of the packaging and
check whether it or any of the individual parts are broken
or damaged. If this is the case, do not use the facial cle-
anser. Contact the manufacturer via the service address
indicated on the warranty card.
Inserting and replacing the batteries
1. Open the battery cap 7by using one hand to hold the
facial cleanser 1downward and the other hand to
gently and slowly pull the battery cap away from the facial
cleanser (see Fig. A).
2. Pull off the battery cap.
3. Insert the 4 AA batteries 8. Pay attention to the correct
battery polarity (+ or -).
4. Replace the battery cap.

Using the cleansing brush
The cleansing brush are made of very soft bristles, specially de-
signed for sensitive skin. For best results, use on clean, dry skin.
1. Snap the cleansing brush 3onto the head of the facial
cleanser 1.
2. Apply your favourite cleanser to the brush.
3. Press the ON/OFF switch 6to the “ON” position, then
gently move the cleansing brush across your face, using
small, circular motions.
4. Press the ON/OFF switch to the “OFF” position, to turn off
the facial cleanser.

Using the body brush
The body brush exfoliates and cleans skin of the body. The
body brush is not suitable for the delicate skin of the face.
1. Snap the body brush 5onto the head of the facial
cleanser 1.
2. Apply your favourite cleanser to the brush.
3. Press the ON/OFF switch 6to the “ON” position, then
gently move the body brush wherever needed, using
small, circular motions.
4. Press the ON/OFF switch to the “OFF” position, to turn off
the facial cleanser.
Using the facial sponge
The facial sponge gently massages your skin to boost skin acti-
vity. It rejuvenates skin elasticity and greatly increases absorp-
tion of moisturizer. The facial sponge is used to prevent and
erase fine lines and dark spots.
1. Snap the facial sponge 4onto the head of the facial
cleanser 1.
2. After exfoliating and cleansing, dip the facial sponge in
your favorite moisturizer.
3. Press the ON/OFF switch 6, then gently move the facial
sponge across your face in a circular motion.
4. Press the ON/OFF switch to turn off the facial cleanser.

Using the pumice stone
The pumice stone removes rough skin from your elbows and
the bottom of your feet.
1. Soak your feet and/or elbows in warm water for 5-10minutes.
2. Wipe your feet and/or elbows dry.
3. Snap the pumice stone 2onto the head of the facial
cleanser 1.
4. Press the ON/OFF switch 6, then apply the pumice
stone to your feet (or elbows) in a circular motion.
5. Press the ON/OFF switch to turn off the facial cleanser.

Risk of short circuit!
Water that has penetrated the housing may
cause a short circuit.
− Make sure that no water penetrates the
housing.
− Never immerse the facial cleanser in water.

Risk of damage!
If you do not clean the facial cleanser properly,
you could damage it.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners,
sharp or metal cleaning utensils such as
knives, scrapers, etc. They could dama-
ge the plastic components.
1. Rinse the applicators (cleansing brush 3, facial
sponge 4, or pumice stone 2, body brush 5) with
warm water after each use.
2. Use a damp cloth to wipe off the facial cleanser 1unit.
3. Let the parts air dry.
Maintenance
If the brush filaments have become deformed,
you can restore them to their original shape by
rinsing the brush in warm water.
− Replace the cleansing brushes every 2 to 3 months
for good cleaning and exfoliating results.
− Replace the cleansing brushes if deformed filaments
can no longer be restored to their original shape.
Worn filaments will move impurities around on the
skin’s surface rather than remove them. They could
also irritate your skin.

Storage
CAUTION!
Risk of acid burns and damage!
If you store the facial cleanser for a prolonged
period of time and the batteries are left in,
they could leak and cause permanent dama-
ge. The battery acid (electrolyte) is corrosive
and contact with it can burn skin.
− If you do not plan on using the facial
cleanser for a prolonged period of time,
store the batteries separately. Store the
batteries so that they are not accessible
to children.
− If the batteries are leaking, remove
them immediately to prevent damaging
the facial cleanser. Do not remove the
batteries with your bare hands or allow
the battery acid to come into contact
with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.
Wear normal household rubber gloves
to do so. If, however, your skin has come
into contact with the battery fluid, wash
your hands immediately and consult a
physician if necessary.

− Wipe up any leaked battery acid with a
damp cloth and dispose of it with your
household waste.
1. Clean the facial cleanser 1(see chapter “Cleaning”).
2. Take the inserted batteries 8out of the battery com-
partment and store them properly.
3. Put the facial cleanser and accessories in the storage box
until you are ready to use it again.

Disposing of the packaging
Sort the packaging before you dispose of it. Dispose of the
cardboard with the recycled paper service and plastic with
the appropriate collection service
Disposing of old appliances
Old appliances may not be disposed of in the household
garbage!
Should the facial cleanser no longer be capable of being used
at some point in time, dispose of it in accordance with the
regulations in force in your state or country.
Please ensure your recycling information does apply to the
local regulations and EPA recommendations (www.epa.gov).
Batteries and rechargeable batteries may not be
disposed of with household waste!
As the end user you are required by law to bring all batteries
and rechargeable batteries, regardless whether they contain
harmful substances* or not, to a collection point run by the
local authority or to a retailer, so that they can be disposed of
in an environmentally friendly manner.
