3.1 ZWECK DER BETRIEBSANLEITUNG
Die Betriebsanleitung enthält wichtige Hinweise, um das Gerät sicher, sachgerecht und wirt-
schaftlich zu betreiben. Ihre Beachtung hilft Gefahren zu vermeiden, Reparaturkosten und
Ausfallzeiten zu vermindern und die Zuverlässigkeit und Lebensdauer des Geräts zu erhöhen.
Die Betriebs- und Montageanleitung ist von jeder Person zu lesen und anzuwenden, die das Gerät
installiert und bedient. Bitte bewahren Sie die Betriebs- und Montageanleitung für die spätere
Verwendung auf.

Alle Angaben in dieser Betriebs- und Montageanleitung erfolgen unter Berücksichtigung unserer
bisherigen Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse nach bestem Wissen.

4. ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Grundvoraussetzung für den sicherheitsgerechten Umgang und den störungsfreien Betrieb
dieses Geräts ist die Kenntnis der grundlegenden Sicherheitshinweise. Es ist nicht erlaubt,
das Gerät für einen anderen als den durch den Hersteller vorgesehenen Zweck einzusetzen.
Das Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie von Personen mit verringerten
physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt werden,
wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs der Regeleinheiten unterwiesen wurden und
die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und
Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
Reparaturen an dem Gerät dürfen ausschließlich nur von der V4heat GmbH oder von
bevollmächtigten Werkstätten vorgenommen werden.
Schadhafte Teile, insbesondere die Netzanschlussleitung, oder Komponenten müs-
sen unter Verwendung von Teilen ausgetauscht werden, die von der V4heat GmbH
genehmigt wurden.
5. BESCHREIBUNG DES GERÄTS
Kernstück des Anti-Mold Kits ist das auf Glasfaserbasis hergestellte Heizgewebe, das mit einer
speziellen carbonhaltigen Schicht veredelt ist. Dieses Gewebe wird in die Wand eingespachtelt
und anschließend einfach mittels vormontierter Anschlüsse mit Thermostat und Stromversor-
gung verbunden.
5.1 FUNKTIONEN / ANZEIGEN DER WALLBOX, LED-LEUCHTE:
leuchtet grün: Anti-Mold Kit erwärmt die Wand auf ca. 18 °C
leuchtet nicht: Anti-Mold Kit heizt nicht, weil Zieltemperatur
erreicht, Gerät defekt oder fehlende Stromversorgung
6. MONTAGE UND INSTALLATION
I Die Wallbox besitzt die Schutzklasse IP20. Sie ist nicht geeignet für Feucht- und Nassräume.
I Anschluss ans Stromnetz darf erst nach fertiger Montage erfolgen!
I Bei allen Arbeiten am Produkt ist dieses vorher vom Stromnetz zu trennen!
I
Änderungen an den Zuleitungen sind ausschließlich durch eine Elektrofachkraft auszuführen!
I Sollten Komponenten des Produktes beschädigt sein, ist dieses nicht ans Stromnetz
anzuschließen, bzw. umgehend vom Stromnetz zu trennen!
I Beschädigungen, wie beispielsweise das Einschlagen von Nägeln oder Durchbohren der Heizbahnen,
sind zu vermeiden.
I Der Anschluss an das Stromnetz darf erst nach erfolgter Trocknung (mind. 24h) erfolgen.
I
Das Produkt darf nur zur Trocknung von Kondensationsfeuchte auf der Wandoberfläche verwendet werden.
I An den Kontaktleitungen und den Kontakten der Heizbahnen darf nicht gezogen werden oder dauerhaft
eine Zugbelastung entstehen!

