Inleiding
De EazyIR Infraroodcamera kan de temperatuurgradiënt en temperatuur-
waarde weergeven en de infraroodenergie die wordt uitgestraald door het
oppervlak van het doel in kaart brengen en meten.

Lees alle veiligheidsinformatie voordat u de EazyIR gebruikt.

zijn voor de gebruiker.
Voorzichtig: geeft omstandigheden en procedures aan die schade aan het
Product of de geteste apparatuur kunnen veroorzaken.
In tabel 1 vindt u symbolen die op de EazyIR en in deze handleiding worden
gebruikt.
Waarschuwing
Voorkom oog- en persoonlijk letsel:
• Lees alle veiligheidsinformatie voordat u de EazyIR gebruikt
• Gebruik de EazyIR niet als het niet goed functioneert
• Gebruik de EazyIR alleen zoals aangegeven, anders kan de
bescherming die de EazyIR biedt, in gevaar komen
• Inspecteer de behuizing voordat u de EazyIR gebruikt. Gebruik de
EazyIR niet als deze beschadigd lijkt, kijk naar barsten of ontbrekend
kunststof
• Zie emissiviteitsinformatie voor actuele temperatuur
• Reecterende objecten leiden tot een lagere gemeten temperatuur
dan de actuele temperatuur, deze objecten vormen een brandrisico
• Vervang de batterijen als de indicator voor lege batterij brandt

• Staar niet in de laserstraal en kijk er niet direct in met optische
instrumenten (bijvoorbeeld loepen, vergrootglazen of micro-
scopen), optische instrumenten kunnen de laser focussen en
gevaarlijk zijn voor het oog
• Kijk niet in de laser, richt de laser niet direct op personen of dieren
of indirect vanaf reecterende oppervlakken
• Gebruik de EazyIR niet bij explosieve gassen, dampen of in natte
omstandigheden
• Gebruik de EazyIR alleen zoals gespeciceerd, anders kan bloot-
stelling aan gevaarlijke laserstraling optreden

Klasse 2
Een persoon die blootgesteld wordt aan een klasse 2 laserstraal in het
oog, zal beschermd worden tegen letsel door de eigen natuurlijke
afweerreactie. Dit is een natuurlijke automatische reactie waardoor het
individu zal knipperen en het hoofd zal afwenden en zo de blootstel-
ling van het oog zal stoppen. Herhaaldelijke, opzettelijke blootstelling
aan de laserstraal kan onveilig zijn.
Onderhoud
Let op
Om beschadiging van de EazyIR te voorkomen, mag de camera niet op
of in de buurt van objecten met een hoge temperatuur komen.
Vervangen van de batterijen
Om de AA IEC LR06-batterijen te plaatsen of vervangen, het batterijvak
openen en de batterijen vervangen zoals weergegeven in afbeelding
14.
Reinigen van het product
Gebruik zeep en water en een vochtige spons of zachte doek om de
productbehuizing schoon te maken. Wrijf het oppervlak zorgvuldig af
met een vochtige katoenen doek. De doek mag bevochtigd zijn met
water.

Emissiviteit (EMS)
De emissiviteit van het oppervlak van een materiaal is de eectiviteit
in het uitzenden van energie als thermische straling. Kwantitatief
gezien is emissiviteit de verhouding van de thermische straling van een
oppervlak tot de straling van een ideaal zwart oppervlak bij dezelfde
temperatuur als gegeven door de wet van Stefan-Boltzmann.
Zie tabel 2 voor de instelling van de emissiviteit. Nominale oppervlakte-
emissiviteit voor een nauwkeurige contactloze infrarood temperatuur-
meting.

Introduction
The EazyIR Infrared Camera can display thermal gradient, temperature
readings, map and measure the infrared energy radiated by the target’s
surface.
Warning
Read all safety information before you use the EazyIR.
Safety Information
A Warning identies conditions and procedures that are dangerous to the
user.
ACaution identies conditions and procedures that can cause damage to
the EazyIR or the equipment under test.
Table 1 tells you about symbols used on the EazyIR and in this manual.
Warning
To prevent eye damage and personal injury:
• Read all safety Information before you us the EazyIR
• Do not use the EazyIR if it operates incorrectly
• Use the EazyIR only as specied, or the protection supplied by the
EazyIR can be compromised
• Before you use the EazyIR, inspect the case. Do not use the EazyIR if it
appears damaged, look for cracks or missing plastic
• See emissivity information for actual temperature
• Reective objects result in lower than actual temperature measure-
ment, these objects pose a burn hazard
• Replace the batteries when the low battery indicator shows to prevent
incorrect measurement

• Do not stare into laser beam or view directly with optical
instruments (for example, eye loupes, magniers and
microscopes). Optical instruments can focus the laser and
the dangerous to the eye
• Do not look into the laser, do not point laser directly at persons
or animals or indirectly o relative surfaces
• Do not use the EazyIR around explosive gas, vapor, or in damp or
wet environments
• Use the EazyIR only as specied or hazardous laser radiation
exposure can occur

Class 2
A person receiving an eye exposure from a Class 2 laser beam will be
protected from injury by their own natural aversion response. This is
a natural involuntary response which causes the individual to blink
and avert their head there by terminating the eye exposure. Repeated,
deliberate exposure to the laser beam may not be safe.
Maintenance
Caution
To avoid damage, do not leave the EazyIR on or near objects of high
temperature.
How to change the batteries
To install or change the AA IEC LR06 batteries, open the battery com-
partment and replace the batteries as shown in Figure 14.
How to clean the EazyIR
Use soap and water on a damp sponge or soft cloth to clean the
product case. Carefully wipe the surface with a moist cotton swab.
The swab may be moistened with water.
