MANUAL CALIBRATIONS
STEP 1 ENTER ENGINEERING MODE
• With the SAFETY KEY in place, hold the
“ELEVATION UP”
and
“SPEED
DOWN”
buttons for 5 seconds. The profile window will read ““DDGGAA33JJ””and
the function window will read ““NNOONNEE””.
• You are now in ENGINEERING MODE.
STEP 2 CHECKING CONFIGURATION
• Press the
“ELEVATION UP”
button until ““EENNGG11””appears in the function
window. Press
“SELECT”
. The function window will read ““224400CC””or ““IICC0000””.
““55..66””or ““55..99””will appear in the elevation window and ““1100””will appear in
the speed window.
• To change configurations, press the
“SPEED UP”
or
“SPEED DOWN”
button.
• Press the
“SELECT”
button to update data.
STEP 3 SET MINIMUM SPEED
• Press the
“ELEVATION DOWN”
button until the function window reads
““PP00””. ““00””will appear in the elevation window and ““2299””should appear in
the speed window. To adjust, press
“START”
.
• Press the
“SPEED UP”
or
“SPEED DOWN”
button until the elevation
window reads ““2266--3333””. The running belt should be moving at .5 MPH.
• Press the
“SELECT”
button to update the data.
STEP 4 SET MAXIMUM SPEED
• Press the
“ELEVATION UP”
button until the function window reads ““PP11””.
““00””will appear in the elevation window and ““332255””should appear in the
speed window. To adjust, press
“START”
.
• Press the
“SPEED UP”
or
“SPEED DOWN”
button until the elevation
window reads ““332200--333300””. The running belt should be moving at 12 MPH.
• Press the
“SELECT”
button to update the data.
STEP 5 SET THE HALF MAXIMUM SPEED
• Press the
“ELEVATION UP”
button until the function window reads ““PP22””.
““00””will appear in the elevation window and ““116699””should appear in the
speed window. To adjust, press
“START”
.
• Press the
“SPEED UP”
or
“SPEED DOWN”
buttons until the console reads
““116633--117755””. The running belt should be moving at 6 MPH.
• Press the
“SELECT”
button to update the data.