6.1 ANBRINGEN DER HEIZBAHNEN
Die Arbeiten müssen von qualifiziertem Personal (z.B. Maler oder Tapezierer) vorgenommen
werden.
Bitte beachten Sie folgende Schritte:
1. Positionierung der Heizbahnen und Kabelverlegung inkl. Bauteilfühler und Wallbox planen.*
Tipp: Die Spitze des Temperaturfühlers an der kältesten bzw. an der am meisten von
Schimmel betroffenen Stelle einbringen.
2. Heizbahnen ggf. von der anschlussfreien Seite her kürzen, nur gerade entlang eines Schussfadens
(quer zur Bahnlänge) abschneiden. Die Bahnen dürfen nicht in der Breite beschnitten werden.
a) Gewebe nicht in der Breite beschneiden
b) Gewebe nicht an den Kontakten beschneiden
c) Gewebe zwischen zwei Kettfäden schneiden,
nicht quer über mehrere Spuren
d) Korrekt beschnitten
e) Korrekt zwischen den Kettfäden schneiden
3. Von Schimmel befallenen Untergrund fachgerecht behandeln.*
4. Tragfähigen, sauberen Untergrund schaffen, ggf. Putzschichten neu aufbauen
Hinweis: Die Heizgewebebahn darf keinen Kontakt zu metallischen Gegenständen, wie
beispielsweise Armierungsstahl, Wasserrohren oder auch Stromleitungen, die in der Wand
verlaufen, haben!
5. Anschlussöffnungen für Heizbahn-
anschlüsse herstellen und ggf.
Schlitze schlagen, Bauteilfühler
mit beachten!
Bitte Vorschriften für die korrekte Anbringung
von Schlitzen und Aussparungen beachten!
6. Spachtelmasse oder Putz mit Zahnkelle
(Zahnung 4x4) auf tragfähige, saubere Wand
vorlegen.
7. Kabel der Heizbahnen in die Isolationsrohre ein-
drücken und in die vorbereiteten Schlitze legen.

Anschlussöffnungen einlegen (Vorbereitung
siehe Schritt 5).
8. Heizbahn bei Anschlüssen beginnend in die
vorgelegte Spachtelmasse eindrücken.
Die Heizbahnen dürfen nicht

Die Bahnen dürfen nicht über Eck verlegt werden!
Beispiele korrekt
verlegter Bahnen:
9. Durchgedrückte Spachtelmasse mit Glättkelle egalisieren.
Achtung: Heizgewebe und Anschlüsse dabei nicht beschädigen!
Empfehlung: Glättkelle mit abgerundeten Ecken verwenden.
Tipp: Falls möglich Spachtelmasse antrocknen lassen, um ein Abheben der Heizbahn
im Anschlussbereich zu vermeiden.
10. Kabel ggf. mit rostfreien Nagelschellen befestigen und punktuell mit geeignetem Putz
oder Spachtelmasse fixieren.
11. Bauteilfühler (Temperatursensor) in vorbereiteten Schlitz einlegen.*
Hinweis: Bei Verwendung von nicht rostfreien Nagelschellen,
diese vor dem Planspachteln wieder entfernen!
12. Gesamte Fläche plan spachteln oder putzen
(Deckschicht möglichst dünnschichtig auftragen).
13. Anschlusstecker der Heizbahnen sowie des Bauteilfühlers nicht einspachteln, für Anschluss an die
Wallbox aus der Wand herausragen lassen.
Achtung
14. Spachtelmasse oder Putz vollständig trocknen lassen.
15. Fortfahren mit Montage der Wallbox (siehe Kapitel 6.2).
6.2 MONTAGE UND ANSCHLUSS DER WALLBOX
Bitte beachten Sie folgende Schritte:
1. Die Wallbox ist mit insgesamt 3 Schrauben und
Dübeln fachgerecht an der Wand zu befestigen.
Eine Bohrschablone finden Sie am Ende der Anleitung.
2. Stecker der Heizbahnen (rosafarben)
und des Bauteilfühlers (blau, rastet ein)
an der Wallbox bis zum Anschlag ein-
stecken.
3. Netzstecker in Steckdose stecken.
7. BETRIEB
Wallbox nicht abdecken! Wenn Möbel vor der Wallbox stehen sollen,
dann lassen Sie mindestens 10 cm Platz für Lüftung.
Öffnen Sie niemals das Gehäuse der Wallbox.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt der Wallbox mit Wasser. Gefahr

