Gefahren durch Netzstrom
■Gerät niemals mit beschädigtem Kabel oder
beschädigtem Generator (Abb. II) benutzen.
■Wird bei der Arbeit das Netzkabel beschä-
digt oder durchtrennt, Kabel nicht berühren,
sondern sofort den Netzstecker ziehen.
■Das Gerät darf nur an ein ordnungsgemäß
geerdetes Stromnetz mit Schutz-Kontakt ange-
schlossen werden.
■Nicht verwendete Geräte ausschalten.

Achtung!
Es wird ein Magnetfeld erzeugt. Da-
durch können magnetische Datenträger
auf Bankkarten etc. gelöscht werden.
■Vor der Inbetriebnahme, nach dem Transport,

Beschädigungen vornehmen. Eventuelle Beschä-
digungen vor Inbetriebnahme von geschultem

Das Gerät ist geeignet, um magnetisierbare Metalle
mit Hilfe von Induktionstechnik zu erwärmen.
Das Gerät ist für die Verwendung mit Original
Würth Systemzubehör bestimmt.

VORSICHT !
Gefahr durch giftige Stoffe
ÂDämpfe und Rauchgase von über-
hitzten Aufklebern sind giftig.
¾Atemmaske mit zweifachem Filter
tragen. Masken aus Papier sind
ungeeignet.
WARNUNG !
Explosionsgefahr
ÂGerät kann Airbag entzünden
und dadurch eine Explosion
verursachen.
¾Gerät nicht in der Nähe (≤ 10 cm)
eines Airbag-Bauteils verwenden.
■Induktionsspule am Gerät befestigen:
• Die Enden der Induktionsspule bis zum An-
schlag in die Öffnungen [1] an der Vordersei-
te des Geräts stecken.
• Handräder [2] zudrehen.
• Die Induktionsspulen dürfen sich nicht inner-
halb der Öffnung bewegen
■Verbindung der Induktionsspule zum Gerät
überprüfen.
Achtung !
Personen- und Sachschäden durch Fehlbedienung.
¾Vor dem Wechsel der Induktionsspule den
Netzstecker ziehen.
¾Die Induktionsspulen dürfen weder gebogen
noch darf die Form der Spule auf andere
Weise verändert werden.
Grundlegende Arbeitsweise
■Entsprechende Spule nehmen:
• Spule [A], [B], [E] um den zu erwärmenden
Gegenstand halten.
• Einzelkabel [D] mindestens dreimal um den
zu erwärmenden Gegenstand wickeln.
■ON/OFF Schalter [3] drücken und gedrückt
halten.
3Erwärmung beginnt.
3LED vorne leuchtet.
3Ein akustisches Signal ertönt.
■ON/OFF Schalter [3] loslassen.
3Das Gerät schaltet ab.
Einsatz der Pancake-Spule [C]
■Pancake-Spule [C] am Gerät befestigen.
■ON/OFF Schalter [3] drücken und gedrückt
halten.
■Pancake-Spule parallel zur Oberäche halten.
■Pancake-Spule kreisförmig oder vor und
zurück am Rand des zu entfernenden Objekts
bewegen.
■Nach einigen Sekunden versuchen mit einem
Keil den Rand des zu entfernenden Objekts
anzuheben.
• Löst es sich leicht, den Zug auf das Objekt
nach oben beibehalten und die Pancake-
Spule weiter bewegen.
• Löst es sich schwer, noch einige Sekunden
lang Hitze anlegen, wobei auf etwaige Belas-
tungsanzeichen des Lacks zu achten ist.
■Diese Schritte wiederholen, bis sich das Objekt
vollständig löst.
■ON/OFF Schalter [3] loslassen.
Werden Vinyl-Graken zu stark erhitzt,
werden sie weich und beschädigt beim
Abziehen. Weiche Vinyl-Graken
abkühlen lassen, bevor diese wieder
abgezogen werden.
VORSICHT !
Verbrennungsgefahr
ÂEinzelne Teile des Geräts können
heiß werden.
¾Gerät und Induktionsspule nach
dem Betrieb abkühlen lassen.
Überhitzungsschutz
Sobald die interne Temperatur zu hoch wird, bricht
das Gerät die Erwärmung ab. Induktionsprozess
wird mit reduzierter Leistung fortgesetzt.
■Falls keine Induktion entsteht, prüfen Sie,
• ob der ON/OFF Schalter [3] funktioniert,
• ob das Gerät an den Strom angeschlossen ist
und die Steckdose funktioniert,
• ob ausschließlich Spulen von autorisierten
Würth Händlern verwendet werden.
Achtung !
Ca. zehn Minuten warten, bis das Gerät
vollständig abgekühlt ist. Es kann nicht
weitergearbeitet werden, bevor die Temperatur im
Gerät ausreichend gesunken ist.

