BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßER GEBRAUCH
• Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich zum
Trocknen und Stylen menschlichen
Haupthaares bestimmt. Es ist nicht für
synthetische Perücken geeignet.
• Das Gerät ist für den privaten Gebrauch,
nicht für eine gewerbliche Nutzung
bestimmt.
• Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen
Zweck und nur wie in der Gebrauchs-
anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestim-
mungswidrig. Falsche Bedienung und
unsachgemäße Behandlung können zu
Störungen am Gerät und zu Verletzun-
gen des Benutzers führen.
• Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen
sind alle Mängel, die durch unsach-
gemäße Behandlung, Beschädigung
oder Reparaturversuche entstehen. Dies
gilt auch für den normalen Verschleiß.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
WARNUNG: Alle Sicherheitshinweise, Anweisungen,
Bebilderungen und technischen Daten, mit denen dieses
Gerät versehen ist, beachten. Versäumnisse bei der Einhal-
tung der Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen können elekt-
rischen Schlag, Brand und/oder Verletzungen verursachen.
■Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8Jahren sowie von Personen
mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkei-
ten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und / oder Wissen benutzt werden,
wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des
Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefah-
ren verstanden haben.
■Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
■Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder
durchgeführt werden, essei denn, sie werden beaufsichtigt.
■Kinder jünger als 8Jahre und Tiere sind vom Gerät und der
Anschlussleitung fernzuhalten.
WARNUNG: Dieses Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Badewannen,
Duschwannen oder anderen Gefäßen benutzen, die Wasser
enthalten. Niemals beim Baden oder Duschen verwenden!
■Wenn das Gerät in einem Badezimmer verwendet wird, ist nach
Gebrauch der Stecker zu ziehen, da die Nähe von Wasser eine
Gefahr darstellt, auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist. Als zusätzli-
cher Schutz wird die Installation einer Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung
(RCD – Residual Current protective Device [FI-Schalter]) mit einem
Bemessungsauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30mA im Badezimmer-

Stromkreis empfohlen. Gegebenenfalls eine/n Installateur/in um Rat
fragen.
■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Auch die Anschlusslei-
tung nicht selbst austauschen. Wenn das Gerät oder die Anschluss-
leitung des Gerätes beschädigt sind, müssen diese durch den
Hersteller, Kundenservice oder eine Fachwerkstatt ersetzt werden,
um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht, vor dem Anbringen und
Abnehmen der Aufsätze und Reinigen stets vom Netz zu trennen.
GEFAHR – Stromschlaggefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räumen
verwenden und lagern. Das Gerät nicht
in Räumen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit
betreiben.
■Das Gerät oder die Anschlussleitung
niemals mit feuchten Händen berühren,
wenn das Gerät an das Stromnetz ange-
schlossen ist.
■Das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten eintauchen! Sicherstellen,
dass das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
nicht ins Wasser fallen oder nass werden
können.
■Sollte das Gerät nass werden oder
ins Wasser fallen während es an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen ist, sofort den
Netzstecker ziehen. Erst danach das
Gerät aus dem Wasser holen. Niemals
versuchen, das Gerät aus dem Wasser
zu ziehen, während es an das Stromnetz
angeschlossen ist!
■Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn es
eine Fehlfunktion hatte oder ins Wasser
gefallen ist, um Gefährdungen zu ver-
meiden. Vor erneuter Inbetriebnahme in
einer Fachwerkstatt überprüfen lassen.
WARNUNG – Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät nicht zusammen mit anderen
Verbrauchern (mit hoher Wattleistung)
an eine Mehrfachsteckdose anschließen,
um eine Überlastung und ggf. einen
Kurzschluss (Brand) zu vermeiden.
■Brennbare Materialien, z. B. Pappe,
Kunststoff oder Papier, vom Gerät fern-
halten und das Gerät während und nach
dem Betrieb nie auf brennbaren Gegen-
ständen oder Untergründen ablegen.
■Das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht
abdecken oder die Lufteinlassöffnungen
umgreifen, um einen Gerätebrand zu
vermeiden. Nichts in die Öffnungen des
Gerätes stecken und darauf achten, dass
diese nicht verstopft sind.
■Das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen,
während es eingeschaltet ist.
WARNUNG –
Verletzungsgefahr
■Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern
und Tieren fernhalten. Es besteht
Erstickungsgefahr!
■Das Gerät und die Aufsätze werden bei
Gebrauch heiß! Vorsicht im Umgang mit
dem Gerät und den heißen Aufsätzen.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlussleitung
keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.
■Sicherstellen, dass die Anschlussleitung
stets außer Reichweite von Kleinkindern
und Tieren ist. Es besteht Strangulations-
gefahr.