3.1 PURPOSE OF THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
These operating instructions contain important information about how to operate this device
safely, correctly and efficiently. Following these instructions will help you to avoid danger, reduce
repair costs and downtimes, and increase the reliability and service life of the device.
Anyone installing or operating the device is required to read and follow these instructions. Please

4. GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
An understanding of the basic safety precautions is a fundamental requirement for the safe
handling and correct operation of this device. The device must not be used for any purpose other
than the purpose intended by the manufacturer.
The device can be used by children aged eight or over as well as by people with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capacity or by people with lack of experience or knowledge under
supervision or if they have been instructed on how to use the control unit safely and understand
the associated dangers. Children must not be allowed to play with the device. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
Repairs to the device may only be carried out by V4heat GmbH or authorized
workshops.
Damaged parts, especially power cables, or components must be replaced with
parts approved by V4heat GmbH.
5. DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
The core element of the Anti-Mold Kit is the heating fabric made of glass fibers and finished
with a special carbon coating. The fabric is embedded into the plaster of the wall and then
connected with the thermostat and power supply using the pre-assembled connectors.
5.1 FUNCTIONS / WALLBOX INDICATOR LIGHTS:
Green light: Anti-Mold Kit is heating the wall to approximately 18 °C
No light: Anti-Mold Kit is no longer heating because the target
temperature has been reached, the device is defective
or there is no power
6. ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
I The wall box has an IP20 rating. It is not suitable for damp areas and wet rooms.
I Do not connect to the power supply until fully installed!
I Always disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
I All modifications to the power supply lines must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
I If any components become damaged, do not connect the device to the power supply,
or if already connected, disconnect immediately!
I Avoid damaging the heating fabric, for example by driving in nails or drilling holes.
I Allow the plaster to dry (for at least 24 h) before connecting to the power supply.
I The product should be used only for drying condensation on the surface of the wall.
I Do not pull on the contact wire or contacts of the heating fabric or subject it to sustained tensile stress.

6.1 INSTALLING THE HEATING FABRIC
The work must be carried out by a suitably qualified person (e.g. painter or decorator).
Please follow the steps below:
1. Decide in advance where you are going to position the heating fabric, wiring and
temperature sensor.*
Tip: Place the tip of the temperature sensor in the coldest place or the place
worst affected by mold.
2.Shorten the fabric length if necessary by cutting widthways in a straight line along a weft
thread on the opposite side to the electrical wiring. Do not attempt to reduce the width
of the fabric drops.
a) Do not trim the width of the drops

c) Cut the fabric between two warp threads,
not across multiple threads
d) Correct way to cut
e) Correct cutting between the warp threads
3.Treat mold-infested substrate in the appropriate way*
4.Make sure that the substrate is stable and clean. Replaster if necessary
Note: Make sure that the heating fabric does not come into contact with metal objects
such as steel reinforcements, water pipes or power cables routed in the wall!
5.Make the openings for connecting the heating
fabric and cut chase if necessary. Don’t forget
to include the temperature sensor!
Please follow the guidelines for
correctly cutting chases!
6.Apply leveling compound or plaster with a
notched trowel (notch profile 4x4) to the stable,
clean wall.
7. Insert cable for heating fabric into the loom
conduits and place in prepared chase.
Insert connections for heating fabric into
prepared openings (for preparation, see step 5).
8. Embed heating fabric in the previously applied
leveling compound, starting with the connections.
Do not overlap the sheets of heating
fabric!

Examples of correctly
applied heating fabric:
9. Smooth the leveling compound with a finishing trowel.
Note: Take care not to damage the heating fabric and terminals in the process!
Recommendation: Use a finishing trowel with rounded corners.
Tip: If possible, allow the surface of the leveling compound to dry to avoid pulling out the
heating fabric in the connection area.
10. Secure the cable with stainless steel cable clips and fix in places with suitable plaster
or leveling compound as required.
11. Insert structural element sensor (temperature sensor) in prepared chase.*
Note: If using non-stainless steel cable clips, be sure to remove them again before troweling
to a smooth finish!
12. Trowel the entire area to a smooth finish (making
sure that the finishing coat is as thin as possible).
13. Do not trowel over the plug-in connectors for the heating fabric and temperature sensor.
They must be left proud for connection to the wall box.
Caution
14. Allow the leveling compound or plaster to dry completely.
15. The next step is to install the wall box (see chapter 6.2).
6.2 WALLBOX INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
Please follow the steps below:
1. The wall box must be fastened to the wall correctly
using 3 screws and wall plugs. A drilling template
is provided at the end of these instructions.