reinigen.

einem nicht üchtigen Reinigungsmittel für
Automobil-Innenräume entfernen.
■Alle Bestandteile gut trocknen lassen.
■Keine Induktionsspule verwenden, deren
isolierender Schutzmantel beschädigt oder
verschlissen ist.
■Das Gerät ist wartungsarm.
■Netzstecker und Kabel regelmäßig auf Beschä-
digungen prüfen.

Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in
den normalen Hausmüll. Entsorgen

ÂThe device can ignite the airbag
and hence cause an explosion.

vicinity (≤ 10 cm) of an airbag
component.
■Connect the induction coil to the device:
• Push the ends of the induction coil completely
into the openings [1] on the front of the
device.
• Close hand wheels [2].
• The induction coils must not move inside the
opening
■Check the connection of the induction coil to the
device.
Attention !
Risk of personal injury or material damage from
improper use.
¾Remove the mains plug before changing the
induction coil.
¾The induction coils must not be bent nor may
the form of the coil be changed in any other
way.
Basic working method
■Select the appropriate coil:
• Hold coil [A], [B], [E] around the object to
be heated.
• Wrap single cable [D] at least three times
around the object to be heated.
■Press ON/OFF button [3] and hold depressed.
3Heating commences.
3The LED on the front comes on.
3An acoustic signal sounds.
■Release ON/OFF button [3].
3The device switches off.
Use of the pancake coil [C]
■Connect the pancake coil [C] to the device.
■Press ON/OFF button [3] and hold depressed.
■Hold the pancake coil parallel to the surface.
■Move the pancake coil in circles or back
and forth along the edge of the object to be
removed.
■After a few seconds, try to lift the edge of the
object to be removed using a wedge.
• If it comes away easily, maintain the upward
tension on the object and continue to move
the pancake coil.
• If it does not come away easily, maintain the
heat for a few seconds longer, paying atten-
tion to any signs of load on the paintwork.
■Repeat these steps until the object comes away
completely.
■Release ON/OFF button [3].
If vinyl artwork is heated too much, it
becomes soft and may be damaged
during removal. Allow soft vinyl
artwork to cool down before pulling it
off again.
CAUTION!
Risk of burns
ÂIndividual parts of the device can
become hot.
¾Allow the device and induction coil
to cool down after use.
Overheating protection
As soon as the internal temperature becomes too
high, the device stops heating. The induction process
is continued with reduced power.
■If no induction is created, check whether

¾Do not open the device.
■Clean the device, power cable, plug and switch
with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
■Remove soiling that is difcult to remove using a
non-volatile cleansing agent for vehicle interiors.
■Allow all parts to dry thoroughly.
■Do not use an induction coil whose insulating
sheath is damaged or worn.
■The device requires little maintenance.
■Inspect the mains cable and plug for damage at
regular intervals.
Environmental Instructions
Do not throw the device away with
normal household waste. Dispose of
the device via an approved waste
disposal company or via your local
authority waste disposal facility.
Observe the currently valid regula-
tions. In case of doubt, contact your
waste disposal facility. Dispose of all packaging in
an environmentally sound manner.
Warranty
We provide a warranty for this Würth device from
the date of purchase and in accordance with the
legal/country-specic regulations (proof of purchase
through invoice or delivery note).
Any damage arising is remedied by the supply
of spare parts or by repair. Damage caused by
improper handling is not covered by the warranty.
Claims under warranty can only be accepted if
the device is returned fully assembled to a Würth
agency, your Würth sales representative or an