■Das Gerät und die Aufsätze vor jeder
Inbetriebnahme auf Beschädigungen
oder Abnutzung überprüfen. Es darf nur
benutzt werden, wenn es unbeschädigt
ist und keine Abnutzungserscheinungen
aufweist.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material- und
Sachschäden
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig
installierte Steckdose anschließen. Die
Steckdose muss gut zugänglich sein, da-
mit die Netzverbindung schnell getrennt
werden kann. Die Netzspannung muss
mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild
des Gerätes übereinstimmen.
■Das Gerät muss ausgeschaltet sein, wenn
der Netzstecker gezogen oder in die
Steckdose gesteckt wird.
■Darauf achten, dass die Anschlussleitung
nicht gequetscht, geknickt oder über
scharfe Kanten gelegt wird und nicht mit
heißen Flächen in Berührung kommt.
■Das Gerät ausschalten und vom Strom-
netz trennen, wenn während des
Betriebes ein Fehler auftritt oder vor
einem Gewitter.
■Wenn der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
gezogen wird, immer am Netzstecker
und nie am Netzkabel ziehen.
■Das Gerät nicht an der Anschlussleitung
ziehen oder tragen. Die Anschlussleitung
nicht um das Gerät wickeln, um Kabel-
bruch zu vermeiden.
■Niemals schwere Gegenstände auf das
Gerät, die Anschlussleitung oder die
Aufsätze legen.
■Das Gerät und die Aufsätze schützen vor:
Feuer und anderen Wärmequellen, lang
anhaltender Feuchtigkeit, Nässe, lang
anhaltender direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
und Stößen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile des Herstellers
verwenden, um die Funktionsweise des
Gerätes nicht zu beeinträchtigen und
eventuelle Schäden zu vermeiden.
AUFSÄTZE ANBRINGEN/
ABNEHMEN
Beachten!
■Das Gerät und die Aufsätze werden bei
Gebrauch heiß. Vor dem Anbringen/
Abnehmen der Aufsätze das Gerät aus-
schalten und abkühlen lassen.
• Anbringen:Den Aufsatz(1–6) mit der
runden Öffnung in die Aufnahme(8)
der Haupteinheit(7) stecken und im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis er einrastet
(BildC).
• Abnehmen: Den Aufsatz gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn drehen und anschließend
von der Haupteinheit abnehmen.
BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Das Gerät nicht auf nassen Haaren ver-
wenden, um die Haare und das Gerät zu
schonen. Die Haare sollten mindestens
handtuchtrocken sein. Vor der Benut-
zung von Lockendreher, Rundbürste
oder Kammaufsatz empfehlen wir, die
Haare ggf. kurz zu föhnen.
■Das Gerät vom Gesicht, insbesondere
von den Augen, fernhalten. Darauf ach-
ten, dass der Aufsatz nicht die Kopfhaut
berührt! Einen Abstand von 3 – 5 cm
einhalten.
■Haare vom Lufteinlass fernhalten.
■Das Gerät nicht zu lange auf einer Stelle
benutzen, dies kann zu Haarschäden
führen! Wir empfehlen, ein Hitzeschutz-
spray zu verwenden.
■Stylingprodukte wie Haarspray oder Gel
erst nach der Benutzung des Gerätes
auf das abgekühlte Haar auftragen.
1. Den gewünschten Aufsatz am Gerät
anbringen (siehe Kapitel „Aufsätze
anbringen / abnehmen“ und Abschnitt
„Tipps zur Benutzung der Aufsätze“).

