Spinner with
lockable castors
Assembly Instrucons
Parts Supplied for Spinner Plate:
Step 1: Line up Spinner Plate (C) with holes on
Spinner mounng panel (B). Screw 4 x 6mm bolts
(D) into the 4 nutserts on mounng panel.

Step 2: Push 4 x 40mm bolts (E) (from underneath)
through cut outs in spinner plate. Save nuts for a later
step.

Step 3: Screw in 8 x cam pins (G) into cam pins
holes on Spinner Base panel (A).

Step 4: On opposite side of Spinner Base panel (A) line up
spinner plate with holes and push through bolts.
Lock bolts in with 4 nuts (F).

Step 5: Screw in 8 x cam pins (G) into cam pins
holes on Spinner Base Board(H).

12 x Cam Pins
12 x Cam locks
(pre-inserted - not
loose)

Step 7: Screw in 2 x cam pins into both Long Side
Panels (K). Then push Side Panels (K) & (J) togheth-
er. Lock cam locks by turning unl ght.

Step 8: push in Base Panel and Spinner Base Panel into
Side Panels. Lock cam locks by turning unl ght.
4 x 10mm nuts

Step 6: on opposite side of Base Board (H) line up met-
al rails (I) with holes. Push through 4 x 40mm bolts (E)
through board and rail from underneath, lock with 10mm
nuts (F). Screw in castors (L).

Cam pins can be pre-screwed into panels to save me during assembly.

Step 9: Remove
backing paper from all
acrlyic panels.
HINT:
Using a dowel, rod
or cardboard tube,
posion the rod at the
corner of the sheet,
wrapping it around
the rod and slowley
roll o the paper
backing. I

Step 10: Line up
1 x Boom Panel (Q)
and 3 x Centre Divider
Panels (P)
and then screw in 2
ONLY of the External
Acrylic Divider Panels
(O)
using
16 x 9mm bolts (S).
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
BOLTS AS ACRYLIC MAY
CRACK
Step 11: Slide down
the
1 x Large Internal
Acrylic Panels (N) and
2 x Small Internal
Acrylic Panels (M)
through centre cut
outs.
Step 12: Screw in
the other 2 x
External Acrylic
Panels (O).
Use bolt (S).
TO WORK OUT TOP OF
UNIT:
Make sure the acrylic
is on the le hand side
with the opening on the
right hand side.
If it is put on upside
down, books will not
display correctly.
Step 13: Aach the remaining
Top/Base Panel (Q) and secure
into place with bolt (S).
Step 14: Aach the top of the
spinner to the Spinner plate.
Use 4 x bolts (R), line up holes
and screw into place.
