Installation av generator med inbyggd regulator i Volvo B18 och B20
1. Koppla loss en batteripol från batteriet.
2. Demontera kablarna från den gamla generatorn och plocka loss den.
3. Montera den nya generatorn.
4. Montera kabeln från batteriet på generator. Observera
att den nya generatorn har mm bult istället för den gamla generatorns
6 mm bult.
5. Lokalisera kontrollampans kabel som tidigare var ansluten till
laddningsregulatorn. OBS! Kontrollampan måste vara ansluten för att
generatorn skall börja ladda.
6. Montera kabeln till kontrollampan på M5 bulten i den svarta isolatorn.
7. Om jordkabel finns, anslut den till generatorns chassi.
. Anslut batterikabeln igen.
9. Spänn fläktremmen.
10. Allt klart, starta bilen.
Installation of alternator ith internal regulator in Volvo B18 and B20
1. To prevent any damage, remove one wire from the battery.
2. Remove the wires from the old alternator and remove the alternator.
3. Install the new alternator.
4. Install the battery wire to the new alternator. Note that the new alternator has a mm
connection, the old one had a 6 mm connection (bolt).
5. Find the wire to the indicator lamp that previously was connected to the external regulator.
Note that the indicator lamp must be connected in order to get the alternator to work
properly.
6. Connect the wire to the indicator lamp to the 5 mm connection on the black insulator beside
the battery connection.
7. If a negative wire is used, connect it to the alternator housing.
. Reconnect the battery wire.
9. Tighten the fan belt.
10. You are done, start the engine.
Die Installation von Lichtmaschinen mit eingebautem Regler für Volvo B18 und B20
1. Lösen Sie ein Batteriekabel von der Batterie, um Schäden zu vermeiden.
2. Entfernen Sie die Kabel von der alten Lichtmaschine und demontieren sie diese.
3. Installieren Sie die neue Lichtmaschine.
4. Befestigen Sie das Kabel von der Batterie über die Lichtmaschine.
Beachten Sie, dass die neue Lichtmaschine mm Bolzen anstelle der alten 6 mm Bolzen hat.