2. Die Anschlussleitung vollständig ausei-
nanderwickeln und den Netzstecker an
eine Steckdose anschließen.
3. Um das Gerät einzuschalten, den Schalter
(9) auf Ein-Position schieben (BildB,
Positiona).
Luft strömt aus und die LED(11) der
ausgewählten Temperaturstufe leuchtet.
4. Ggf. die Temperaturstufe anpassen.
Dazu die Taste  (10) kurz drücken, bis
die entsprechende LED  (11) leuchtet:
crot: heiße Luft
dorange: warme Luft
eblau: kalte Luft
5. Die Haare mit dem Gerät stylen. Tipps
zur Benutzung der Aufsätze stehen im
nachfolgenden Abschnitt.
6. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, den Schal-
ter auf Aus-Position schieben (BildB,
Positionb).
7. Nach der Verwendung das Gerät vom
Stromnetz trennen und abkühlen lassen.
Tipps zur Benutzung der Aufsätze
1. Vor dem Styling die Haare gut durch-
kämmen, um eventuelle Knoten zu
entfernen.
2. Zum Kreieren von Locken, Wellen und
Volumen oder auch zum Glätten das
Haar in Partien unterteilen und dann
möglichst dünne Strähnen nach und
nach einzeln behandeln.
L Je dicker oder länger die Haare sind,
desto länger müssen sie bearbeitet
werden, bis das gewünschte Ergeb-
nis erzielt wird.
3. Die einzelnen Strähnen nach dem
Formen mit Kaltluft fixieren.
4. Nach dem Gebrauch des Gerätes das
Haar abkühlen lassen und erst dann mit
Stylingprodukten fertig frisieren.
• Haartrockneraufsatz(1):
Mit diesem Aufsatz werden die Haare
wie bei einem herkömmlichen Föhn ge-
trocknet. Die Öffnung des Aufsatzes mit
etwas Abstand auf die Haare richten.
• Diffusor(4) zum schonenden Trocknen
von gelocktem Haar:
Die Spitzen einer Haarpartie auf den
Diffusor legen und diesen in Richtung
des Haaransatzes führen. Einige Sekun-
den in der Position halten.
• Rundbürste(2):
Für Glätte und Volumen: Eine Haarsträh-
ne am Ansatz über die Rundbürste le-
gen. Diese dann langsam zu den Spitzen
ziehen und dabei etwas eindrehen.
Für Wellen: Die Rundbürste an den
Spitzen ansetzen und die Haarsträhne
eindrehen. Kurz warten und dann mit
Kaltluft fixieren.
• Kammaufsatz(3) zum Glätten der
Haare:
Mit dem Kammaufsatz langsam vom
Haaransatz bis zu den Spitzen fahren.
• Lockendreher zum Definieren von
Locken. Je nach gewünschter Drehrich-
tung der Locken kann zwischen dem
linksdrehenden(5) oder dem rechts-
drehenden(6) Lockendreher gewählt
werden.
Den Aufsatz an den Haarspitzen anset-
zen und langsam zum Kopf bewegen.
Durch den Luftstrom wird die Haar-
stähne angesaugt und um den Aufsatz
gewickelt. Kurz in Position halten, mit
Kaltluft fixieren und herausziehen.