3.1 OBJET DES INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
Les instructions d’utilisation contiennent des informations importantes pour un fonctionnement
en toute sécurité, correct et rentable de l’appareil. Le respect de ces instructions permet d’éviter
des risques, de réduire les frais de réparation et le temps d’arrêt ainsi que d’augmenter la fiabilité
et la durée de vie de l’appareil.
Les instructions d’utilisation et de montage doivent être lues et appliquées par toute personne qui installe
et utilise l’appareil. Veuillez conserver les instructions d’utilisation et de montage pour toute utilisation
ultérieure.

4. CONSIGNES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ
La connaissance et le respect des consignes de sécurité de base sont impératifs et indispensables
à la sécurité d’utilisation et au bon fonctionnement de cet appareil. Il est interdit d’utiliser
l’appareil à d’autres fins que celles prévues par le fabricant.
L’appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de l’âge de 8 ans ainsi que par des personnes
dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites ou manquant d’expérience et de
connaissances s’ils sont sous surveillance ou s’ils ont reçu les instructions appropriées pour utiliser
l’appareil en toute sécurité et s’ils sont en mesure d’appréhender et de comprendre les risques encourus
en cas de mauvaise manipulation. Ne jamais laisser les enfants jouer avec l’appareil. Ne jamais laisser
les enfants procéder au nettoyage et à l’entretien réservé à l’utilisateur sans surveillance.
Seule la société V4heat GmbH ou des ateliers agréés peuvent procéder à des
réparations de l’appareil.
Des pièces défectueuses, en particulier le câble d’alimentation, ou des composants
doivent être remplacés par des pièces autorisées par la société V4heat GmbH.
5. DESCRIPTION DE L’APPAREIL
La toile chauffante fabriquée à partir de fils de verre, recouverte d’une couche carbone spéciale,
constitue l’élément essentiel du kit anti-moisissures. Cette toile est enduite dans le mur puis reliée
au thermostat et à l’alimentation électrique au moyen de raccordements pré-montés.
5.1 FONCTIONS / AFFICHAGES DU BOÎTIER WALLBOX, LED
Vert: le kit anti-moisissures chauffe le mur à env. 18 °C
LED éteinte : le kit anti-moisissures ne chauffe pas, soit parce que la
température cible est atteinte, l’appareil est défectueux
ou en présence d’un manque d’alimentation électrique
6. MONTAGE ET INSTALLATION
I Le boîtier Wallbox bénéficie de l’indice de protection IP20. Il ne convient pas aux pièces et locaux humides.
I Ne procéder au raccordement au secteur qu’une fois le montage terminé !
I Toujours débrancher l’appareil avant d’effectuer des travaux sur celui-ci!
I
Seul un électricien qualifié est autorisé à effectuer des modifications sur les lignes électriques !
I Si des composants du produit sont endommagés, ne pas brancher l’appareil ou le
débrancher immédiatement !
I Éviter toute détérioration ou tout dommage causé par cloutage ou perforation des lés chauffants.
I Ne raccorder l’appareil au secteur qu’après séchage complet (24h minimum).
I Utiliser le produit uniquement pour le séchage de l’humidité de condensation sur la surface murale.
I Ne pas tirer sur les câbles de contact et les contacts des lés chauffants ni engendrer de contrainte
de traction permanente!

