Functions and Features
Speed Dial Buttons: 0~10 buttons (16-digit memory) available
SPKR button:to make hand free call or dial, with speaker indicator on.
REDIAL: to dial out the last dialled number.
PAUSE: to insert 3.6-secondpause time when store speed dial numbers.
STORE: to store numbers working with PBX.
VOL: to regulate the handset volume and speaker volume
circularly(Hi/Medium/Low).
FLASH: can be set via PBX as switch button or hanging up button.
HOLD: to hold on the line in the call status with hold indicator on.
Message Indicator: to get the message by press it when the indicator on.
RINGER: to adjust volume of ring(High/Low)
Speaker and Handset Operation Shift
Handset to Speaker: Hold the handset, press SPKR/SPEAKER button and
then put back the handset;
Speaker to Handset: Directly pick up the handset.
Speaker and Handset Volume Adjustable
Handset Volume: Pick up the handset, repeatedly press button[VOL] to
circularly adjust the handset volume (3 levels);
Speaker Volume: Under speaker status, repeatedly press button[VOL] to
circularly adjust the speaker volume (3 levels).
Flash Button
To hang up by pressing FLASH button to hang up when hold handset or under
SPKR status;or set as re-route button according to PBX routing time: hang up
the phone, press STORE and number(1 to 9 symbolling FLASH time last100ms to
900ms) and then press STORE, finally FLASH button.
Last Number Disappear Automatically
Once previous call did not reach or met upon busy line, you can re-dial the number
by pressing key of REDIAL within 3 minutes after hanging up. Last Number
disappears within 3 minutes ensures guest privacy.
Hold Button
When the phone is in connect status, press HOLD to pause the call(under
SPKR, press HOLD directly; under handset call, press HOLD and then hang
up the handset). Resume the call by picking up the handset or its extension
handset or under handset call press again HOLD to continue the call.
Speed Dial Buttons
Pick up the handset or press SPKR, press speed dial button with International
generic service sign and the numbers pre-stored in the button will be
automatically dialled out.
To Store Speed Dial Numbers
1) Connect the phone;
2) Hook off(dialing tone activates);
3) Press STORE + Numbers + STORE and then press the button
accordingly;
4) Hook on.
