SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please read all the instructions in this manual before using this product.
2. Observe all the instructions marked on the product.
3. Install this product on a stable surface to avoid anyone from stepping over the telephone line.
4. Do not fix the AC power supply cord to building surfaces with metal fittings.
5. This product should be operated only from the type of power source indicated on the product.
If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your building, consult your local power
company.
6. Do not use this product near water, or when your hands are wet. If the product comes into
contact with any liquids, disconnect the power supply immediately and contact the supplier.
7. To prevent fire or electrical shock hazard, do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
8. Before cleaning the product, disconnect it from the telephone jack and power source. Use a
soft, damp cloth to clean the product. Do not use liquid cleaner, aerosol cleaners or abrasive
powder to clean this product.
9. As there maybe electric shock from lightning, avoid using or installing this product during
thunderstorms.
10. If the product is not operating normally or if it is damaged, do not open the cabinet or try to
repair it by yourself. This will expose you to dangerous electrical shock or other risks. Please
contact the supplier.
11. Do not use any metallic objects to connect the charging terminals on the Base Station as this
may cause fire due to overloading the power source.
12. Do not charge the battery by any devices other than that provided by this product.
13. Never use ordinary (non-rechargeable) batteries. Only use approved batteries of the same
type (rechargeable), otherwise battery damage can result.
14. Dispose of the damaged battery properly.
15. Do not touch the insulated telephone wires or terminals unless the telephone line and power

source has been disconnected.
16. Do not overload wall outlets and extension cords as this can lead to electrical shock.
Medical equipment can be affected by the handset.
Installation before Use
1. Insert the battery plug into the socket first (the connector goes in one way) and keep the
battery flat and load into battery house, replace the battery cover.
2. Put the four core line into the four socket.
3. Plug the AC adapter into the electrical outlet.
4. Place the cordless handset on the base unit
Charge
1. We recommended that you charge the battery fully for approximately 10 to 12 hours
constantly before first use for a better performance. Charge the battery by Plugging the
handset into the base, a green light (LED) will blink. When fully charged the indicator light
will remain on constant.
2. Each time you replace the handset into the base cradle, you will hear a prompt sound
“beep” to indicate that a connection has been made. If you do not hear this sound, please
check the battery connector and power supply cable are properly inserted.
3. Ensure that the AC adapter is plugged in
4. Ensure that the upper part of the charging contact mobile is properly in contact with the
unit.
5. It is important to clean all charging points on the handset and base unit. Use a pencil eraser
or other contact cleaner. Do not use any liquids or solvents.

Register a handset to the Base Unit
1. When the handset is placed on the base, if the message indicator light on the handset and
the charge light blinks red, this indicates that the battery is low and need to charge before
registering.
2. Automatic registration: place the handset onto the base for 20 seconds, after you hear a
beep sound, the handset has registered successfully with the base.
3. Manual–registering: press the PAGE key (the hide key on the base) on the Base until the
LED blinks red; Press and hold the * key on the Handset until you hear the “de” sound to
indicate that the handset is registered successfully.
4. When you place the handset on the base if the light on the base is blinks continuously, it
indicates that the handset was registered to another base. If you want to register this
handset to the base instead of the original one, repeat the item 3 or disconnect the base
power and after 20 seconds follow the above item 2.
For the handset to register successfully it must satisfy the following criteria:
1. Ensure the handset battery has enough charge (the handset light does not shine continuously red when placing
handset onto the base) and is not communicating with other base.
2. Ensure the base is not communicating with 5 registered handsets.
3. Ensure there is no interference nearby.
4. Cancel registered: press and hold the PAGE key on the Base until the LED blinks red; Cancel all the registered
handsets by pressing the PAGE key 7 times continuously.
User Instructions
Receiving a Call
1. To answer a call using the handset while it is not on the base:

Pick up the handset, press the key corresponding to the line that is ringing to receive the call. (The visual light
will flash on the ringing line)
To end the call, place the handset into the base cradle, or press the illuminated line key.
2. To answer a call using the handset while it is resting on the base
Pick up the handset from the base, the phone will automatically connect to the line.
To end the call, press the active line again or place the handset back on the base.
3. To answer a call using the speakerphone
Press SPKR or ringing line key to get through a call automatically.
End the call by pressing the SPKR key or line key.
When SPKR and handset are in using, the in use LED will light up steady in red.
Using the handset to place a call
Pick up the handset and select either Line 1 or Line 2, listen for dial tone and dial the desired number directly.
(Available for two line only)
Press the line key again or back the handset into the base to end the call.
Use speakerphone to dial the number out
Press SPKR key or line key and then press the corresponding memory key or the desired number.
Press the SPKR or line key to end the call.
Talking between handset and base unit
When using the handset to talk, press the base SPKR key to convert your conversation into base
speakerphone.
When using the speakerphone, pick up the handset from the base cradle or press the handset blinking line
(Line1 or Line2) to resume connection with the handset.
Three way conference (available for two lines only)
When two lines are on hold, press LINE1, to take LINE1 off hold and resume the conversation. When you
press LINE1 or LINE2, you will get the corresponding line through and another line will remain on hold. To get
three party conferencing just press CONF key.
To end a conference call:
When you are using the handset to talk, press the Line1 & Line2 key or place the handset back on the base
cradle to disconnect both parties.