6.1 POSE DES LÉS CHAUFFANTS
Les travaux doivent être effectués par un personnel qualifié (plâtrier-peintre, peintre tapissier par ex.).
Suivre et respecter les étapes suivantes:
1. Prévoir le positionnement des lés chauffants et la pose des câbles y compris sonde composant
et boîtier Wallbox.*
Conseil pratique : Placer la pointe de la sonde de température à l’endroit le plus froid ou
à l’endroit présentant le plus de moisissures.
2.Le cas échéant, raccourcir les lés chauffants côté sans raccordement, les découper uniquement le long
d’un fil de trame (transversalement par rapport à la longueur du lé). Ne pas découper les lés dans le
sens de la largeur.
a) Ne pas découper la toile dans le sens de la largeur
b) Ne pas découper la toile au niveau des contacts
c) Découper la toile entre deux fils de chaîne,
et non à travers plusieurs fils
d) Découpe correcte
e) Découpe correcte entre les fils de chaîne
3.Traiter le support présentant des moisissures. Ce traitement doit être effectué dans les règles de l’art.*
4.Réaliser un support non friable et propre. Le cas échéant, appliquer de nouvelles passes d’enduit.
Note : Le lé chauffant ne doit pas être en contact avec des objets métalliques, tels que de
l’acier à béton armé, des conduites d’eau ou câbles électriques qui sont encastrés dans le mur!
5.Réaliser des ouvertures de raccordement pour
les raccordements des lés chauffants et, le cas
échéant, réaliser des saignées, y
compris pour la sonde composant!
Il est impératif de respecter les
réglementations et prescriptions pour la
réalisation correcte de saignées!
6.Appliquer un enduit ou crépi avec un platoir denté
(denture 4 x 4) sur mur non friable et propre.
7. Insérer les câbles du lé chauffant dans les
manchons d’isolation puis les placer dans les
saignées préparées.
Placer les raccordements du lé chauffant
dans les ouvertures de raccordement préparées
(préparation cf. étape 5).
8.Appliquer le lé chauffant en commençant par les
raccordements dans l’enduit réalisé.

9. Égaliser l’enduit appliqué avec une truelle lisseuse.
Attention : Ne pas abîmer le tissu chauffant ni les raccordements en égalisant l’enduit !
Recommandation: Utiliser une truelle lisseuse bout rond.
Conseil pratique : Si possible, laisser sécher l’enduit pour éviter que le lé chauffant ne se
décolle dans la zone de raccordement.
10. Fixer éventuellement le câble avec des attaches câbles ou clips de fixation inoxydables puis fixer
ponctuellement avec un mastic ou enduit approprié.
11. Placer la sonde composant (capteur de température) dans la saignée réalisée.*
Note : En cas d’utilisation d’attaches de câbles non inoxydables, retirer celles-ci avant
l’étape de lissage !
12. Lisser ou enduire toute la surface (Appliquer en
couche mince dans la mesure du possible).
13. Ne pas sceller avec de l’enduit la fiche de raccordement des lés chauffants ni celle de la sonde
composant. Les fiches de raccordement doivent dépasser du mur ou de la cloison pour le raccordement
au boîtier Wallbox.
Attention
14. Laisser sécher intégralement le mastic ou l’enduit.
15. Continuer par le montage du boîtier Wallbox (cf. chapitre 6.2).
6.2 MONTAGE ET RACCORDEMENT DU BOÎTIER WALLBOX
Suivre et respecter les étapes suivantes :
1. Fixer dans les règles de l’art le boîtier Wallbox au
mur avec au total 3 vis et chevilles.
Un gabarit de perçage se trouve à la dernière page
de cette notice.
2.Insérer la fiche des lés chauffants (rose)
et de la sonde composant (bleu) qui
doivent s’enclencher jusqu’en butee
dans le boitier Wallbox.
3.Insérer la fiche dans la prise de courant.
7. FONCTIONNEMENT
Ne pas recouvrir le boîtier Wallbox ! En cas de meubles devant le boîtier Wallbox,
laisser un espace d’au moins 10 cm pour la ventilation.
Ne jamais ouvrir le capot du boîtier Wallbox.
Éviter tout contact du boîtier Wallbox avec de l’eau. Danger