REINIGUNG
Beachten!
■Zum Reinigen keine scharfen oder
scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder
Reinigungspads verwenden. Diese
können die Oberflächen beschädigen.
1. Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät vom
Stromnetz getrennt und vollständig
abgekühlt ist.
2. Den Aufsatz(1–6) von der Haupt-
einheit(7) abnehmen (siehe Kapitel
„Aufsätze anbringen/ abnehmen)
3. Alle Teile von Haaren befreien.
4. Die Haupteinheit(7) und den Aufsatz
mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch
abwischen. Mit einem weichen Tuch
nachtrocknen.
5. Den Lufteinlass(12) von Staub und
Haaren befreien. Bei Bedarf die Selbst-
reinigungsfunktion durchführen (s.u.).
Selbstreinigung des Lufteinlasses
1. Das Gitter am Lufteinlass(12) ein Stück
drehen und von der Haupteinheit ab-
nehmen.
2. Den Schalter (9) auf Ein-Position
schieben und ca. 3Sekunden warten.
Danach den Schalter wieder auf
Aus-Position schieben.
3. Den Netzstecker an eine Steckdose
anschließen und innerhalb von 6Sekun-
den die Taste (10) für 5Sekunden
drücken und halten.
Luft strömt für ca. 15Sekunden aus
dem Lufteinlass. Danach schaltet sich
das Gerät aus.
4. Das Gerät vom Stromnetz trennen.
5. Ggf. den Filter am Lufteinlass und das
Gitter von Staub befreien.
6. Das Gitter auf die Haupteinheit stecken
und festdrehen.
AUFBEWAHRUNG
• Sicherstellen, dass das Gerät vom
Stromnetz getrennt und vollständig
abgekühlt ist.
• Für Kinder und Tiere unzugänglich an
einem trockenen, frostfreien und vor
lang anhaltender Sonneneinstrahlung
geschützten Ort aufbewahren.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß funk-
tionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Problem selbst
behoben werden kann. Lässt sich mit den
nachfolgenden Schritten das Problem nicht
lösen, den Kundenservice kontaktieren.
Nicht versuchen, ein elektrisches
Gerät selbst zu reparieren!
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht.
Der Netzstecker steckt nicht richtig in der
Steckdose.
►Den Sitz des Netzsteckers korrigieren.
Die Steckdose ist defekt.
►Eine andere Steckdose ausprobieren.
Es strömt nur kalte Luft aus dem
Gerät.
Der Überhitzungsschutz wurde aktiviert.
►Das Gerät ausschalten und einige
Minuten abkühlen lassen, bevor es
erneut eingeschaltet wird.
►Sicherstellen, dass die Öffnungen nicht
verstopft sind. Ggf. reinigen (siehe
Kapitel „Reinigung“).
Die kalte Temperaturstufe wurde ausgewählt.
►Die Taste (10) kurz drücken, um eine
andere Temperaturstufe auszuwählen.
Während des Gebrauchs lässt sich ein
unangenehmer Geruch feststellen.
Das Gerät wird zum ersten Mal verwendet.
►Eine Geruchsentwicklung tritt bei der
ersten Benutzung neuer Geräte häufig

auf. Der Geruch sollte verschwinden,
nachdem das Gerät mehrmals benutzt
wurde.
Das Gerät ist verschmutzt. Haare und/oder
Staub werden darin erhitzt.
►Das Gerät reinigen (siehe Kapitel
„Reinigung“).
Während des Gebrauchs lässt sich
eine Dampfentwicklung feststellen.
Das Gerät wird auf feuchtem/handtuch-
trockenem Haar verwendet.
►Hierbei handelt es sich um verdamp-
fende Feuchtigkeit aus den Haaren.
ENTSORGUNG

INTENDED USE
• This device is intended to be used exclu-
sively for drying and styling human head
hair. It is not suitable for synthetic wigs.
• The device is for personal use only
and is not intended for commercial
applications.
• Use the device only for the specified pur-
pose and as described in the operating
instructions. Any other use is deemed
to be improper. Incorrect operation and
incorrect handling may cause faults with
the device and cause injury to the user.
• The warranty does not cover faults
caused by incorrect handling, damage
or attempted repairs. The same applies
to normal wear and tear.

■This device may be used by children aged 8 and over and by
people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or a lack
of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised or have
received instruction on how to use the device safely and have
understood the dangers resulting from this.

■Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by

WARNING: Do not use this device near a bathtub, shower

■The device must always be disconnected from the mains power
when it is left unattended, before attaching and removing the
attachments and cleaning.
DANGER – Danger
of Electric Shock
■Use and store the device only in closed
rooms. Do not operate the device in
rooms with high humidity.
■Never touch the device or the connecting
cable with wet hands when the device is
connected to the mains power.
■Never immerse the device in water or
other liquids! Ensure that the device and
the connecting cable cannot fall into
water or become wet.
■If the device gets wet or falls into water
while it is connected to the mains power,
pull out the mains plug immediately.
Only after this should you pull the
device out of the water. Never attempt
to pull the device out of the water while
it is still connected to the mains power!
■Do not use the device if it has malfunc-
tioned or been dropped in water in
order to avoid any hazards. Have it
checked in a specialist workshop before
using it again.
WARNING – Danger of Fire
■Do not connect the device along with
other consumers (with a high wattage)
to a multiple socket in order to prevent
overloading and a possible short circuit
(fire).
■Keep combustible materials, e.g. card-
board, plastic or paper, away from the
device and never place the device down
on combustible objects or surfaces dur-
ing and after operation.
■Do not cover the device during operation
or block the air inlet openings in order
to prevent it from catching fire. Do not
insert anything into the openings of the
device and make sure that these do not
become clogged.
■Do not leave the device unattended
while it is switched on.

of suffocation!
■The device and attachments will become
hot during use! Be careful when handling
the device and the hot attachments.

children and animals. There is a danger
of strangulation.
■Always check the device and attachments
for damage or wear before putting them
into operation. It may only be used if it
is undamaged and does not display any

■Only connect the device to a plug socket
that is properly installed. The plug socket
must be readily accessible so that the
connection to the mains can quickly be

■Make sure that the connecting cable is
not squashed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces.
■Switch off the device and disconnect it
from the mains power if a fault occurs
during operation or before a thunder-
storm.
■When removing the mains plug from
the plug socket, always pull on the
mains plug and never the mains cable.
■Do not pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable. Do not wrap the
connecting cable around the device to
prevent the cable breaking.
■Never place heavy objects on the device,
the connecting cable or the attachments.
■Protect the device and attachments from:
fire and other heat sources, persistent
moisture, wet conditions, persistent
direct sunlight and impacts.
■Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee that
there is no interference that may prevent
the device from working and to avoid
possible damage.
ATTACHING / DETACHING
ATTACHMENTS
Please Note!
■The device and attachments will become
hot during use. Switch off the device
and allow it to cool down before you
attach/detach the attachments.
• Attaching:Plug the attachment(1– 6)
with the round opening into the
mount(8) of the main unit(7) and twist
it clockwise until it engages (PictureC).
• Detaching: Twist the attachment anti-
clockwise and then detach it from the
main unit.
USE
Please Note!
■Do not use the device on wet hair to
preserve both the hair and the device.
The hair should be at least towel-dried.
We recommend blow-drying the hair for
a short time if necessary before using the
curler, round brush or comb attachment.
■Keep the device away from the face, in
particular the eyes. Make sure that the
attachment does not touch the scalp!
Maintain a gap of 3 to 5cm.
■Keep the hair away from the air inlet.
■Do not use the device in one spot for
too long; this can damage the hair!
We recommend that you use a heat
protection spray.
■Only apply styling products like hair
spray or gel to the cooled hair once you
have finished using the device.
1. Attach the attachment you want to the
device (see the “Attaching / Detaching
Attachments” chapter and the “Tips on
Using the Attachments” section).
2. Fully unwind the connecting cableand
connect the mains plug to a plug socket.
3. To switch on the device, slide the switch
(9) to the On position (PictureB,
positiona).
Air will flow out and the LED(11) for the
selected temperature level will light up.
4. Adjust the temperature level if necessary.
To do this, press the button (10) for
a short time until the corresponding
LED(11) lights up:
cRed: hot air
dOrange: warm air
eBlue: cold air
5. Use the device to style your hair. Tips
onusing the attachments can be found
in the following section.
6. To switch off the device, slide the
switch to the Off position (PictureB,
positionb).