■L'apparecchio può essere collegato solo a
una rete elettrica dotata di messa a terra
eseguita correttamente con contatto di prote-
zione.
■Spegnere gli apparecchi non utilizzati.

AVVERTENZA!

prossimità (≤ 10 cm) di un'unità
airbag.
■Fissare la bobina di induzione all'apparecchio:
• Inserire le estremità della bobina di induzio-
ne no in fondo nelle aperture [1] sul lato
frontale dell'apparecchio.
• Chiudere le manopole [2].
• Le bobine di induzione non devono muoversi
all'interno dell'apertura
■Controllare il collegamento fra la bobina di
induzione e l'apparecchio.
Attenzione!
Lesioni personali e danni materiali in caso di
utilizzo errato.
¾Staccare la spina prima di sostituire la bobina
di induzione.
¾Le bobine di induzione non devono essere
piegate e la loro forma non deve essere
modicata in nessun modo.
Principio generale di funzionamento
■Prendere la bobina in questione:
• Tenere la bobina [A], [B], [E] intorno all'og-
getto da riscaldare.
• Avvolgere il cavo singolo [D] almeno tre
volte intorno all'oggetto da riscaldare.
■Premere e tenere premuto l'interruttore ON/
OFF [3].
3L'apparecchio inizia a riscaldare.
3Il LED anteriore si accende.
3Viene emesso un segnale acustico.
■Rilasciare l'interruttore ON/OFF [3].
3L'apparecchio si spegne.
Utilizzo della bobina a "pancake" [C]
■Fissare la bobina a "pancake" [C] all'apparec-
chio.
■Premere e tenere premuto l'interruttore ON/
OFF [3].
■Tenere la bobina a "pancake" parallela alla
supercie.
■Muovere la bobina a "pancake" in modo circo-
lare o avanti e indietro sul bordo dell'oggetto
da rimuovere.
■Dopo alcuni secondi provare a sollevare il
bordo dell'oggetto da rimuovere con un cuneo.
• Se si distacca facilmente, mantenere la
trazione sull'oggetto verso l'alto e continuare
a muovere la bobina a "pancake".
• Se si distacca con difcoltà, continuare ad
applicare il calore per alcuni secondi, facen-
do attenzione a eventuali segni di eccessivo
riscaldamento della vernice.
■Ripetere questi passaggi no al completo
distacco dell'oggetto.
■Rilasciare l'interruttore ON/OFF [3].
Se si riscaldano troppo, le grache in
vinile diventano molli e si danneggiano
durante il distacco. Far raffreddare le
grache in vinile prima di staccarle.
ATTENZIONE!
Pericolo di ustioni
ÂLe singole parti dell'apparecchio
possono raggiungere alte tempe-
rature.
¾Far raffreddare l'apparecchio e la
bobina di induzione dopo l'utilizzo.
Protezione contro il surriscaldamento
Non appena la temperatura interna diventa troppo
alta, l'apparecchio interrompe il riscaldamento. Il
processo di induzione riprende a potenza ridotta.
■In assenza di induzione, controllare
• che l'interruttore ON/OFF [3] funzioni,
• che l'apparecchio sia collegato alla corrente
elettrica e che la presa di corrente funzioni,
• che vengano utilizzate esclusivamente bobine
di rivenditori autorizzati Würth.
Attenzione!
Attendere circa dieci minuti no al completo
raffreddamento dell'apparecchio. Non è possibile
continuare il lavoro prima che la temperatura
dell'apparecchio sia scesa a sufcienza.