When you are on SPKR phone, press the Line1 & Line2 keys on the base or SPKR keys to disconnect both
parties.
Hold
To active the Hold on line
When you are on the line, press the HOLD key, the line LED will slowly blink red, indicating the call is on hold.
If a conference call is active, pressing the HOLD key will place the two lines on hold. The LED will slowly blink in
red (Available for two lines only)
To restore a call from hold
Press the line key on hold or HOLD key again to restore the call from hold. The LED will return to steady
illumination in red.
If two lines are on hold press CONF key to remove the hold state on both lines and enter conference mode
(Available for two line only)
If one line is on hold and another line is being used to talk (available for two line model), press the HOLD key
first and then press the corresponding line key to switch your conversation from one line to another.
Vol+,Vol-
Press vol+ and vol- on the handset or base to enhance and reduce the voice volume when talking.
Redial
Press the REDIAL key on the handset or base to dial the last number out.
Flash
The flash time can be selected from 100~1000MS. The default time is 600MS.
When you are on the call, press FLASH key and input the number you need to transfer, the call will be
transferred corresponding.
MUTE
To mute a call, press the MUTE button, a blinking light will indicate that you are in mute mode .During this time
the other caller cannot hear you. Press the mute key again to resume the conversation.

If you can’t find the handset, press the PAGE key (the PAGE key is hidden under the faceplate) on the base. An
audible sound will indicate the handset location. Re-press PAGE key or any keys on the handset to stop the
sound.

Message Reminder
When the light on the handset and base unit blinks red, it means you have a message.
Message Retrieval
When the light on the base is blinks red, pressing the light key or press key “1” of the handset for 3 seconds, to
retrieve the message.
When two lines both have messages, Line1 will default as the priority, repeat step 1 to retrieve the line2 message
accordingly.
If you want to listen to the message again, press “1” for 3 seconds to pick up the Line 1 message; press “2” for 3
seconds to pick up the Line 2 message; (available for two lines only)
Adjusting the Ringer Volume and Assigning the Ringing Tones
To assign a ring tone pressing the FLASH key for 3 seconds, then dial number key, (from 1~6) to select the
desired ring tone. Adjust the ring volume control by pressing either the Vol+ or Vol- key after that press FLASH
key to confirm. (On-hook state)
Adjust the Base ringer volume: to select “ HI or LO “ switch on the bottom of the base to adjust the ringer
volume.
Storing a Number Into Memory Keys
On-off state using the handset to store a number into the memory keys as following instructions:
Memory key Settings:
at on-hook mode, press “HOLD and * ” enter the number “5238”, the handset LED will blink
press the desired memory location code as figure 1 (1~12 optional)
press” # and *” and enter the number to be stored
press HOLD key to end the programming
For example: if you want to save 886 into “Service Center” , corresponding to location code 3, just pressing “ HOLD
5238 3 #886 HOLD” is available.

Privacy
Whoever gets the handset first gets the line first, keeping the line private between handset and handset.
Low battery alert
When Line1 LED blinks with an audible sound to indicate the handset battery is too low, you need to insert the
handset on the base cradle to power it.
Out of Range alert
An audible sound will indicate the handset is too far away from the base every 2 seconds while the handset in use.
Moreover, Line1 LED will blink at the same time.
USB charging (1.5A/5V): there is a USB charging port on the back of the phone.
WARRANTY
The warranty for this product does not cover, or may be voided by the following:
1. Any damage resulting from abuse or misuse (i.e. liquid spills, abuse, or customer’s modification (warranty label
broken) of the telephone.
2. Any damage caused by failure to follow operating or installation instructions provided with the telephone.
3. Any damage resulting from improper connection of the telephone to other equipment.
4. The telephone is used in a harsh or corrosive environment.
5. Cords, connectors and replaceable batteries.
6. Force majeure.
7. Damages in transit.
8. Any damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repair of the telephone.