7. After using the device, disconnect it
from the mains power and let it cool
down.
Tips on Using the Attachments
1. Before you style your hair, give it a good
comb through to remove any knots.
2. To create curls, waves and volume or to
straighten the hair, divide it into sections
and then gradually treat the thinnest
possible strands of hair individually.
L The thicker or longer the hair is,
the longer it will need to be treated
before you get the result you want.
3. Fix the individual strands in place with
cold air once you have shaped them.
4. After you have finished using the device,
allow the hair to cool down and only
then finish styling it with styling products.
• Hairdryer attachment(1):
This attachment is used to dry the hair
in the same way as a conventional hair-
dryer. Point the opening of the attach-
ment towards the hair a short distance
away from it.
• Diffuser(4) for gently drying curled hair:
Place the tips of a section of hair on the
diffuser and guide it towards the roots.
Hold it in position for a few seconds.
• Round brush (2):
For smoothness and volume: Place one
strand of hair over the round brush at
the root. Then pull it slowly towards the
tips and turn in slightly as you do so.
For waves: Place the round brush on the
tips and turn in the strand of hair. Wait
for a short time and then fix in place
with cold air.
• Comb attachment(3) For straightening
the hair:
Move the comb attachment slowly from
the hair roots to the tips.
• Curler for defining curls. Depending on
which direction you want the curls to
twist in, you can choose between the
left-turning curler(5) or the right-turning
curler(6).
Place the attachment on the tips of your
hair and move it slowly towards your
head. The flow of the air draws in the
strand of hair and wraps it around the
attachment. Briefly hold it in position,
fix in place with cold air and pull out.
CLEANING
Please Note!
■Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning
agents or cleaning pads to clean the
device. These may damage the surfaces.
1. Make sure that the device has been
disconnected from the mains power
andhas cooled down completely.
2. Take the attachment(1 – 6) off the main
unit(7) (see the “Attaching / Detaching
Attachments” chapter).
3. Remove any hair from all parts.
4. Wipe down the main unit(7) and the
attachment with a soft, damp cloth.
Then dry with a soft cloth.
5. Remove any dust or hair from the air
inlet(12). If necessary, carry out the
self-cleaning function (see below).
Self-Cleaning of the Air Inlet
1. Twist the grille on the air inlet(12) a
little and remove it from the main unit.
2. Slide the switch (9) to the On position
and wait approx. 3 seconds. Then slide
the switch back to the Off position.
3. Connect the mains plug to a plug socket
and within 6 seconds press and hold the
button (10) for 5 seconds.
Air flows out of the air inlet for approx.
15seconds. The device then switches off.

4. Disconnect the device from the mains
power.
5. If necessary, remove any dust from the
filter on the air inlet and the grille.
6. Plug the grille onto the main unit and
twist it to fix it in place.
STORAGE
• Make sure that the device has been
disconnected from the mains power
andhas cooled down completely.
• Store it out of the reach of children and
animals in a dry, frost-free place which
is protected from persistent sunlight.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair
anelectrical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
►Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
The device only produces cold air.
The overheating protection has been
activated.
►Switch off the device and allow it to
cool down for a few minutes before it
is switched on again.
►Make sure that the openings are not
blocked. Clean it if necessary (see the
“Cleaning” chapter).
The cold temperature level has been selected.
►Press the button (10) for a short time
to select another temperature level.
During use, an unpleasant smell
isdetected.
The device is being used for the first time.
►A smell often develops when new
devices are first used. The smell should
disappear once the device has been
used several times.
The device is dirty. Hairs and/ or dust are
being heated in it.
►Clean the device (see the "Cleaning"
chapter).
During use, you notice that steam
isbeing produced.
The device is being used on damp / towel-
dried hair.
►This is moisture evaporating from your
hair.

DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that it
can be recycled.
